They refused to…read moreschedule an appointment without me telling them what the other place recommended, even after I explained that I wanted them to do an independent assessment to check whether I actually needed the recommended changes. The woman on the phone then told me that everything that was recommended from the other place wasn't necessary... without knowing what they recommended and without looking at my car which was concerning. They also don't have a taxi service and you are not allowed to wait for you car and instead they need it for a full day which can be hard to coordinate if you don't have another ride.
