Loved the work they did and priced very reasonably. Their estimate was 3 times lower than the place we went to first.

Not a good experience at all. My jeep needed the front fender replaced and the door painted after…read morean accident. The day I picked it up, the new fenders light bulb was broken off inside the lens not working, the fender wasn't in line with the door and hood, the door had fish eyes in the clear and a buffer burn. I made another appointment to get these fixed which they did, no charge. Again, I had to pay for another rental car for three days though. While it was there I decided to have them replace the seat bottom foam and cover I had bought at the jeep dealership. I picked the jeep up discovering that upon reinstalling the seat, they poked a hole in the new oem jeep 600.00 seat cover and scratched both the door panel and sil plate with the metal seat track. Also, the air bag light was illuminated on the dash. They agreed to purchase a new door panel and sil plate, but the cover is no longer available. I suggested they repair the old one for me to have as a spare and leave the new one on with a hole for fear of more damage. That would not be anywhere close to the cost of buying a new one. It took several phone calls, stop ins and emails to get those parts from them. After many many months of the seat cover being at the shop, with the owner saying it would get repaired after I stopped to see, I gave up and picked up the unrepaired seat bottom cover, now covered in dust and dirt. Chapter closed at least. I don't just leave negative reviews, it's not my thing but I have never had to call, email and stop in a place of business so many times to get something fixed, yet not completely. This was an extremely unprofessional transaction. Each time there were easily seen things wrong. I understand things happen, but this was all in lack of quality control, honesty and follow through.

My son's vehicle was hit by a Progressive insured. Prior to the hit on his right door, the door…read morepanel was tucked in and secured. After the hit, it popped out and a chunk of wood is showing where the window goes down. Obviously, when the other vehicle hit his door, the impact popped the interior door panel. When I chose Northfield Collision, I did it because I wanted to support a local business, keep money in the community. Again, trying to support a local business, I did not go with a "Progressive Recommended" collision company. When I went to pick up the car, they handed me the Progressive Insurance check and asked me to sign it, which I did. I then went to the car, opened the door. I went back in and told them a chunk of wood was showing where the window rolls up, and needed repaired. One guy gets another guy and they are all telling me it's a factory defect. I told them I didn't care if it was a factory defect. The car panel was fixed once before, you can tell in the picture where it had been repaired before, so I knew that the accident popped it out. Unfortunately for me, they already had their signed check and told me to deal with it, goodbye. When I contacted Progressive, they stated since I did not use a "Progressive Recommended" vendor, there was nothing they could do. Progressive looked at it and agreed that it should have been repaired. Now, we are driving it with a chunk of wood sticking out, and each time I look at it, I'm angry that I trusted this company. If I had used a recommended vendor, Progressive stated it would have been repaired. Due your due diligence! If you still want to use this company, do NOT sign the insurance check until you walk around your vehicle and inspect it. I learned a valuable lesson, and will never go thru a collision specialist unless it is recommended and guaranteed by the insurance company.

What seemed to be a minor 5mph collision turned out to be more extensive once they assessed the damage and reported it to insurance. A front wheel and bumper were hit and they did all of repairs, replacement of parts, paint, calibrated all of the sensors, had a 4 wheel alignment done, had an engine harness replaced and did an interior detail to return our car back to the way it came out of the showroom. All was communicated to our insurance and all was covered. Our insurance said we could drive the car but Northfield Collision and we didn't think this was safe so they adjusted their schedule to take the car in one week earlier so insurance would pay for a rental during repair and we didn't have to take out a rental on our own. Above and beyond what you would expect. Great communications letting us know the status and you can tell they really care about their work and customer satisfaction. While we never hope to have to use them again, we would go nowhere else.

0 out of 10, would not recommend!! My car was damaged during the hail storm on April 16. I took my…read morevehicle to crash champions on April 28. They originally said 2-3 week. I was totally fine with that, there were a lot of vehicles that were damaged and I know they were going to be busy. CUT TO 4 WEEKS LATER.... No phones calls or updates. I would periodically check on my vehicle, using my app on my phone. Car was moved once. I then received a call from insurance about my rental vehicle. When I spoke to someone at my insurance company they also did not have any update on my vehicle. They were not sent a repair invoice. I called crash champions several times, either had to leave a message or was told they would check on it and call me back, which they didn't. I finally spoke to someone the day I had to drop my rental vehicle off after having to stalker call like an ex-girlfriend. Magically my car was done. Great, go pick it up and not only does my windshield have the same chips in it, now it's completely crack from the passenger side to the driver side. There were still dents on my car and a missed paint chip. Which all of this was previously discussed. So Now I have to bring my car back at a later time when they get my windshield in. Fine again I know they are busy. Fast forward two weeks later, I call to check the status. Not only did they have my windshield, no one called to let me know. Ok told me to bring it in on Wednesday. I get there and no one knew I was coming, didn't have an appointment and the rental car was also unknown. They called the person who scheduled me, and Enterprise responded to get me quickly. Getting ready to get my rental and then I'm told the paperwork has not been sent over yet, since crash champions is covering this rental. I sat there for over an hour. Finally they sent the paperwork and I got the rental. Over a week later and they finally call me that my car is ready. Fantastic.......not ! They missed a dent that I circled in marked when I dropped it off last week. They are going to fix it but that's another day without my car. With that being said, I do realize that they had so many vehicles to work on. The time management and lack of communication is the biggest issue. I will never come back to them. Side note, Michelle in the front office was very nice, and Enterprise employees were fantastic. I finally have my vehicle back and it is July 10th!!!! Not to mention the inside of my car was dirty af!!! They didn't care to even wipe it down. This was after I even pointed out to them how dirty they made it and told them they needed to clean it, they did not. At that point I was irritated and just clean it myself!
