Have been here for my oil changes and maintenance a few times. Happy with the work done on my car. Would go back again

Good people who do great work. Installed an aftermarket info-tainment system for me that I…read morepurchased online. Price was fair and results are great. Recommend.

Initially I had some speakers installed in my whip, then an amp, then a subwoofer. The crux of the issue was the technical abilities and quality of work from "the Guy" who does the car stereo work/installation - Robbie. I had to go back for consistent re-work, things were not operating as they should, the stereo would turn off when I turned the vehicle off (not consistent with factory settings), the amp was not hooked up correctly, it was overall poor quality work. And after my third visit, and spending 3G's Robbie wouldn't even talk to me or explain what he did, they just handed the keys over and gave me the bill, and the job was still not correct. This, coupled with broken promises from the old man with glasses who promised me he'd knock a hundred dollars off my bill - and he never did. He overcharged me. And furthermore; he tells really bad jokes. I ended up going to "Soundz Plus" in Naperville to correct all of this dumps eff ups, and the professionalism and quality of work compared to Mobile Electronics puts them to shame. If you are serious about having a quality job done in the arena of car stereos I would highly suggest not wasting your money (which I did) here, and go to Soundz Plus in Naperville. If you want a simple job, yeeeahhh, I guess they can do that - but anything beyond was a real challenge. I would absolutely not recommend.

I brought my jeep in to have an alignment done. I lowered my jeep a few months ago and I couldn't…read moreget the alignment back in factory specs. There was some serious camber issues and the inside of the tires were wearing quickly. Paul thought he might be able to get it back in spec. After looking at my jeep he told me there was nothing he could do unless I wanted to buy some control arms. My options were to buy the control arms, go back to the stock springs, or leave it the way it was. I decided to go back to the stock springs. I was at work at this point when I was talking to Paul about my options. The stock springs were at my house and I had no way of getting them to him. Paul offered, I didn't ask, to drive to my house and pick them up himself and bring them back to his shop to get them installed. I was shocked. Most places these days try to get by with doing the bare minimum, but not Paul. He went above and beyond in my opinion. To top it off, the price he charged me for the install, plus an alignment, was much less than I was expecting. Paul earned a customer for life and I will refer his business every opportunity I get. He really does care about his customers and it shows. Thanks again Paul for everything!

If you need any type of specialty work, I highly recommend street style to be your provider.

Where do I start. First off, this is not an actual repair business, or garage, at least not from…read morewhat I experienced. It seems like this 1 mechanic is using the name of VJS Auto and its reputation to lure customers into some side work. The phone number listed here goes straight to this guys cell phone. I talked to 1 person named "John" who now works out of his mother's garage. The address is no longer in West Chicago because he lost that location and is now working out of his mother's garage for side work in Wheaton. I made contact with John and he immediately said I could come to his house for a cheaper price. Confused at first but i went along. Once I got there I could tell this guy was a mess. The first immediate thing I noticed was the disarray of the garage. So many tools scattered everywhere the guy wasted so much time looking for what he needed. I came for some simple diagnostics on my door switch for my 2001 Lincoln Town Car. Before even getting into the diagnostics he proceeds to tell me every OTHER thing he thinks is wrong with my car. That's not what I came for. He was trying to upsell me on quick jobs he could do on the spot, like a tune up. I told him I'm a mechanic and i do all my own work so thank you but no thank you. I came for diagnostics so I could do the work myself. After about an hour of fiddling around in the fuse box he tells me he doesn't have his power probe so there wasn't much else we could do, fine. The next issue was him looking at the shifter cable. I ALREADY knew my shift cable was stretched and was delayed into switching gears. He then decides ok let's lift up the car and take a look. This man literally spent an hour trying to jack the car up on all 4, using 3 different sets of jack stands (He was trying to make the car level while raised in the air.) He did not know how to properly lift a car with air suspension and as a result, damaged my rear passenger air bag. He let the car down from the 4 corners when any REAL mechanic knows you have to lift an air suspension evenly, Or the bags will not sit back down properly, and that's exactly what happened. I was left with a sagging rear end all the way home. The next day I took it upon myself to check this guys work and find out what was going on. Like I said, he did not even know how to jack up a car with air suspension and as a result 1 air bag did not set properly and was left hanging, wedged in between the frame of the car. Luckily the bag did not puncture or rip. I re-seated the bag myself and then noticed the damage left on my rear driver trailing arm. Not only did he not know how to properly jack up the car, but he did not know the proper lift points resulting in a damaged trailing arm. This is what happens when you rest the weight of a car, onto a suspension part and not the frame. I have provided pictures in hopes that no one else is tricked into going to see this guy. Please be careful who you trust no matter how professional they APPEAR to be. Oh and he also suggested that I take my car to his "Job" so his boss could look at it instead. I thought this WAS your job! Needless to say I did nothing of the sort.

I can't praise these guys enough! They were quick to respond to my quote request, they were able to…read morefit me in the same day, and they walked me through everything they were doing as they were doing it. Great group of guys and I was very pleased with their service!
