The burden of proof is not on me. Travelers was more than welcome to come inspect my roof and determine why such an outrageous and clearly false claim was made, but they did not. I cannot remain a customer with a company that treats its customers like this. If I ever needed to file a claim, I can't imaging the battle that would ensue to force them to pay. He had a minor incident with the snow and a ditch last year and needed to get his car fixed. A handful of months later his premium increased exorbitantly. By $600.00. When I called the office to ask why, they weren't able to give me an answer. The gal said she would look into it and call me back. Never received a call back. Yes, please...let me give the company WAY more money for absolute unknown reasons. Okay. Yeah. Wtf. And wait for a communication that will never be received. Great business model. Decided enough was enough and clearly loyalty means nothing to the company. Ditched them and never looked back.
