Replacement retainers quick! Unfortunately, I was quoted a cheaper price when I called to inquire. When I asked at pickup, they denied their original quote. I know what I heard because I corrected the original quote when I wrote it down. It is better customer service to say they are mistakenly quoted wrong than to lie. I saw Dr. Boulton about a decade ago, but until now my teeth are straight and get compliments. For example, my regular dentist said, "Whoever did your braces was really good because normally, there are gaps over time but your teeth are tight like a glove." She also said my teeth look very pretty, and I can honestly attribute a lot to how I got braces as an adult here at Dr. Boulton's. I felt like having straight teeth not only helped my gums and teeth to be healthier as I can clean them better, but it just drastically changed my appearance, too. Most of all, I feel teary when I think back to how I got care here at Dr. Boulton's office. He and his staff are just the most excellent people. It is hard to find people who are so good to others and committed to giving the best. I chose this clinic first because Dr Boulton's office was so clean, and his was the only clinic that did not smell like teeth out of all I've visited for consultation haha. Also, I have nickel allergy, and one of the kind staff took the time to test a piece in my mouth instead of being dismissive that no one ever got allergic to braces. She also said they have everything there for emergencies and she even walked to the drugstore to get Allegra just in case. Then, every issue I had, Dr. Boulton patiently helped. I even asked if I could get my platic retainers thicker to double as a night guard since I have a grinding problem, and he said, "I can't see why not." When I had lots of anxieties and adjustments bec I got my braces when I was in my mid to late 20s and was a perfectionist, Dr Boulton just handled everything with grace and helpfulness. It is always relaxing, clean, and nice at Dr Boulton's office, which reflects the great people there. They even have flavored casts, cases, and a gift of the forbidden foods when you are done with your braces. I hope Dr Boulton will continue to work for a very long time as there is no one else like him. I want to thank him and his staff so much, and I am so happy I got my braces when I did. If you are on the fence, I'd say just do it, and make sure to go to this office specifically! read more

I've never been a patient here but I did go in for a consultation so my review is based on first appearances. I've known for several years that my daughter would need braces at some point so I asked friends whose kids were receiving treatment and that's how I came upon Dr. Boulton's office. There are a lot of kid friendly suggestions throughout and incentives for following your treatment plan. The office is very clean and modern inside even though the exterior of the building looks somewhat dated. The office Dr Boulton was very professional and thorough in explaining what he believed my daughter needed as far as treatment. I was especially surprised to learn that the cost for traditional braces and Invisalign were the same. The office wasn't super busy, which was nice. Based on the consultation and interactions with staff, I would've selected this office for my daughter's treatment if he were closer to my home. read more

Dr. Boulton has amazing bedside manors. I think so many doctors, dentists, and such just want to race to the next patient/client and Dr. Boulton really takes the time make you feel known and heard. Before braces he explained braces vs Invisalign and didn't push either one, but gave the benefits and drawbacks of both. His staff is super friendly and helpful. If there were 20 stars I would give Dr. Boulton and his staff the highest rating there is. All three of my kids went to him and what a wonderful experience that was. He and his staff have ALWAYS gone above and beyond what you would expect. He did such a great job that all my kids received "greatest smile" in high school. Not only does Dr. Bouton perform quality work he is someone who cares, and that is something that is hard to find. I now personally go to him and the experience for me has been the same as all those years ago. Nothing changes at this office, they just get better and better if that is even possible. Came here on a referral from a friend. I have to say I'm thoroughly impressed by the whole process. From original consultation until finally getting my braces removed. I'm very happy with the results as well as the way I was treated. I've worked in customer service and client relations my whole career and I can't begin to tell you how flawless this operation truly is. The front desk staff is always nice whether giving you a reminder call or scheduling you for your next appointment and always very accommodating with your schedule. Dr. Boulton as well as his staff were always very gentle and professional when applying, repairing, adjusting or removing the braces. I did have my braces 2 months longer than I was supposed to but I missed a few appointments so that was my fault. I'm so glad that I decided to take my daughter to Dr. Boulton, the staff is so welcoming and helpful. The first time my daughter got braces I must've called 5 times asking questions that might be silly but they were very understanding. I am officially done with my actually orthodontics. It's been a few years now actually, and since then I've managed to lose and break my night retainers a few times. As I am not a teenager, I never thought that this would be my predicament. That being the case Dr. Boulton's assistance each and every time has been above and beyond expectations. This last one was recent during the Covid 19 issue and they were officially closed down but Dr. worked to get them replaced & back to me! I don't think I ever did a shout out for them anywhere after i had completed treatment... but here it is.. if you ever need orthodontics.. Dr. Bart Boulton is highly recommended.
