I went to Dr Han to replace my two crowns that I had for about ten years. He was upfront about costs and I felt he was trustworthy and transparent from the first visit. The treatment plan included figuring out the original implants that had been placed, color matching, one veneer to fix a gap from previous dental treatment, and bonding. The whole process took about 2-months from start to finish, as I needed to have time between appointments for Dr to order the crowns, re-order new crowns for better color matching, then he wanted me to have time to live life a couple weeks to make sure I was happy with the temporary crowns before making them permanent. I enjoyed going to each appointment. Ulga was kind and friendly. The office was clean and had little details that I found to be calming, including candles and aesthetically pleasing decorations. I got to listen to headphones while Dr worked on my teeth. He fixed a cavity that was found during my last appointment. The best part about my experience with the treatment I received was the relatable and friendly interactions I had with Dr Han. He is great at what he does, and also great with people. My family and I have been going to Dr. Han for quite literally decades now and have always had positive experiences. My friends & coworkers can all attest to my long diatribes when someone mentions having a wisdom tooth removed and I begin gushing about my own wisdom tooth extraction experiences. "You should go to my dentist, he's awesome," I'll exclaim, and then begin telling them about how I've had all of mine removed by Dr. Han with next to no discomfort, and I am always amazed when I hear of others' stories of painful results with other dentists. Although my positive experiences don't just stop at teeth cleanings and wisdom tooth extractions. For years Dr. Han had been pestering me to get a bite guard for my teeth grinding. I was stubborn and never did...until I started having issues with TMJ. I returned, defeated, and asked about it, and after a little scolding for ignoring his warnings and several x-rays showing the damage that was caused in my jaw, he suggested a "TMJ-bite- stabilizer" to fix the issue. I'll admit, despite my always positive experiences, I was skeptical, but ultimately relented. Having one's jaw stuck open quickly becomes good motivation to listen to the experts and do as they suggest! After just a couple weeks of treatment my jaw issues had all but disappeared. It has now been...roughly over a year (give or take?) and my jaw issues have never once returned! I can't emphasize enough how valuable this treatment was, and am still surprised at how quickly it worked. So chalk that up to yet another success for the good doctor, and I am as always, quite grateful for not only his expertise, but care and professionalism. So it's been a while since I've been here but I feel like I should share my experience. The office was really nice at first, but one appointment, he told me that two of my fillings had cracks in them and that I would need to take them out redo it. Up until that point, I had no pain or anything but being that I actually trusted this dentist, I let him do it. It cost me over $700 cash that I didn't have. A few days/weeks later, I started having pain in the tooth that he "fixed." It was getting worse and worse until I called the office back and told him that I needed to come in and get it checked. At the appointment, he tells me that I have an "open bite" which is STRANGE because I never had one before and the only reason that I was having one now is because I couldn't bite down on the tooth that had massive gum swelling and pain ... yes the tooth that he "fixed" the filling on. Then he tells me that I needed to extract the tooth, nothing could be done about it. Like what the fk, he had just had me pay $700 to fix the filling a month prior! Mind you, I had never had any problem with that tooth before he touched it. All of a sudden, I had an open bite, an infection in my tooth and needed an extraction. Oh hell no, I was not going to pay this fraud any more money to work in my mouth. So I leave and after another week, I could not stand the pain any longer and went to another dentist to be seen on an emergency Saturday. They told me that I had a bad infection and I would have to have my tooth pulled. They gave me antibiotics to prepare and then I went back and had tooth pulled. I was so upset for months because I had ALL my original teeth. Imagine how traumatic that is for a person. Anyway, I no longer have an "open bite" after the extraction. Dr. Han is simply amazing. Thoughtful, caring, thorough and extremely attentive. When I first looked at getting veneers I was told that I needed jaw surgery. They would need to cut open my jawline and insert a titanium plate to give me my desired smile. The surgery was going to require 12 months of braces, 6 months of recovery and another 6 months of braces to give me