It was my first wedding dress shopping experience and overall I wasn't impressed. We arrived for my appointment and I was greeted quickly and was given a bag with advertisement pamphlets. My stylist was very nice but I didn't feel like she listened to me. She didn't ask any questions and my Matron of Honor asked her specifically what she thought would look good on me as we tried to trust her professional opinion. She couldn't answer the question. I gave her a budget and a style and color I was interested in, but she had me pull dresses on my own and I don't think she was very knowledgeable about her inventory. The service was not personal and I felt rushed as they only allow 4-5 dresses to try on. My appointment was supposed to last about 90 minutes but I wasn't even there an hour. She also didn't help me putting the dresses on as the fitting rooms were extremely small and crowded. The pedestal was one long one with a long mirror and I had many people coming near me and not respecting my personal space where my family was sitting. Customers who reserve appointments during those times still deserve to be treated with kindness and respect. I am the mother of the groom and have worked as a wedding coordinator in Las Vegas. The customer service we received from your manager, Christine, was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. My soon-to-be daughter-in-law is marrying my son in March 2026, and this is the first wedding for both families -- a very special occasion. I booked the appointment through DavidsBridal.com for the bride to try on wedding dresses with her family. While booking, the website displayed a banner that said, "Free bridesmaid consultation with bridal appointment." Based on that information (of which I have a screenshot), I did not book a separate appointment for bridesmaids. We carefully coordinated schedules between two large families -- the bride's family of eight children and ours with seven -- to meet after church. When we arrived at the Las Vegas Sahara location, the young man who greeted us was friendly and welcoming. He gave the bride a cute "Hello Gorgeous" bag and directed us to the bridal section -- a thoughtful touch that made her feel special. We arrived ten minutes early, and while waiting for the bride's mother and the remaining bridesmaids, the bride selected two dresses she wanted to try. Our consultant, whose name I unfortunately don't recall (she had black hair and pin-up tattoos on her legs), introduced herself but was curt and condescending from the beginning. She questioned the bride about her wedding details -- date, location, number of bridesmaids -- in a tone that felt judgmental. The bride politely explained that her mother was just a few minutes away and that she also wanted to look at bridesmaid dresses since most of her bridal party was coming. The consultant abruptly told her, "You booked a bridal appointment, not a bridesmaids appointment." The bride, who is shy and avoids confrontation, immediately apologized and even suggested coming back another time. I stepped in to clarify that she only wanted to try on two dresses. Rather than showing empathy, the consultant continued to be dismissive, leaving the bride visibly upset and nearly in tears. Moments later, Christine, the manager, approached and repeated the same thing -- "You booked a bridal appointment." I explained that I had booked the appointment and referenced the website banner about the free bridesmaid consultation. Christine's tone was rude and defensive, stating they didn't have enough staff and that the store closed at six. It was 4:30 PM, and only one other bride was in the store. I pointed out that bridesmaids could look at dresses without staff assistance, but she continued to speak to us as though we should already know their internal policies. Christine eventually "allowed" the girls to look at dresses and told them to each pick three. At one point, my 12-year-old daughter (a junior bridesmaid) was holding a dress, and Christine told her, "That's a junior bridesmaid dress -- it's not going to fit you," then walked away. That comment was unnecessary and unkind -- especially to a child. Thankfully, my daughter is confident, but that statement could easily have hurt someone else. By the time the bride's mother and other bridesmaids arrived, the bride was emotionally drained and wanted to leave. No one from the staff guided us to fitting rooms or followed up on the bridal dresses. We eventually found rooms ourselves, feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Christine stood at the end of the dressing area with her arms crossed, watching the girls, which made everyone uneasy. Finally, another consultant, Jenny, who was helping a different bride, noticed what was happening. She kindly stepped in, helped the bride try on the two dresses she had chosen, and completely turned the experience around. Jenny was warm, professional, and knowledgeable -- she made the bride feel seen and valued. Her compassion and demeanor truly redeemed an otherwise disheartening experience. Unfortunately, by that time, it was near closing. We left appreciating Jenny's kindness but deeply disappointed in how we were treated overall. With multiple mothers, a bride, and six bridesmaids ready to make purchases, this could have been a positive and profitable visit. Instead, we've decided to take our business elsewhere. Great place for wedding dress or formal dress shopping. I took my sister there to look for a formal evening gown; the staff was friendly and their selection was amazing! Nice and spacious fitting room with big mirrors so you can see how the gowns look on you. We also saw many gowns on sale for great prices. Though we didn't find anything that fits her well, we had a great time and really appreciate the courtesy! We will definitely come back. read more

