I called Discount Tires yesterday to find out what the mileage was when I bought them knowing the rotation was probably due. Imagine my surprise when I found out I had already put on over 10,000 miles since I purchase them (I drive a lot). They recommend 6 - 8,000 miles for the rotation so it was a little past due. I was out in Naperville today. There are 2 locations in Naperville so I called both locations but neither one was able to take me this week. Naperville is over 40 miles from where I live so coming next week wasn't an option, besides I was overdue for a rotation already. I called the DT in Aurora even though this was about 16 miles further west than where I was @ in Naperville. They said I were taking walk ins so I drove out to Aurora it took about 25 minutes. I was in & out of DT in about 30 minutes. Thank you for the quick turn around it was greatly appreciated. Driving the additional distance had an added advantage. Woodman's Gas station was just over 1 mile away from DT & very close to I-88 which I jumped on to come back to Chicago. The gas is only $304.9/gallon so I filled up saving myself a trip to Costco later.

I've taken our vehicles to Brian on a few different occasions when I either haven't had the know how or time to do the repairs myself and his work is always top notch. He's even managed to schedule me in a last minute pinch. I've had him work on no start issues, brakes, wheel bearings and every time the repairs have been done on time and at or below the price he quoted. I believe the first time I went to Brian was for the wheel bearings on my 2000 Ford SVT Contour, the dealership wanted more than $700 for both. I about died! Brian came in well under $400. His prices and the fact that he never suddenly "finds" something else that has to be replaced is what has sold me on using him for repairs to my vehicles. The car always comes back just as clean as I drop it off, no grease on the steering wheel, seats or anything. He even takes the faceplate off my stereo and hides it out of sight when my car is there, as this is the only time it sits outside. I would refer this shop to anyone at anytime, and actually have!

They take care of their customers right away; while I was there, I chatted with a Semi driver who came for a quick tire replacement and he felt the same way indicating to me that Tire Management is one of the few places that can repair/replace big vehicles trucks without appointments or making you waiting forever. This is a family business, while I was waiting for my RV, I had the pleasure to meet Mike's dad, it is really refreshing to see family business like this !! Placed initial order several weeks ago and once I received the invoice - it was WRONG. Trying to cancel the order was a goat rope that led to two days of emails and phone calls and just utter incompetence! Alas - enter stage right - a very "helpful" manager who implored me to remove my Google Review and promised to severely discount a new order (which he did) if I would give SD Wheels another opportunity to earn my business. I should have listened to my own gut instinct and stayed far far away..... 9 days later (clearly shipping is not among their skill sets either - but no worries, they are blaming COVID and Holidays like everyone else - despite in stock items)! Thank you Jeff Bezo's for showing us that CUSTOMER service and supply chain competence DOES exist. Alas, the day came for delivery and install. Not one....rather TWO.....of the long awaited Voxx wheels were opened with significant damage! I give up. Another two hours of waiting for an RMA to UPS them back - only to be jerked around. Had to contact Voxx Wheels directly to get the RMA that sat in SD Wheel's inbox for over an hour. Bottom line up front - CONSIDER other vendors. This place is clearly not ready to sell paper bags let alone custom wheels/tires! Refund finally initiated today. And they would lead you to believe that they've done me a great favor. I was placed with Zach and while the initial contact did not go well due to his personal emergency time off, in the end he came thru and really made the experience correct. He became the personal and my only contact until tires we delivered this week. My initial review was 1 Star and feeling company did not truly offer what it offers in writing and on their website. In the end, Zach was 4 stars and thus my rating went to a high 3-star overall rating. It took three attempts, but in the end, the resolve was fair.
