I had already clearly stated I could do AFTERNOONS. Two weeks later I get a call and then a text asking if I'd like to be added to the "ASAP list". I thought I already was?! I was contacted AGAIN a few days later asking about my availability. How many times do I have to spell out I can come in the afternoons?! By this point, they're too much and I ask that they take me off the list. It's too much communication. May 27th comes along and I realize I've received no communication about my appointment on the 28th. I text them to find out they canceled my appointment. I NEVER told them to cancel my appointment. I simply didn't want to be constantly bothered about their "ASAP list". It's really unacceptable that they canceled an appointment I waited almost 3 months for. I was really hoping to have a good dentist 5 minutes from my house but no such luck. I was not interested in rescheduling as I completely lost trust in this office.

From the moment Dr. Lai treated me, I knew I was in the best hands--he was incredibly gentle, thorough, and detail-oriented, and I've never had a single issue since. After that experience, our entire family switched to his practice for cleanings and other dental work. Dr. Lai is truly the best, and his office staff is just as amazing. Anne, in particular, is fantastic--super efficient, friendly, and always on top of things.