the smile I wanted! I met one of Dr. Hans clients who had a beautiful simile and she said I absolutely must meet him so I set an appointment for a routine cleaning and consultation. Dr. Han was the first Dentist that offered me hope for a great smile without surgery! In fact in the first visit he went above and beyond and created a temporary extension of my front teeth showing me what would be possible without surgery!! Dr. Han is a GREAT dentist. He really is worth the money. I saw a review on May 22, 2024, from Bree G. and what this person needs to understand is that the mouth guard is a customized stabilizer. I'm sure she's wearing it. I have had my stabilizer for some time and whenever I have a problem with it, he makes sure the stabilizer is properly set inside my mouth when I am sleeping AND he has never charged me for fixing my stabilizer because he custom makes the stabilizers in his office. There is NO dentist in the area that makes stabilizers (mouth guards). ALL dentist make is an impression of your mouth and send your impression out to have it made. Mr. Han is truly a good Dentist and your stabilizer (mouth piece) will need to be worn for the rest of our lives and if you need it repaired, he's there. He doesn't need to send it out. I found this amazing dentist fortunately through my friend and after years of wanting my teeth done I decided I was ready to take the plunge. I had a bad experience about 8 years ago in Columbia with composite bonding so it had taken me a very long time and studying a lot of friends dentists to finally get the courage to have any cosmetic work for my teeth again . Dr. Han is amazing! I needed my front tooth fixed due to a swimming accident years ago and he took the time to make it perfect! He took countless pictures, spoke to the lab personally (even went down there to articulate what he wanted for my cap), and explained every step of the process to me. And it was painless... In the end, it took a few months to get it right, because he's a perfectionist. And if there's anyone we want to be a perfectionist, its our doctors! But its not just this one incident. It's the maintenance. His office staff is amazing. They text me reminders and keep me on point to maintain the health of not only my teeth, but my son's. I have to really endorse Dr. Han, and his entire staff. After going to a "Dental Office" near my home in Brea, a friend recommended Dr. Han. Thank goodness for this office. The other Dentist ignored a very terrible situation with an old bridge and if the infection had continued it would have infected my sinuses, requiring surgery. I had a crown about a year ago , then about a month ago I've call them and told them about it , so I went there and I guess they had an issue with my previous insurance and I'm guessing they where not able able to collect part of the money so the day I'll go I got into there room and the assistant start questioning me and asking me about a balance and try to collect money from the CROWN that FELL OFF , I was so upset and I've never got a call from them ...terrible customer service... obviously they only care about the money ... and there are not cheap either.. I got a stabilizer from Dr. Han about 10 years ago because my jaw was clicking and locking. Dr. Han fitted me with a custom stabilizer I wear at night, he shaped it to my teeth and in a way to help reposition my jaw to address the reason my jaw was locking. It took just a few nights to get used to the feel and after that it was very comfortable to sleep with and quickly helped my clicking and locking. I've continued to wear the stabilizer and have not had a reoccurrence of locking. I will get the occasional click if I haven't worn the stabilizer in a while, but otherwise I haven't had any issues since I got it. I'd definitely recommend considering working with Dr. Han if you have TMJ dysfunction with clicking and locking! Stabilizer aside, this office and staff have always been great. I've had long-standing issues with my jaw for roughly 6 years now, with the symptoms worsening each year. I was referred to Dr. Han by my son dentist, my son is only 9 years old and had a very bad cavity, I was told by several dentists that he needed a root canal. I did not want such a painful procedure to be conducted on my son. Dr. Han examined my son and was able to save my son tooth without a root canal procedure. This is my experience with Dr. Han after getting 4 veneers on my front teeth. I went to Dr. Han looking to get the gap in front teeth closed. I came in for bonding because I felt that was the cheapest option that I saw online. Dr. Han went over all the options for me accessing the pros and cons of each. We went over braces, bonding, and veneers. For bonding he even placed some temporary ones on to see how I would look. I decided to go with the veneers because they would look the best and they could last more than 20 years if I take care of them. Dr