I went to see Dr. Li a couple weeks ago to get a teeth cleaning. I hadn't been to the dentist in while, so during my visit we found out I had a couple cavities and several abrasions. I started to panic thinking about how much everything would cost me, but that didn't last long because Dr. Li, along with their amazing staff were extremely helpful. They kindly looked up my insurance coverage and helped me set up two more follow up visits so that we would get everything taken care of, and at minimal cost too. The entire process went so smoothly and his staff so efficient, I left feeling relieved and happy. The visits that followed went just as smoothly. Prior to the procedure, Dr. Li would explain exactly what he would be doing so there were no surprises. During the procedure, he was very attentive, asking routinely if there was any pain or discomfort. This made me feel at ease and I knew I was in good hands. I have visited both Sunnyvale and San Jose location and the experience has been great at both places. The admin staff is friendly and efficient. I was scheduled for a filling right before the pandemic. So I didn't get back for it untill 6-7months later. When I did get back, instead of rushing into doing the filling, Dr Li did another X-ray and suggested to consult with a root canal specialist as a deep filing would hurt. I ended up getting a root canal done and restoration done by Dr Li. He saved me from going through un-necessary pain due to a deep filing which would have resulted in a root canal at some point anyways. read more

First of all the front desk very polite when I called to get an appointment she got me an appointment at my convenience schedule. Second, when I got there place looks sparkly clean and nice that ease my tension for a lit because I am big bald chicken. I was looking for a new dentist in the area after a bad experience at my previous dentist and found Doctor Li's. It had been two years since I'd gone to the dentist, so I came in for a cleaning. He recommended a deep cleaning, which I was expecting. I was a little nervous, since I've never had a deep cleaning, but Doctor Li made it painless. He numbed me up pretty good and it was over very quickly. Dr. Li ensures your are comfortable during your session and the staff are very friendly. I'm very glad I came here and I recommend it! Let me first start off that I do not like going to the dentist. I've had pretty good and healthy teeth but just the thought always bothers me. So I finally had to bite the bullet and go as I knew if I waited longer for my checkups I may have to get root canals and other terrible dental procedures. I went in for a checkup with Dr Li and was greeted by the receptionist, Nikki. She immediately made me feel at home and confirmed with me about the information I put into zocdoc prior to my appointment. Their use of zocdoc is great because I filled out the information prior to the appointment using my phone. Thus saving me time during the actual appointment. I met Dr Li who checked out my teeth and told me what procedures I needed to get done. He explained each procedure very throughly and why I needed them done. He was definitely more complete and more personable than my last few dentists. He also told me why I needed to get the procedures done as the cavities can cause more problems in the future. I've gone back for one more procedure and everything went well. Obviously it is still a visit to the dentist but I am more inclined to see the dentist where as before I was just terrified and wanted to put it off to a later date. So if you dread going to the dentist but understand that it is something you have to do for the health of your teeth, please take my word and see Dr Li. If I can do it, you can too! read more

My husband was diagnosed by other dentist that he needs a root canal treatment on his pre molar but dr li said it could save for a filling . After reading most of the reviews on Yelp, I noticed that not did Dr Li's business got 5 stars with over 100 reviews on Yelp, he also responded to customers' complaints personally, which shows that he truly cares about his customers, so I decided to go with him. Thank God I found Dr. Li, looked thoroughly for a dentist in the area with the coverage I have and it's been satisfying finding his office.
