Dave was super responsive since I reached out via Yelp! Immediately provided a quote as I was comparing prices, and he provided immediate responses even when I kept adding services/asking questions. Right off the bat, I valued the open communication. I wasn't present when he provided the service therefore my husband was present and my husband had amazing things to say about Dave's professionalism and quality of work as well! Got our floors done, couch dry cleaned, and a couple of rugs as well. Everything turned out much better than anticipated! Highly recommend! Will definitely be reaching out again in the future! I had Dave come out and do a dryer duct cleaning. Very nice guy. They were in and out pretty quickly. I didn't think anything of it. Until 1-2 weeks later I was still having issues with long dry times of clothes that I thought would have improved significantly after the duct cleaning. It didn't so I had a dryer repair person out to further assess the drying time issue and we found a large hole 2"+ hole in thr dryer hose that runs from the dryer to the wall. Pictures below. I sent the below pictures to Dave's Rapid Dry Carpet Cleaning and asked why the hole would not be noticed or seen during their $150 service, and he basically it is not part of their service to visual inspect the last part of the ducting leading to the dryer as long as the ducting pressure seems improved. I explained to Dave I need to pay an additional service fee to find an issue that I would hope is caught easily during a dryer duct cleaning. I let Dave know I had to pay an additional $140 to find the real drying time issue. His only response was I should have called him before hiring another contractor, but I had no idea the ducting had a tear until the other repair person pulled out and started assessing the dryer. Bottom line I'm disappointed I was referred to Dave for excellent dryer ducting cleaning services, and even after being contacted he did not offer to reduce his fee to me for not catching an issue that should be part of a duct cleaning assess and inspecting all accessible ducting from the dryer to the exit point outside of the house, and that I had to pay another contractor to find. Please be warned before having this company clean your dryer ducts.

Dave did a real good job cleaning our house. Real humble guy, found him on Facebook, got a quote I was happy with. Day of appointment, he came on time like we arranged, asked a few basic questions, told me what I was quoted for and thats the price I'll get. He even did a closet that I had asked last minute for free. For a house that was once a party house, he was able to make it look like a family home. Definitely recommend his service to everyone. Dave did a really good job in my home cleaning my carpets for stairs, hallway, and master room. Everything looked and smelled so fresh once it was done. Their customer service is also very good! They respond quickly and make sure to communicate with you through the entire process. In addition to getting my carpets cleaned I also got my dryer vent clean. Dave is awesome! We had been having issues with our dryer taking 2-3 times longer than normal to dry our clothes. Dave came out this past Saturday and completely cleaned out our dryer vent duct. Our vent was almost completely blocked by all the lint that had accumulated throughout the years, which was causing a ton of lint to blow back into the lower area of the dryer with the gas burner is. That was a HUGE fire hazard. Dave vacuumed out all the lint and left it like new! Our dryer works great again. Thanks again Dave! read more

I had been needing my air ducts to be cleaned because I started to notice that lately when the heater would turn on I could smell burnt dust. They were friendly since day one of booking appointment and very professional at the time of doing the work. They took Covid precautions upon entering my home and during the job. I didn't realize it until my kids pointed it out, b it after having the air ducts cleaned my furnace is nice and quiet now, like it's not forcing itself while running. Dave showed up on time after sending us a preliminary quote via text message. After looking at the job he lowered the cost due to a smaller footprint than he expected. Very professional throughout the job! He explained exactly what he was going to do and what he needed (front door opened a few inches, electric plug, couple hours of drying time). Carpet looks great! Excellent customer service! I saw posts on What's up Corona regarding dryer vent cleaning. I completely thought my dryer vent needed cleaning since my clothes wasn't drying well. Dave came out and inspected my vent. He was so honest with me and informed me my vent was right next to the dryer and wasn't deep enough for any problems. He cleaned it out for free since it wasn't an issue. I was so impressed by his honesty and customer service that i hired him to clean my couches. He did a very thorough and excellent job!!! While she was kind and worked hard, many areas were left untouched: dusty closet shelves, stair railings, and floors that still left my 1-year-old's feet black after crawling. When I asked for a partial refund, the company refused and instead sent Monique back. But when we asked her to double-check the closet shelves, she said she was told to only do the floors. She also mentioned that only a steam cleaner would actually remove all the dirt, and she only had a mop -- which just confirmed that she wasn't given the tools to do a true DEEP clean. I don't blame Monique -- she was professional and did what she could. My issue is with the company's definition of a "deep clean" and the lack of value for the $400 price. Definitely would not recommend if you're looking for a thorough, move-in-ready clean. My job should not be to do quality control of the job done, that's the manager job. First day, one of his guys shows up and had no idea what we wanted and said some requests were impossible so he went home and more guys came back the next day. There was a huge miscommunication with every person that has shown up to our home, with guys even not coming at all unless I called Julio. We had asked for the tub to get new caulking and silicone and were under the assumption that he would remove the old one, dry it out, reinstall, etc. but he just added a new layer on top. By the 4th day of this I knew no one was coming so I ended up finding other contractors. They also hooked up the pipes in our vanity and the hot and cold water are swapped, and it started leaking. Sadly I feel like I was naïve to think one flooring company can do everything I requested and the work should have been split between other contractors.

This was our first time using Dave's Rapid Dry. They were professional, courteous and quick. We were quoted $80 for our 2009 Toyota Venza. Unfortunately our stains were too severe to get all of them out. That happens with 3 kids under the age of 7. Anyways, because the technician couldn't get out all of our stains, they only charged us $40. I was pleasantly surprised at the price change. They could've kept it at $80 because they did all of the work, it was just, our stains were too permanent. However, it was very kind of them and appreciated that they lowered the price. We will definitely be using them again on future cars as we'll be staying on top of the stains this time. We highly recommend Dave's Rapid Dry Carpet Cleaning to all friends and family. I had a sectional and a rocking chair cleaned the rocking chair was extremely dirty as we recently moved and the movers left it with stains Dave and his team got the stains out and the chair looks like new again. I had a couple of stains that i didn't think would come off, however they were able to remove the stains and now my carpet is nice, clean and it smells excellent.
