Been a while since I've been here but I returned for a simple pedi while my sister got her brows done. The massage was fantastic and my feet feel really good (I run every week). Sister looks good which is quite the undertaking. 5/5 will come again. Place was still really clean and sanitary (super important to me) and the same friendly faces are still here. It seems they're doing really well and it shows: service was superb and I left without having to spend too much for a job very well done. My sister's brows aren't as warm and fuzzy anymore which is good since we're going out tonight and they were able to get us in right away. I was done a little before her because she took her time with the consultation. The staff here was really patient and understanding. I have used their services several times. However tonight 5/31/18 was the worst ever!! The customer service is horrible. The manager is extremely rude. I needed help getting my sandal on after receiving a mani/pedi and he out right said Do it yourself!!! Mind you my hands and feet are somewhat wet. I had already paid for my services and I a generous tipper. I will never go in Davi Nails again in Wal-Mart on North Garland rd. I am going to try and contact the corporate headquarters!! read more

Do not go to this Davi Nails. The new owner is rude and would not honor a $50 gift certificate our son gave us for Christmas. Most of the Pedicure chairs do not work. The lady next to us complained about stuff floating in the water of her Pedi chair. The chairs don't drain well either. The previous owners were nice, but this new people are not. We will not go back after my son is just out his hard earned $50 read more

Honestly when I went in my expectations weren't high but I was okay with that because I was in a hurry. This being said I have never had such a horrible time at a nail salon. They were rude and when I tried to explain what I wanted the woman there just spoke over me and would not let me speak. I got the gel manicure and when I left it was not what I was trying to explain and it was full of bubbles. I was very disappointed. read more

Worst experience ever. I asked for it to be thin i got attitude. The manger then started to finish my nails. When he began to paint them for some reason he was standing up.When the polished cured it was on my cuticle. I asked would he get it off he said at the end. Then he filed it,but it didn't get off. I paid and walked out . I came back and asked for them to paint it over he began to file again. I told him that it didnt work .He argue with me until i said either paint them or refund me.After ge did paint them he blamed his painting on the fact my polish was old. Yet the second time he painted with the same polish he did it semi correctly. I still have nail polish on my cuticle and he didnt redo what he knew was wrong. This place is alright, I came in and they offered me some drinks and walk-ins welcome. The place was also pretty neat and clean, but everything was going fine until one of their coworkers talked shit about me in their language. I'm white and I understand because I have Vietnamese friends as well. That's one way to lose their customers hopefully it won't happen again. read more

The ladies were horrible, they were making fun of my mother for having a hard time communicating with them and didn't do her manicure right.

Terrible service. The guy who seemed to be the manager was very rude when I initially entered the shop and refused to give me the same special as he gave the white lady that was there when I arrived. He spoke to me in a very demeaning tone and when I decided to leave instead of getting my nails done due to the terrible service he yelled at the top of his lungs "you wasted my time and messed up my customers" as I walked out of the door although he had not performed any services. Had such disappointing and offensive experience here that I will never go back to think salon ever. I went in early in the week and was going to just get a fill but decide to go ahead and get a mani-pedi since there was a special advertised on their window. I start to get my feet done and the lady tells me she will give me a good deal for a deluxe pedi and my nails for $37. So I said ok. So she finishes my feet and then start on my nails . I get done with my nails and I'm sitting at the dryer. She says I'm going to the bathroom 10 minutes to dry she'll be back. Ok! I get done a few seconds before she get back and I pay the guy (husband?) He tells I owe $54. I'm thinking she said $37. I'm very confused. I pay it and he gives me what I trusted was my right change. I go get a few items from within the grocery and I go to pay and realize he DIDNOT give me the right change. So I go back and tell him he didnt give me the right change and he basically tells me I'm lieing about it and that he knows he gave me the right change. I absolutely calmly explained to him what face bills he gave me and that I did not lose anything (like they accused me of) and can he count his drawer to see if he is over what I know he owes me e just bluntly told me NO! (this is retail 101 people) He just stood there and would not even attempt to try and investigate the situation. I felt robbed , taken advantage of, and swindled by these people who are supposed to be business owners. this was only my second time in this place as a new customer and they have just as quickly lost me as a customer. Never trust you are getting your right change back no matter who it is count it and make sure you are clear on what your total cost will be for the service you will be getting!!!! read more