Han gave his recommendations and the cost and let me think about it and talk with my family to ask their opinion. My next visit Dr. Han took pictures and made a mold of my mouth and to make a 3D model. With the model he sculpted my teeth the way he wanted to, so I could see what the adjustments would look like before they were permanent. It was a very thorough process. He also took another mold so I can bleach me teeth for a couple weeks to match the lighter color of the veneers. My next visit Dr. Han showed me the 3D model and went over what looks best for my teeth considering my smile, my face, the size of my lips etc. Then he placed some temporary veneers on, so I can see if I liked them but also Dr. Han wanted me to show my family and ask for their opinion on it. He even called me after a few days to see how it was going and asked for any feedback or if adjustments needed to be made. My next appointment my veneers went in and Dr. Han placed 4 veneers on my front teeth. I was done in less than two hours and I couldn't be any happier. My temporary veneers looked good, but my final ones looked even better! The entire staff was friendly and professional, and I recommend Dr. Han for any dental work. read more

If you suffer from grinding teeth or migraines, please talk with Dr. Han! I have suffered from clenching teeth for over 20 years. I even thought my headaches and stuffy nose was allergies, but it was actually due to the constant gritting every night with my masseters. I then did Botox for 5 years, but the effect was getting weaker and wouldn't last as long. Plus....toxin in my body every 6 months didn't sound so good. Came Dr. Han! I just moved to Chino Hills and came in for normal cleaning. He was the FIRST dentist out of the 4 I've had who asked what my concerns were in life. I explained how invisalign didn't work, my teeth clenched, and Ive had a history of Peridontal disease. He then spent 20-30 minutes addressing each topic! Peridontal he actually showed me how to brush my teeth which I didn't know....is actually brushing gums not the teeth. Second, he explained that the way my bite is and how my jaw is, it's impossible to have perfectly straight teeth. I could do invisalign or braces, but it'll always spread out again as that's how my mouth is. Finally, he asked if my grinding teeth caused migraines and I stated yes. We talked a little more about it and what I was doing, and he asked me to come back for another appointment. The next appointment was 1 hour, and he checked my head muscles (all in pain from light massaging) and stated that I have really strong head muscles and constantly grind. The worst part is, if I don't fix it, eventually my joints will wear out causing me not to be able to open my mouth as wide. I had two options, first was surgery which sadly doesn't always work and you'll have to do it again every 20 years. Second was a stabilizer. Now, I heard of night guards and how they sometimes don't work, but he said this was different. It was a custom guard that actually stabilized my jaw, not protect my teeth from hitting each other. It isn't cheap, but he does offer payments and if you have FSA or HSA, use it for this. The whole process took about 2 appointments, but 3 months later and Ihaven't had a migraine since!!!! No joke, my headaches are rare now, my jaw doesn't crack in the morning or get lock jaw, and my jaw line and masseter muscles have shrunk! Plus chewing tough foods isn't a chore anymore!!!!!! I even forgot to wear my brace a few nights (on purpose) and sure enough, headaches came back a little bit! Wore my guard that night and headaches went away with some minor soreness in my jaw. I know this is a super long review, but it's well deserved. Dr. Han saved my life. Honestly, the migraines and headaches were horrible, and sometimes, you just don't want to get out of bed. Plus it allowed me to focus on my other muscles like shoulders and help fix those as well since they were also tight. My thing is, if you suffer from any of these, see Dr. Han. He is so passionate on the subject and it's a breath of fresh air to see someone so in love with their skill and practice that their life goal is to help everyone who is suffering from this. I went to another dentist two days later and they only charged me $45 and did twice as many X-rays (panoramic and sections). I have had a lot of dental work in my life and Dr. Han is simply the best! He is very conservative when it comes to getting work done, meaning, he will only do something if it's absolutely necessary. When I first came to him I had a dentist tell me that I had an area that looked suspicious and wanted to start drilling into my tooth. Dr. Han looked at it and with his knowledge and decided to wait. Nothing ever happened with that tooth. I have had crown work done with him an if he didn't like the way it fit, he worked until it did. I have never had any pain outside what would be normal.
