ok so im sure we all had chick-fil-a and Raising canes so i decided to try Daves. well very disappointed place is clean and very roomy and not much people but tables were clean and floor and patio. the children can be ordered in levels of spice or no spice whatsoever got 1 not spicy and 1 mild the chicken not spicy was so bland with no flavor whatsoever the mild was good at first but then its too much as u continue eating fries are good u get bread but plain white bread there soda machine was not working meals do not come with drinks 2 meals of 2 strip with fries and 2 drinks was over $30 not worth the amount and quality of the chicken my daughter even stopped eating read more

Terrible. Sat in that dumb line for 20 minutes sat at the window for an extra 10 n drove off these slow as people don't deserve your money. Not even a dinner rush. Just slow ass workers. Used to be a good spot i guess it's going downhill smh. No excuse for 30 minute wait in line for some damn fried chicken i only had 2 cars ahead of me. I went April 29th @ 11:14pm not only did I get so sick I had to go to the emergency room my partner did as well & I breastfeed my 5 month old as well and guess what he got sick too! I asked for my money back and they have given me the run around saying they have refunded me my money... I run a very tight ship when it comes to my finances so I know exactly what's in my account and what's taken out of my account and they are saying they've given me my money and they haven't given me my money I spent 40.07 and it still hasn't been returned to me... as far as getting sick goes I am willing to sue especially if I don't receive my 40$ back. Horrible service! Not only did it take 15 minutes until someone finally took my order. After that we were at the window for a good 25mins!!! Not one person in this restaurant cared to attend us at the drive thru window. Finally we were able to flag down the workers and it took 3 people just to get someone to come to the window. Food always hits good, very fresh and delicious, staff is usually pretty friendly and fast when taking orders, however from drive-thru to getting food from the window can take a decent amount of time. Still worth coming to, inside the building is pretty well up-kept from what I've seen. read more

Zero stars. There is a reason why you have a drive through so people order and go. Unfortunately management does not know that the drive through needs to be quick. The lady kept telling me to wait. I was patient and as soon as 10 mins went by I asked if someone was there and she repeated herself for me to keep waiting. I came by for the first time to try them out. Won't be returning to this Dave hot chicken. The store manager Has the worst customer service. I ordered from DoorDash to pick up myself, and she refused to give me my order. After explaining to her that I ordered it from my DoorDash app, she simply kept repeating to me " you don't understand " she even asked me, " do you want me to tell you in Spanish so you can understand". Don't know how she's a store manager and has no knowledge on how DoorDash works. After showing her my bank account, showing that it was withdrawn and showed her the DoorDash app receipt she still refused to give me my order. She finally gave me my order after i insisted a refund. I said it was my order, then was told I couldn't get extra sauce for online orders. I haven't eaten anything fried for a whole year and wanted to treat myself, and it was a total disappointment... being denied sauce was the weirdest thing I experienced.
