Prices were higher than what we were hoping to pay, but as Alex explained to us, the price of vinyl is rising due to increased shipping costs. Our living room floor was basically what you would see on ballroom floors or event banquet halls. Our kitchen and bathroom tiles had already been worn out and cracked. So we decided to go with Floorscapes LA. We visited their office/showroom and we were pleased to see the wide variety of flooring samples to choose from. They had everything from laminate, vinyl, traditional wood and engineered wood flooring. We spoke to Albert and David and they were extremely helpful in helping us choose the right flooring for our home. We were able to borrow some floor samples to see how they would look like at home. Albert came over to our house and took some measurements of the areas that were to have the new flooring installed. An estimate was drafted in detail, itemized completely and with total cost. The price was right for us, give or take that we knew that we may have had to pay extra in case they were to find any unforeseen damage underneath the old flooring. Everything that was to be done was explained in detail and all our questions and concerns were addressed before they started the job. My husband and I are completely satisfied with the excellent job that Floorscapes LA has done. Our floors look awesome. Albert, David, Henry and the entire crew were very professional and I am still surprised at how fast, yet completely thorough the job was completed. They had 5 crew members work on our flooring. Our living room, kitchen, hallway, bathroom, and 1/4 bathroom were all completed in one workday. I work 12 hours and I can't believe they were done in less time than my entire shift.