Marie was attentive and helpful during the process. We didn't feel rushed which was a major part for me because if I feel rushed or not listened to I will leave. I like how to fitting room was in the back of the store with full length mirrors and not in the middle of the floor like other locations so people just stare at you. I really wanted to have a great experience with David's Bridal, but unfortunately, it was nothing but problems. My alterations were messed up twice. The first time, one of the sleeves was sewn on backwards. The second time, the folds and pleats on the sleeve were uneven, but since my wedding was less than a week away, I just accepted it as-is. Then on my wedding day, during the reception, that same sleeve literally broke and fell off! To make things worse, the zipper that they were supposed to fix also broke and popped open during the reception. I ended up having to wear a suit jacket for the rest of the night, which was really upsetting -- especially since I'd planned to take more photos after our honeymoon, and now I can't. I had an appointment at 1:30p on Thursday and showed up early, but they didn't seem to mind as I was assigned with Lesly. She let me look at dresses to try on and I think I tried on about 6 dresses. While trying on the dresses, she didn't seem very helpful, friendly, or even cheerful. She asked me what I liked and didn't like about each dress. That's it. She didn't assist in fluffing out the dress for the full vision and even fit me properly on a few dresses. After trying on the last dress, I got dressed to go and look for more dresses to try on, BUT she gave me a table to fill out information about my visit. And that's when I was surprised. Like, Is this appointment over? Was she done with me? It hasn't even been an hour. That's it? She didn't ask me if I was done or if I wanted to look at more dresses. Was there a time limit or number of dresses I'm allowed to try on? Seemed like she just was just done. So I didn't fill out information on her tablet. I'm so happy I didn't buy my dress at David's Bridal. I would never recommend your store to anyone. And I've told several people about my experience. David's Bridal Stole my money. I have a gift card for over $100 from a return that i made to David's bridal. I went there today to spend it and was told that David's bridal is no longer honoring gift cards from after a certain date in 2023. The sales associate used a pair of scissors to scratch the pin cover off of the card and essentially ruined the pin so I have to guess at that at this point. What a pleasant experience for a stressful situation. I needed a bridesmaid dress and it was nowhere to be found in my size, except for two possible sizes online with only one in stock for each. I let the store know and they told me as soon as it arrives, I can make an appointment to come in and see their alterations department. One of the two sizes fit better, but the top was too big. I made an appointment and within a few days, I was greeted at the front of the store and escorted to the alterations area. I met Ron and he was so friendly and positive regarding the entire experience. I came back a month later and discovered that Haji did an amazing job altering my dress and it fit perfectly! This potentially stressful situation turned out to be pretty easy going. I'll definitely be back! read more

I didn't end up saying yes to the dress here but they had a good, reasonable priced selection of wedding dresses to try on. The fabric wasn't quite as high quality as some other shops I've been to for the price; which is what eventually led me to picking a dress elsewhere. But staff was friendly and helpful during my appointment. I wish they had mirrors inside the individual changing rooms; they only have a large mirror once you come out after having changed. I was not a fan of this, as I wanted to see what I looked like and form my own opinion before walking out in front of my guest I brought. They did have many cute accessories; I loved their satin robe collection and will probably return to pick these up for my bridesmaids. read more

I only went because of being out of state from the rest of the wedding party. When I initially went to try the dress on and get the right color, I felt as if I was putting staff out. I had all the dress information. When I went to pick up the dress, I was not allowed into the building because I chose not to wear a face mask. (CDC had lifted guidelines) I would say this was an isolated incident, but I have done business before with David's Bridal, and the experience was just as mediocre. Took my fiancée 3 weeks ago, and our reaction is neutral. Their customer service in the beginning is very nice. But after you are trying couples of the dress, you can see they are run out patience, which I can understand from point of view of the sellers. They just keep give us pressure that our deadline is too close and we should make decision very quick because time and rushing for fitting. We glad we made decision need time to think and go other places. They have good selections unfortunately come down to size, not really good. For the value, it's hard to said, they have many range pricing, but if you are lucky and get fit one, probably perfect. For us, Asian size this place probably not so much luck. Anyway, they are friendly, except in my opinion they give too much compliments that for us is not honest. Just for selling points only. Remind me a story of nasty king wear nothing, but the people afraid give honest opinion so what they do just appraised the king wear wonderful dress. I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this David's Bridal. Firstly, Zahria at the front counter/desk was so sweet. She had greeted me quite a few times when I came in for appointments, and she was always so friendly! Secondly, Ron and Marci in the alterations department worked with me throughout the entire process of altering my wedding dress. They both were very kind, and got things done efficiently in a timely manner. If I ever have to come back for a different dress, I would love to work with the both of them again. There was even one point I must've been dehydrated or maybe just had too much coffee and no food, I came into my appointment and was getting my dress pinned for a bustle by Marci and I was not feeling hot. Just got a little too lightheaded, and had to sit down. She brought out a fan and a water to make sure I was ok and didn't pass out, haha! Once I finished all my alterations with my wedding dress, I was able to have it shipped to my mother's house in Michigan (my wedding will be there), and they got it all taken care of for me. Came here to get my Bridesmaid dress. The lady that helped me the first time was nice, the dress was supposed to have a belt but for some reason they didn't have it so she found the material and set up an appointment for me to get the dress altered (it was a bit big and needed the belt). When I got to alterations the girl that helped me was very unprofessional and didn't seem like she even wanted to help me. She had me put on the dress and told me that the dress didn't need any alterations without even checking. Then told me the material for the belt the first lady gave me was wrong and told me to GO TO A CRAFT STORE AND GET THE MATERIAL myself. I ended up having to make the belt myself and the dress fits horribly because she couldn't be bothered to alter it. I just got engaged and was thinking about going to this location for my wedding dress but after that experience I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

I couldn't avoid shopping this time though, I'm a bridesmaid and the dress I had previously ordered online canceled on me a week before the wedding.
