We went last night at 8pm and parking lot was pretty empty however once we ordered we looked around at the tables and the counter seats and realized a lot of people didn't have food yet. Can't give this place 5 stars as much as I'd love to. I know they just opened up, so they're bound to have some errors in the beginning. We've had Dave's Hot Chicken in Vegas, so it's nice to order it off the strip at normal prices. The food was GREAT! We stopped by on a weeknight around 9 PM. It was so crowded we had to sit outside. Majority of the crowd was waiting for their food. I think we waited about 30 minutes? The people at the registers were people I wouldn't want representing my restaurant if I had one. Younger kids have zero customer service skills. When I picked up our order I asked if anything was labeled but unfortunately they weren't. I added an extra star because the guy who handed me our order was able to help me tell the difference between extra hot, medium, and light mild. As stated earlier- the food was GREAT. This was our first time and we order the mild chicken slider meal with cheese fries and a side of Mac and cheese. They called our number and unbeknownst to us they had given us the wrong plate. They called out our number again and quickly realized their mistake. They were fast to rectify it and made our order packaged to go since we already started eating the previous meal. My chicken was extremely spicy, where they added the mild sticker under it was the hot sticker so I'm assuming they didn't know whether it was mild or hot but just put the sticker on it. Waited for this location to open for months and then I got to try it. I ordered online and picked up my order. This location is new as stated, but they're still not prepared for the pick-up online orders as I still had to wait in line due to there not being a designated area for pick-up. So I spent just under a 100 bucks to feed my family and have sandwiches I can't eat because they're too hot. It's sad because the chicken is cooked great. I've been waiting for this place to open to see what the hype was about. The place was busy. I ordered the #2 with a side of Mac. And I actually got my food in under 10 minutes with it being busy. The Mac I would definitely pass on next time. It tased like cheap deli Mac and cheese. But the reason why I came here was because of the chicken sandwich which is the star here. My husband got very sick after eating here. Customer service was terrible. Why is a 16 year old talking to customers the way they are? How do you tell me my food isn't ready for pick up without even knowing my name, only to ask someone else what to do with pick up orders and the realizing my foods been sitting in a un heated shelf for who knows how long cause it was cold when I got in my car. It had a weird smell when you walked in I got my food to go and when I got into the car, I tasted a french fry it was ice cold, when I came home, the chicken was OK nothing super special and the slaw was super wet so my bun was super soggy.
