I am so pleased with my experience using David Uthman that I just had to write this review --- which is something I rarely do! I did not interact with Mr Uthman personally, but with his assistant, Peixia, who was excellent to deal with. First of all, I left the details of my case in a message to them via their web site on a Sunday, and they contacted me by phone the next morning. My citation was for not having a California license AND speeding on the Bay Bridge which was a $750.00 fine. Because I was cited for 2 things I was unable to do traffic school --- and I couldn't believe the fine!!! Mr Uthman charged me $150.00 for his services and I thought I'd be pleased if I could get traffic school. The case took about 1 year to resolve but I am so happy to report that Mr Uthman got all charges dismissed --- EVERYTHING! I am very pleased with the outcome of my case and the service I received and I would use them again if need be AND I would definitely recommend their services to a friend. read more

Funny story. Me and a couple of friends were hanging out one night and all of a sudden we were talking about getting pulled over and stuff. Next night, police pulls me over for speeding and "running a stop sign." I told my friends about it and they said I had bad luck. But luckily one of my friends knew David K. Uthman. Next morning after I received my 2 tickets, I went to their office, which is right across from 850 Bryant (Hall of Justice) and spoke to one of the employees. No appointment needed which made it so much easier. Gave her my contact info and my tickets and only paid $120! FOR BOTH TICKETS! What a deal! I couldn't go to traffic school due to my first ticket. Anyways, it's a long process, but their 99% success rate is actually 100%. I will come back here next time if I get another ticket. WHICH HOPEFULLY I DON'T. KNOCK ON WOOD. I was shaken up when I was told that my driver's license was going to be suspended. I have had a rough record, and I have had my share of tickets in the past. Mr. Uthman is an excellent lawyer. Last year, I was involved into a criminal investigation with the Police Department. It was not me, but my supervisor who got into this criminal matter. The police wanted to get some information from me and kept threatening me to help them investigate. I was in a though situation and didn't know what to do. I didn't want to lose my job. Luckily, Mr. Uthman gave me some good advice. He successfully helped me stop the police's harassment and solved the matter smoothly. I was very happy with the results provided by the office of David Uthman. I had a $500 fine for two driving-related charges, which David was able to successfully fight for me. I did not even have to come to court; instead, they fought on my behalf, and were able to get both ticket successfully dismissed. Not only did I not have to pay the fine, but my driving record will not be affected, and so my insurance won't increase. Overall, the experience with this office was quick, painless, and definitely worth the money-I saved a lot of money and time, and the interactions were professional. I did not see the No left turn sign on 2nd and Mission street San Francisco and despite knowing that there was a Sharif car behind me; I mad a left turn and got a a ticket for $ 237 which also had a DMV point. I was so much frustrated knowing that the DMV point ultimately can cost me almost $2000 through insurance cost increase. It's a great experience with David Uthman's office for the first time, I had a speeding ticket in SF area and as soon as I called him he was straight forward and told me what he can do and for a very fair price to dis miss the violation. David Uthman's office did a good job getting me out of a ticket. I had gotten a ticket for crossing a railroad track as the gate was going down. I do not believe that the gate was moving and if it was it had just barely started - it wasn't like I raced through just as the arm was completely down. Anyways, I don't think I was in the wrong, but got a ticket for it. I dreaded the idea of paying the ticket that I didn't deserve. So a friend referred me to David Uthman's office. I am not the type to go around saying shit is wonderful. However, in this case it is absolutely true. I have used this office numerous times over almost 20 years. Each and every time, not one exception, his office was able to obtain dismissals for me. Once a finding of guilty was even dismissed immediately after the verdict, after the lawyer was able to cite a statute that I never would have known about, an extremely obscure technicality, to which the cop and the judge were none too pleased with.
