Don't bother coming here! I came in for a pedicure and spent extra on their luxury pedicure since it had been awhile since I had one. The man who did my pedicure started out by pointing out my varicose veins and bunions which was quite humiliating - of course I know these exist and am not looking to be shamed about them during what should be a relaxing treatment. He then proceeded with the pedicure and it was the worst I have ever had. My feet were still dry and rough after, and the polish smudged and chipped after 3 hours of letting it dry and being careful. I came back in the next day to have it redone and the woman who redid it was short with me and kept rushing through. I had to keep asking her to redo things - for example she took off the old polish but it was still on the edges when she was done. To top it all off they both were on their phones during the whole pedicure. This was the worst experience I've ever had getting a pedicure and I will not be back. read more

I went here to get my nails done for my graduation and it was horrible I want a refund!!! I brought my own nails I asked if she can do it and she said yes so I sat down she said she can do the design and shape but once she began it was red flags everywhere. She was acting as though she didn't care it took 45 mins just to put the nails on because they were crooked and she was being mean. I then sat through her hour and a half application of powder and when I showed her the shape again she said okay and nail after nail it got worse. I then told her to stop and I will finish my own nails at home and she wouldn't let go of my nails. I went to the Register and I said how much...I didn't get the design or top coat finish just powder so how much and she said $80 I looked at her in complete awe. She then started yelling at me and made me cry I was there alone I felt extremely bad she snatched my phone and threw it down and I just sat there and cried. I have an extremely big heart and if she would've went about it differently maybe a 4 star review would have came but no. Worst service ever!!!! She was picking up her phone acting as if she was calling someone so I paid her and walked all the way through Walmart crying. I wish I had a photo but I know she does there's no way she could be proud of her work because everyone I showed wasn't a fan of it I 10/10 do not recommend. The one in Palm Springs is way better than this one I've never had problems there. DO NOT GO HERE horrible treatment! read more

This nail salon is horrible. I've went there out of convenience since it is inside Walmarr. Never again. Every time I go, there is something wrong. They never push back the cuticles like they should even though I make sure to bring it up and remind them. I'm on day two of having my nails done and they are already chipping. I've not done anything to cause them to chip. It is just poor workmanship. Next time I will go out of my way and be inconvenienced so that I can get a manicure that I'm not unhappy with and ashamed for people to see. Not a quality salon. read more

I don't know why there are so many low ratings, if you go on a Saturday to any salon, you're probably going to have a wait. I went in on a Monday after work (they're open till 8 pm) and got set up right away. It's clean, affordable ($20 pedi) and no upselling. Nancy rushes through your manicure and pedicure is my review. She had done great work on me quite a few times prior to my recent visit. I watched how she was rushing through, she is very heavy-handed with that emoryboard and doesn't care that she hurts you in the process. If you tell her you see something she missed, she gets pissed. I told her to look at the work she is asking me to accept and she acted like she didn't see her shotty work. I complained and told her I did not like her work this time and she started yelling at me. Yelling at me? Oh no dear heart, very bad move. She realized I was not going to back down from her yelling and she then proceeded to grab my hand to redo her work and she rushed through it like a bulldozer. She kept throwing my hand back at me for approval. I wanted to smack her, but I'm too classy for her attitude and let her know it. Her attitude toward the customers is downright mean. When walk-ins came through as I was there she barely lifted her head to greet them, and spoke abruptly to those potential customers with an attitude. She needs to get checked by the owner. The prices are way too high for the work she does and her attitude can kiss my entire ass. She needs to be fired. I will not spend my good money on this bitch! Get rid of her, she needs to learn what customer service is all about. Stay away from this salon if you are looking for a relaxing experience, you will end up pissed and dissatisfied. read more

I don't know what I was thinking coming here to get my nails done. I get that this is a business but seriously? Even for Walmart?? I came in to get my nails done and wasn't greeted "what nails you want"..when I told her she replied "we have no appointments right now" she was more worried about what my grand daughters 5 and 8 were doing.. looking at the glass case full of nail polish colors. I came in to get my nails and theirs done but changed my mind quickly. Rude people working there made me feel like I was interrupting their super important conversation at work. I love this place. It was disappointing to see others who did not have a good experience. I arrived at 5:30 one evening. Nancy and Kim both accommodated me. Kim did my pedicure and my feet were loving every moment. Nancy did my nails. I wanted a tip with gel. She did a fantastic job and was accommodating to my every need and question. Nancy is the new owner and has had to deal with the reviews from previous management/ownership. Nancy took her time and did not rush me even though they closed at 6pm (I was there until almost 7). She made sure that my nails were to my liking. She was kind, hospitable and really polite. Yes, it is convenient because it is inside WalMart but, they went out of their way to ensure that I was happy with the service. My nails look natural and I have been complimented on them and it feels great because I had such a great experience. I recommend it highly and yes, I am very picky about where I go.
