This is definitely a fun place to go. Coming here, you have to be prepared to spend a bit more money, especially if you're getting food & drinks and playing the games. Typically food and drinks are higher priced at places like this, but I was pleasantly surprised by the prices. The drink I ordered was cheaper than I would expect from a place like this, and all our meals were under $20 each. The giant pretzel was good - could've used a bit more salt. The Chimichurri bowl, though, was delicious. I would 100% order this the next time I'm back at the restaurant. Games are also super fun here, and you can bring alcohol into the arcade which is fun. Went last night for my nephews 11th birthday party. Everyone that was working there was so friendly and nice. The bartender made delicious drinks. Amazing place especially for families with kids! This one is much better than Hollywood probably due to being newer, it is cleaner, more spacious and overall customer service was great. We've come often and always had a good time as a family, we've also come for a work company party and it was awesome. Only reason I can think of that wasn't so great was there hot buffalo chicken wings, all food is usually very good but these chicken wings the sauce was thick and pastey and not very tasty. It was odd but other than that rest of food was good and cocktails delicious! Perfect place for your kiddos to run around, have fun and play games. Me the wife and Daughter recently visited Dave and Busters, My daughter is only 1 so there were only a few games she could play and join in on but the service at this place is top notch. A nice gentleman by the name of Marlin helped us as 1 game got stuck. He felt bad and went out of his way to show my daughter that she did good and fixed the game with ease. Wow! I am so happy with my visit at Dave n Busters! I order the BBQ chicken pizza and was soooo bomb. The manager noticed we had a cake box and came to ask if we wanted the cake refrigerated, and he asked if we had been served. The supervisor's name was Cynthia, and she was excellent and so attentive. Robert was our server and he delivered all our request and beyond. The Parmesan chicken was dark brown like it was fried too long so it was unappetizing. Then there was the Cesar salad, who in their right mind puts tomatoes on a Cesar!?! I come here fairly often with my son. He loves the video games obviously but as an adult, I absolutely hate it. The food is grotesque. Get something that's maybe under 1200 calories and has something decently healthy please! The drinks are all filled with sugar mixers. Get something fresh with more than a half of shot of alcohol! The bartenders can't even make an aperol spritz. This last time really set me over the edge because our waiter left for over 30 mins after we were done eating, while I had a 7 and 3 year old antsy to go play games. They had been done with their food for so long and just sitting there. It wasn't busy at all and no one was around. So my husband went to go search for people, the bartender was serving someone so he went around the corner and found several workers standing there on their phones doing absolutely nothing. He was then reprimanded by one of the workers saying "you can't be over here". Then he told them we hadn't seen our waiter in 30 mins and need our check. One girl said ok and would get our waiter. Then nothing happened. We waited another ten minutes and still nothing. So I sent my husband to go play games with our two boys who had been waiting the whole time and it was now their bedtime, so we really should have been leaving at this point. I waited at the table for another 15 mins. Then I found our waiter at another table and had to stand behind him and wait to talk to him. I asked for the check, he brought it up and said the reason everything took so long was because they had no managers. Managers have to approve everything he said. I wasn't sure how that made sense. Once he looked at the check in his small screen, he said "oh sorry I think it charged a ton of extra stuff and I need a manager to change it." At that point I was very confused... so I waited for him to come back with an updated check. Another ten minutes go by... nothing. Then I noticed a large party next to us was arguing with the same waiter we had and the manager was trying to help. So I asked the table next to me what was going on since I was having issues too. They said the waiter had taken their cash and not brought back their change because he wanted it as a tip.. meaning his tip would be 40%. So they had to wait forever for a manager too. At that point, a girl came to clear the table. I told her I'd be in the arcade area because I had already missed 45+ mins with my family and they could come get me whenever they wanted to be paid. She was hesitant and said I couldn't leave without paying. I once again stated I'd been trying to pay anyone who would take my money for 45 mins so clearly they didn't care enough. I went to find my family. Played games for another 10 mins. Then went to get prizes. On our way out we asked for a manager so we could pay. The manager came over and looked totally defeated. He told us just to go and not even worry about the bill. That was about the best thing that happened the whole night. Overall, every time we come, no one seems eager to help. Workers ignore you and your kids, you feel like you're inconveniencing them just by existing. The employees never smile, they are slow and rude. It just sucks because it's supposed to be a fun place for kids and adults, but it always falls flat. read more

We did the party pack purchase for the games 4 cards with 35/45 bucks in them each and kids played for a good 2-3 hours. Full bar for whichever adult is not driving :) The food has never really impressed us, but we did order fries and a couple other appetizers for the group. Although the kids had so much fun and they have a full bar, the reason for the 4 stars is that the bartender was a bit rude when asking for my daughters identification. Yes, she did just turn 21- so we get it, she needs to show her ID. However, there is no need to be aggressive when asking for identification. I can't speak to the restaurant portion as I was just here for a kids party that had fries, chicken nuggets, pizza, mac n cheese, cheeseburgers and mini pretzel dogs. The party food was good. The party rooms were spacious and clean with attentive hosts. The arcade games were all in working order for the most part, and it was fun while the funds lasted. As all DnB's it can get costly quick, with 200 credits costing $35, $45 for $275, $60 for 400. Games range from 7.6 credits to 18.7 credits so those credits can go quick. Only 2 games were broken, axe throwing and one of the hungry hippos leaving 3 operable. Overall it was fun, seemed clean, but really overcrowded. Maybe COVID just made me more sensitive to crowds but this felt like I was bumping into someone at every turn, step, you name it. As if the game area was just really condensed. read more

My brother and I went to this Dave & Busters location on a Wednesday evening. Wasn't busy at all. Before playing any games, we got a bite to eat. The bruschetta was our favorite appetizer and I enjoyed the frose (they even brought the rest of the rose can for me to keep refilling).
