At it's worse, my pain was so bad that I could hardly walk and even sitting was almost excruciating. After my first few laser treatments and adjustments, the pain shot right down to a 1-2 out of 10. Masler gave me some stretches to do to improve my flexibility and strengthen my core to help keep me from backsliding. After my last few laser treatments and adjustments, my pain level has been consistently at a 0. He also showed my mom how to check to see if I need to go back for another adjustment.
