I went to get the deal, you have to order through their app. It didn't work...their app was down. The kid behind the counter said they knew but there was nothing they could do. So I ordered paying full price for 2 sandwiches. At home I emailed Firehouse explaining the situation. I got an automated response saying they will look into it. I wrote back saying thats all fine and dandy but it does nothing for me. Got the same response. I sent my sam response. Got a 3rd same response plus another saying the issue was resolved and I could have gotten the deal the next day. I wrote back that they just lost a customer. This is pathetic. Not caring about customer relations by a company that touts community involvement. I love our firemen but not these corporate thieves.

The sandwich is stacked and you could probably share a large between 4 people. Overall it's a great sandwich at a great price. Their single sandwich choice really limits their appeal, but it is done very well.
