When you pay someone $2000 to refinish your cabinets, you expect them to sand them, paint them, and return them looking new no dents or chips. You also expect them to finish the job and painting right? That's not what happened with working with Dave. Not only did it take from April to end of July for him to "not finish" our cabinets, he wouldn't show up, would cancel, wouldn't respond to us. Besides that, I'm finishing the painting myself, as he didn't complete the job when we asked him numerous times to come complete. We may have a smaller kitchen but that doesn't mean we don't expect the same service and outcome that you spend on your bigger kitchens. Your service is unprofessional, terrible product and outcome, and the fact that you didn't even finish is infuriating. We even installed our own hardware. Do yourself a favor and don't pick Dave. He wasn't timely and fed us excuses with "I'm so busy". Like we said, if your too busy then turn down the job instead of doing a partial job leaving customers upset with unfinished product. Things started out great, though there were some bumps in the road with scheduling. We all have things happen with our kids, and how was I supposed to be angry when he said he wasn't happy with the paint job and wanted to make it perfect. Ok, I guess I will have to wait and take more time off work to be home. Once everything was installed there were still touch ups and a missing drawer handle. I am very detail-oreintieted, and they exceeded my expectations. Sergio took such care with removing and labeling my existing doors. Dave & his guys Sergio (& team) are a dream. I had a very limited budget & Dave quoted me less than half of what others did. He is SO responsive, has your back on paint finish selections - He even sent me an Amazon link of soft closing hinges to buy! All of this via text & phone. His team wears masks at all times, methodically number the doors/ panels they take away for offsite painting. They seal the kitchen so well when they come back to paint the frames. All in 3-4 hours! The paint finish is like brand new - I'm glad I decided to keep & paint my original maple cabinets. Most affordable new cabinets are particle board! So do consider before you get rid of your cabinets. There aren't adequate positive things I can say about this Dave & his small business. Please support these good humans & their work!
