Only downfall was not knowing specifically who I was to check in with. As you talk to someone else via texting. Luckily a guy named Jamaris walked by and asked me if I needed help. Then he took it from there. I was able to drive the two vehicles in mind I wanted to. I didn't want to take of too much of their time as I wasn't planning to buy right then and there. He was kind to ask his manager if it was okay if I didn't own financing. To which they were cool with. Large facility and lot. I never been back that way. Had no idea their back road led back to Belleville west high school at Frank Scott. They offer 2 year warranties. Keep in mind I was driving previously used/certified cars Also side note their site isn't updated. We found out a blue 2023 gmc I was eyeing sold the day prior but it shows active online. On the morning of April 22nd, I contacted the dealership to confirm that the vehicle was still available and was informed that it was. I then began working with a representative named Brandon, to whom I submitted a finance application to verify my pre-approval with my bank. At 12:02 PM, I received a consent form outlining the agreed-upon terms: $500 down and $397 per month. I signed and returned the form at 12:12 PM. By 2:22 PM, I was informed that all necessary documents were complete and the next step was for me to visit the dealership to finalize the purchase. I confirmed I would arrive between 5:30 and 6:00 PM, but due to a last-minute Uber cancellation, I arrived at approximately 6:46 PM, after spending $62 on transportation. While en route, I received a phone call asking me to verbally confirm that I was still coming to complete the purchase, which I did. Upon my arrival, I was informed that the vehicle had been sold to another customer--a white family--who had arrived just 10 minutes before me. I was not contacted or given any indication that the vehicle might be sold to another party, despite having completed all required paperwork and even purchasing insurance for the vehicle in anticipation of taking it home that evening. This experience was not only extremely frustrating and embarrassing--especially as it occurred on my birthday--but it also raised serious concerns about the fairness and integrity of the transaction. I felt disregarded and discriminated against, and I am seeking a formal response and resolution to this matter.

    I just moved to Belleville. I decided to stop in and have my car washed. At first, everything was…read moregoing smoothly until I walked outside and saw where one of the workers placed one of my oil based air freshner on my cloth back seat!! I place them under my front seats on the floor. When the workers vacuumed the floors in the back, they probably removed them and placed them on the back seat while they were vacuuming under the seats and floors. Hence, while they were wiping my car off, I noticed this big oil stain on the back seat. The manager (a young lady) couldn't remove it, and I asked could they take some money off my bill or if something else could be done to rectify the problem. She called the owner name Jeff. First, he says, "How do I know you didn't do this?" Then, he says jokingly, "At least your car smells good!" I was appalled! He cleans the area and said after it dries, if the stain is still there, he would use the extractor to get the stain out. I asked could he give me something in writing confirming this extra service in case he's not there when I returned. He refused saying, "I'm not going to do that. You'll have to take my word for it. I've owned this business for 14 years and I'm here 6 days a week!" I returned the next day (3-29-25). Jeff was not there! There was a different woman who was the manager that greeted me. I told her what Jeff said about using an extractor. She promptly took care of it. However, before I left, I told her how I was treated the pervious day. She said she would let him know! Really??!! I understand he's her boss and nothing would be done since he was the offender but at least an apology should have been given! If you're looking for RESPECT AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE PRACTICES, DON'T GO TO THE CLEAN MACHINE ON NORTH BELT!
