One of the worst companies that I have ever worked with. Here is why. First after signing to represent me for two cases I never received any phone calls from them whatsoever. Second, I did call them myself 2 days before my court trial was set, and FINALLY spoke with A representative by the name of Luis who told me that I have nothing to worry about and that somebody from the company, I said above I had already hired them two months before my trial was set, and Luis confirmed twice to me during that phone conversation that someone from the company will come and represent me. Nothing of the sort occurred. The company completely lied to me. Absolutely nobody from the company came to represent me during my court trial despite like I said above I had hired them long time before my court date exactly for that purpose. Also when I called them when I found out that I had lost the case, they had the absolute insolence to claim that they had called me and wore me a day or two before my court date. Nobody ever called me ever since I hired them. The only person who ever called them, was me and that was only when I became aware that nobody called me and then 3 days before my trial I decided to call them , just like I said above. and find out what's going on. I already related this story above. They provided extremely extremely unprofessional and bad service. Because of them I lost the case. They are so disrespectful of their clients, that not only they didn't call me all to let me know that they would never show for my trial, and if they had to call me to notify me that they would no longer represent me, they should have done that at least a week and a half before my trial, as that would have been THE ONLY WAY they would have given me ample time to replace them. But not only they never communicated with me that they would never show on my trial, they also completely failed to offer ANOTHER attorney replacement. YES THE CALIFORNIA ATTORNEY PROFESSIONAL CODE OF CONDUCT clearly stipulates that the attorney must always fin a suitable replacement if they cannot themselves represent their clients. Also during my follow-up conversation they continue to lie, fire Luis a representative from the company, forcedly yelled at me during my phone conversation that the company never offers any refunds. I called them again and spoke with the representative by the name of Delilah, I think that's how her name is spelled as she refused to provide me with the spelling of her name, another unprofessional conduct. Anyway during my conversation she lied that the company had tried to contact me, ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE AS I HAD SHOWN ABOVE, continue to provide other lives about how I was refunded and so was and what date and so on. I just dropped the call. No use arguing with crooks and thieves. Yes they are absolutely dishonest, they lie to your face just to get your money and then they never deliver never deliver on what they promise. They should be disbarred and they should be fined they should never be allowed to practice law in California. The most dishonest, treacherous and lying company that I have ever worked with. Not happy with the outcome with my speeding ticket. They email me a letter stating that I was only to pay a fine for my speeding ticket and no points, however they contradicted that by saying that there would be a point on my driver record. They couldn't get the letter written with accurate information and it set off a chain of emails with Jonathan Guzman. I hired Ticket Crushers to handle my traffic citation and paid their fees upfront with the expectation that they would actively manage my case and keep me informed of any developments. After the initial onboarding email in January 2026, I received zero proactive communication for nearly two months. No updates, no check-ins, nothing. When I finally reached out myself in early March, I was blindsided to learn that a plea offer had apparently been accepted by the court -- resulting in a reduced fine of $279 that was due the very next day (March 6th). I was given less than 24 hours notice about a court-mandated deadline on a case I was paying them to manage. When I raised this concern, the response from the case assistant was essentially that the firm had followed its process and was not at fault. While I understand that courts operate on their own timelines, basic client communication is the bare minimum expectation from a law firm. Being informed of a financial obligation the day before it's due is not acceptable. When I requested a full refund given the poor experience, I was offered only a partial refund -- which I also found inadequate given the circumstances. I came to Ticket Crushers based on strong word-of-mouth recommendations and genuinely wanted this to work. Had the misfortune of getting a traffic ticket and decided that I would look into what options existed other than just paying the fine and doing traffic school like all the other times.. I hired Ticket Crushers (TC) to help with a minor moving infraction, filled out an intake form and paid $300. I received the ticket in the mail 2 weeks later to pay the fine of $284. TC Team told me to ignore. They apparently "fought" to get my ticket dismissed, or so they say. No calls, No prep, No warning. Nothing! They never told me the intake forms were the first and last stop to explain my story. It's all they went off of to "defend me". The outcome? GUILTY. Pay the same fine as the previous letter and 1 point on my record on top of the $300 I paid them. What a Disaster! What happened? Who knows. They did not give me a copy of my paperwork after numerous requests, ignored my calls and sent me a few links to go do my own research. Good luck dealing with an Admin that will just tell you to email instead. Court Reporter on what happened? Not there. Recorded Zoom call or Transcript? Nope, not provided. The owner told me to go find the recording myself and just gave me a link. (What customer service!) Appeal? Owner told me "You can include whatever you believe the basis of appeal is in your notice of appeal." Basically three adults got into a Zoom room and decided my fate that will now cost me thousands in additional insurance premiums. The owners ultimate response to their "crushing process"? "The Officer was very well prepared. No amount of money would have won your case." SOOO WHY'D YOU TAKE MY MONEY? Typical "let's pray the cop doesn't show up" transactional firm. I guess you get what you pay for. If they spent half the time strategizing their cases and studying the law vs making cute and catchy Youtube videos, they might actually win something besides blaming their customers. I call complete BS on their 90% win rate but no way to prove it. However, I will be filing a complaint with the CA Bar, American Bar Association and their BBB rating already speaks for itself. He was lethargic, inconsequential, unassertive, and a punching bag for the DA that morning OFFERED NOTHING don't even know why he came, brought nothing to the table. I gave them everything, a case that was missing so many key components, and yet they still couldn't do anything. The DA didn't even respect my defense team, they didn't even appraise them of anything that would happen or their plan for my pre trial day, that screams lack of respect. Anyway I'm placing this warning here for others that might stop here. Find a proper criminal defense lawyer and verify their track record before hiring them. Also do not go solely based on price. Lastly, they ignored every request I asked them to explore for my case, my next lawyer didn't and I am out now All thanks to my lord and creator of course. Although the assistant was prompt and communicative, I am left having to give them a bad review because they were unable to successfully fight my red light camera ticket AND incurred a $300 late fee for lack of payment. This means I ended up paying 300 to them, and 550(!!!!) for the ticket. Their explanation for why they lost showed a basic lack of understanding for my case and they got several details wrong on the court day.
