Hello, To anyone who is reading this, I am writing this review today to express my great concern for this stores Customer Service and Future of the store itself. I went in earlier today on at around 4 PM and I went in line And I Couldn't help but Observe the Great Hostility in the store, As I was in the line I kept on over hearing The workers on the line screaming and swearing at Each other which I didn't find very professional in that type of small working environment where all the customers out in the Dining area can hear you. My Next Concern is that When I was in line and I walked up to the register The Cashier didn't even Speak/really Understand English I personally dont think That is the best option in there favor and we had to call someone else over who was supposedly the manager Her name tag said "Shanice" She came to ring me up as I ordered 9 Hotboxes as I was having this big get together and we wanted to all grubs on Dave's Hot chicken, and I got 4 Boxes of fries with it. The Cashier Said "Is that all Fatass?" I looked her at and said "Excuse me" and She reply's with "Oh is that it for you today" trying to make it seem like I didn't hear her, I grab my Milkshake and take my receipt and go sit down. As I'm sitting waiting All I can hear coming from the Kitchen is People Swearing at Each other. I sit at a single table for the next 45 minutes after observing all these customers go up to the front asking the workers where there food is as they have been supposedly been waiting for around 30+ Minutes and so Have I. I roll my big ass over to the counter and i slam my hand on the table trying to get someone's attention. I couldn't get anybody's attention so I Said "Excuse me" and I Overheard someone in the back say to another person in the back, "hey this Tubby cunt cunt in the front needs help" and finally someone came out. I didn't say anything to them because Id rather leave a review here. The manager came up and asked me what I needed help with, I showed them my order number and asked where my food was and she walked over to the window and looked around and said "Hey this fat cunt wants his grub so lets get it on the fly" whatever that means. She comes back over and says my food will be out shortly and I asked her how long she said about 10 mins. I asked for her name she said it was Shanice, I take back my order number and go and sit back down. Around 30 Minutes later I'm still waiting, As I get up they conveniently Call my order number. I walked over and grabbed my bags of food and she asks me if I Would Like another milkshake for the wait time, I said Sure and as She walks away I hear her say "Of course his fatass wants one" and she goes over and makes it, She comes back I take it and ask her. "What did you say as you were walking away" she Reply's with "Nothing Why? I ask her if I Could speak to another manager she says sure. A Guy comes over his name tag said Jamie, He stumbled through the doors seemed kinda drunk if you ask me, But I'm not gonna question it. The other manager talked to him prior to talking to me, He comes over and just straight up looks at me and tells me "Hey why dont you roll your fatass out of my store". At that Point I was fed up and angry with the service there and grabbed my stuff and walked out. When I got back to my house where I was having a get together which wasnt far at all probably about 5 minutes away. I opened the bags to find the chicken looking to just have been thrown in the container and boxed up looks like it was very lazy when it was made and it was cold. That's it for now I do appreciate anyone who reads this and I hope someone goes to this store to deal with this Braintree store as Dave's hot chicken is a great place I just think they need new managers and employees Thank you. read more

Once I got in there I saw the graffiti on the walls how funky it was in there and how it smelled so good in there and their employees help me figure out what to try it is fantastic and I have the app which makes it so much easier to order ahead of time and then just pick up my food .
