She made chicken in a mushroom cream sauce, fish vara cruz, both fish and seafood ceviche, chicken enchiladas, fish tacos, chicken in poblano sauce, fajitas, chili rellenos, guacamole, and the spiciest habanero salsa that I ever craved. For the kids, she made quesadillas, hamburgers, taquitos, meatballs, and rice. The hamburgers were less popular among the under 10 crowd, but I was afraid to put my hand anywhere near the quesadilla plate lest it get chewed off by the wild animals attacking it. Her brownies weren't as sweet as I expected, but I might trade one of my kids for another lemon pie. We had 12 people in our party, and having a private chef turned out to be more cost effective than going out to a restaurant.
