I was then told to come back to pick up the right one. I finally was able to come pick it up while scrambling for family and wedding details. I could not do another final fitting and also thought they would have gotten it right by then. On wedding day, I realized I was given the wrong pants since they were very tight on the legs. I had no choice but to wear it since I was out of time. I told the staff as I returned the suit, but she just had a grin on her face as she "apologized". I get some people smile when they get put in awkward situations, but don't act like I did not pay for the rental or did not make an effort in the beginning stages or the rental to have the issue fixed. I did not want a refund, I just wanted staff to actually think about what they could do to improve next time. Since I was given that reaction, there will be no next time. The wedding was not a great experience being uncomfortable and not feeling like I looked good.

A staff member also helped us look through different suit options and explained that the tie and faux pocket square could be changed at the final fitting, which was two days before prom. That ended up working out perfectly because his prom date decided to wear gold jewelry, so they were able to switch his accessories from black to gold at the last minute. The cashier explained the entire rental and return process clearly, which made everything feel very simple and stress-free. She provided a receipt with all the instructions so that my son and I clearly understood the rental process. Overall, the experience was smooth, professional, and easy to navigate. Upon picking up the suit, it was clean and tucked into a garment bag for safekeeping. The shoes appeared shined and ready to wear. I think the rates for rental is likely about the norm for the area. Closer to Riverside or Moreno Valley you could probably get a deal for under $200. However, they did offer a 25% discount for prom for schools in the area. The only thing I wish we had spent more time on was making sure he could comfortably move around in the suit before the event. The fit looked great, but it was pretty fitted and the neck ended up feeling tighter and more uncomfortable than expected.

My suit was two sizes too big, extremely old cheap fabric for a $175 suit (I found the same suit in a modern 2 vent style like it was supposed to be for $99), and her customer service... Well there wasn't any. She quite literally CUSSED and PUSHED me out of her store and called the POLICE on me for "TRESPASSING." I flew out from Missouri for my friends wedding and had ordered the suit a month in advance. I ordered a 34 Regular and when I arrived she had ordered a 38 Long. My friend ordered a 34 Regular and got a 40 Long. The dress shirt I ordered was a 14 1/2 and the one she gave me was a 16 1/2 and when I asked her why it was too big she said "oh I just grabbed one and put it in the bag!" My suit was so big it was going to cost me over $150 to get it fixed by a taylor. When I asked for a refund she FLIPPED out and ordered me out of her store. When I wasn't happy with the way my suit was and ask that she do something about it before I leave she pushed me, started CUSSING at me calling me a "prick" and called the police. When the police came they were apologetic and said that this had happened before and that they would recommend me NEVER shopping with her again. I couldn't agree more! #lunatic The tailoring job she ended up doing on the suits was TERRIBLE!!! She ROLLED up one of the cuffs and stitched it to the INSIDE of the suit jacket so only 2 buttons were showing on the outside, one was ON THE FOLD of the fabric, and one was completely inside the cuff of the sleeve. We ordered 4 suits for the groomsman from her in total and ALL 4 were DIFFERENT BRANDS. The blacks didn't even match each other. She tried to tell me and my friend that our suits looked great on us when we were clearly drowning in them. When I left she told me I could never come back to our store I can and if I did she would call the police for trespassing. When I went to pick up the suit she told me that I had to go to her husband's work 20 minutes away in another town to pick up the suit because she didn't want me at her store anymore. Not only is she completely unknowledgeable, unprofessional and rude. She completely RIPPED all four of us off by charging twice as much money as she should have for CRAPPY suits that didn't match and were styles that haven't been worn since parachute pants were popular.

The quality of the dresses were a bit questionable, looked similar to temu/SHEIN quality. After the first dress, Bonnie started insisting my best friend's dress was at David's Bridal. I wasn't sure if this sudden change of demeanor was because of a comment my friend made about her budget (which wasn't low) or because the rest of our party were Spanish speakers giving their opinion Spanish. It then started to seem like she did not want to make a sale. We asked her several times to pull specific dresses that we could see on the rack and suggested different styles, but she refused and even said "a ballgown on the beach? Though they do quote you up front. My gripe is that on my final fitting the bust was too tight. I told them that it was tight and was succinctly dismissed and told it was supposed to fit like that. I didn't want to deal with the hassle or argue because I was fed up with wedding planning by then so I just took the dress as altered. I looked great on my wedding day but the dress was too damn tight all day. I've since lost weight since then and tried on my dress again just for kicks. It's still too tight on the bust area. I get that brides like to look slim or whatever, but some of us want to be comfortable on our wedding day. These wedding dresses are supposed to accentuate and fit properly not be torture devices. I will prob never bring anything back here because I'm not the tailor my clothes type but they should listen to customers when they say something is tight.
