I had a prescription pickup that I confirmed over phone 4 separate times was hydroquinone with retin a and they give me hydroquinone with kojic acid. Ask estetician and she goes "I don't know that's what the left" That what she said for real. At least she went to "wash her hands" for I kidd you not,10 seconds, before looking for the prescription.For getting a prescription no big deal but what if that would have been the hand wash before the procedure? He made an off-the-cuff diagnosis without looking further into my issue and, frankly, was rather insulting when I asked a deeper question. I felt dismissed and not heard. They might be more interested in the Medical beauty business rather than dermatological diagnosis. My complexion is fair, and I have a family history of melanoma. I went to an amazing practice in San Rafael and was tested and diagnosed correctly. With my new protocol, I am headed toward health. This is my first unfortunate review.
