Got: Tacos, quesotaco, chalupa, burrito Price: $1.75 per taco, ~$7.50 for a burrito or quesadilla. Value: 9/10 BEST TACOS I've had. PERIOD. Beats Socal taco trucks. The meat is seasoned and flavorful from the rendered fat and juices. You choose what you want (taco, chalupa, etc...) then choose the type of meat (beef=asada, chicken=pollo, pork=pastor). The street tacos are double layered with cute small tortillas. They're crisp and create a nice texture difference to the soft yet succulent meat. Onions and lime juice cut through the oiliness while adding another layer of ZING. The chalupa kinda reminded me of naan or pita with meat. Never had before but oh my so good. Cheese and creamy sauce are used to top off the steamy bun/thick flour tortilla or whatever you want to call it. Price was ~$3.50 (or was it $3?). Love eating here. Pretty much eat there every Wednesday and Saturday. Today I ordered $42 worth of food. Paid with my credit card and was charged $5 service fee for using my card. That's a 12% charge for using my card. I don't mind paying a small fee for using my credit card but 12%?? When I questioned her, she said it's 8.5%?? I guarantee their fees are not 12%...if so they are getting ripped off. I told her I won't be eating there any longer. I wonder how long I have been getting charged like this. I was looking up Mexican food places in Turlock and stumbled upon this place on Yelp. I had the two things that I thought looked pretty great on here - the Quesa asada taco and a chicken chalupa. The food prices are pretty reasonable - until $4 each, or $8. I think that alone is a very good price. Then when I actually got the food I thought it was also pretty good, I just thought it was sort of missing something. Sure, the portions were big and the food pretty good. However, I thought that the sauces on the taco and the chalupa were too overpowering. I could hardly taste the cheese, and that the sauces resembled too much of a spicy mayo when it should have been more of a spicy salsa. I actually wasn't a fan of the mayo, and thought that because it was the most overpowering thing about the dishes, that I just wasn't that big of a fan of it. The meats in the taco and chalupa were pretty good, but again it was missing the fresh salsa. The queso taco was a little greasy, while the chalupa itself was a little colder and less crispy than I would have liked. There were probably around 3-4 parties ahead of me, and they didn't take my order until they finished the orders of those ahead of me, which I thought was weird. There was also no pick-up window, so everyone sort of just piles up at the one window with their buzzing pick-up numbers. There are 4-5 picnic tables for people to eat at. Not bad. read more

I come here often but Wednesday I decided to try there hot dog and let's just say I was very , very disappointed. I love there tacos and burritos but this hot dog was sad. It was full of Mayo and other sauces , every bite was just a mouth full of Mayo, the bread soaked In sauce and Mayo I couldn't even hold it because the bread was falling apart. I couldn't even taste the weenie because it was nothing but Mayo, sauce, and super soggy bread. I did message the owner on IG he said he had new staff which I understand but I will have to give this place another shot before I change my review... which I don't think I'll be back for a very long time :( would not recommend the hot dogs.
