this david's bridal was a disaster. i'm a bridesmaid for my tias wedding and the first time they messed up was on every single one of the bridesmaids dresses. we wanted to add a slit so our shoe would pop out and david's bridal agreed and said they were able to do it. once we got the dress back there was thread everywhere. we then got a whole new style of dress and one of the bridesmaids paid over $700 in her dress and her two daughters for alterations. they still managed to mess this up. do not go here for alterations. the wedding is in less than a month and one of the maid bridesmaids still doesn't have her dress. read more

Had an amazing experience! The moment I walked in, there were three ladies at the front table waiting to assist someone. I was greeted by three friendly smiles and warm l greetings. They made some small talk which was awesome to feel like they weren't just rushing me in & out. They got me checked in right away and found the bridesmaid dress I needed to try on. We went to a fitting room and Tiffany continued the causal conversation. She was so kind and funny- she made the trip there for from a monotonous chore to an enjoyable experience. After I got my bridesmaid dress, she helped me inspect it for any tips/ tears since the floor model fit me perfectly without needing alterations. She found something weird about the zipper and checked the other dresses to see if they did the same. The bride ended up not minding about the zipper so the trip was quick, fun, and successful. I even spent extra time there looking at all the merchandise since I'm also getting married! I ended up spending way too long looking at their little clearance section. Not sure why any of it was on the clearance rack- nothing was damaged so I ended up with a shirt and a necklace. They have an awesome rewards system - if you sign up & spend $5,000 (seems steep, but ... weddings are expensive) you get a FREE HONEYMOON. No catch .. just a free honeymoon for spending money you would already be spending. I'll definitely be back for my wedding shopping needs! read more

Went here to get a dress for a wedding out of state. Scheduled my appt at 9 am on a Saturday. Went in and immediately started looking for a dress. Took a bit to find the bride registration! As I was not prepared and didn't not know her last name and her old phone number! Not their fault at all. Tried on two dresses and I was done. My appt was for an hour, took 45 minutes for the whole process. Dresses I tried on were obviously samples and seemed a to be in need of a good cleaning and repair. Stains and broken zippers. I ordered my dress and it was 20$ off with the brides registration. They didn't not have any size 11 shoes for me to try on which was kind of bad. But overall I would go back to this location for another dress. read more

My first stop during my search for my wedding dress. Service was not the best and the dress options were not that great either but it's David's bridal, you honestly shouldn't expect to go into any David's bridal with super high hopes. First off our bridal stylist was helping another lady out during our appointment slot. We made sure we made an appointment prior to going to David's bridal per the recommendation of all the wedding websites and books but during our entire appointment our bridal stylist would help me with one dress and then disappear to help another lady with her fitting. She would offer to find us another dress that would match what we were looking for but then she'd be gone for 10 minutes. Not exactly the one on one attention I was expecting when I was planning to spend over a grand on a wedding dress. And forget the hospitality that you've seen in movies where they give your family somewhere to sit and even maybe offer you a water, you won't get that kind of service at David's bridal. Overall the appointment was a bust. The lady tried to convince me to like a dress that was not my style at all. All for the sale I guess. Who cares what the bride wants right?? Would I recommend this place? Nope! But if you want to try it so that you can appreciate the next bridal shop so much more, then yes... give it a try. read more

I was shopping for a wedding dress, and I was told that an appointment was not necessary. After my visit, I would recommend one. While the consultant who assisted me was super sweet and very helpful, she was not extremely knowledgeable. Considering she had another appointment, I did not expect to be catered to. She did a great job in checking in me and helping me in and out of dresses. They do have a large selection. However, after going to other shops, this one left a lot to be desired. There were no chairs for your family/friends to sit while you get changed. The chairs were taken from the dressing rooms. There is not a platform to stand to view the dresses. The mirrors are everywhere, but are part of the walls and dressing room doors. There were no mirrors in the rooms themselves and they were relatively small. They do have lots of accessories which is a plus. read more

They are inconsistent here. My bridesmaid and I have had so many issues at this location. It is as if they don't know what they are talking about. Yes you can us the coupon and oh no you can't. I was told my wedding dress will take 2 months to arrive, I order it on June 2 and it arrives by June 6. I think they wanted me to just buy the dress that was off the rack. David's Bridal states that they have an easy return policy and they don't, my bridesmaid ordered her dress the sales rep said once you get it try it on and you have 7 days to bring it back. BUT, the policy is that you have 7 days to return the dress but it takes 7 days to get in the mail soooo you are pretty much stuck with it. It is a mess this place has been more frustrating part of my wedding-- never again. read more

My first visit at this location was a couple months ago when I was still looking for my wedding dress. I am having a 20's themed wedding and was looking for a fitted sequined/glitzy style dress. The ladies just said they didn't think they had anything like that and just told me to look online. I was really upset because I was willing to spend the money, but no one there was offering suggestions or to try on any similar styles. So I left disappointed. I bought a dress elsewhere. Now I need a corset/bra thst will fit under my sequined, sweetheart neckline dress. I brought my dress to the store and was given a fitting room but the girl said she didn't have anything that would work with my dress as far as corset/shapewear. So she offered I try a strapless bra... I tried it on, and she disappeared. I was also looking for all other accessories (shoes, jewelry, headpiece/veil) when I came out of the fitting room, she was gone so I walked around looking at accessories. No one offered to help, no one acknowledged us. So i left. I will not be coming back to this location. They did not even attempt to make a sale. Nor did anyone ask what the event was for. I bought my dress on 2019 and my wedding was supposed to be in April 2020. Due to COVID my wedding got postponed and then cancelled. Now that the cases are decreasing I was able to reorganize the weeding but on the process I got pregnant and my dress is not going well with my body. I called this store and the guy that answered was really nice with me and told me that there was no problem on exchanging my dress since it was on the original packaging and it had the tags and the recipe. He told me that the manager was going to call me back. I asked if I could make an appointment in 5 days to try on the dresses and he said yes, she should call you before that. Few days after I called the store back because manager never reached me. She told me something completely different. She said that for exchanges they only allow 60 days and that it was already passed that. She also said that no one told her anything about my situation. I understand it's their policy but why are they giving me two completely different answers. I was ready for anything but I got so excited and so happy when they first told me that there was no problem on doing the exchange, I even made an appointment and told my friends to go with me to see the new dresses for the exchange and now, they just told me that there is no way to exchange it. I already went thru my wedding cancellation, that was really hard, we lost money because of it and now, they break my hard one more time after giving me hope. They really don't care about their brides or costumers. They need to communicate with each other so they don't give false information like they did to me. I'm so heartbroken right now read more

If you want to have your dress completely messed up with alterations, this is definitely where you should go. I had to move my wedding up due to my father being terminally ill. So I needed to get my dress altered asap, I went in about three weeks before my wedding to get my dress altered. My first appointment they didn't take all my measurements and then I come back and my arms don't fit in the dress, the chest is to my neck and the cups they put in didn't fit. I ask them to fix it and they said they would and I would need to come in today(3days before my wedding). I agree and they assure me everything will be okay. I called today and guess what it's not all okay. I have no appointment and they said for me just to pick it up. To top it off the manager Tiffany feels like it's valid for her to call me sweetie and hun like it's appropriate to call someone you don't know those names. I asked her for my money back, because it's been like jumping through hoops to get this resolved and her response is it's fixed now. So what you're telling me is that all the extra time and energy I've been having to put into this isn't worth my money back? Especially since I paid extra for it to be rushed! This lady didn't even apologize. At the very least take ownership of your store and make things right, when they need to be made right. To say the least I'm just glad this will be over soon. I'm picking up my dress now and my grandma is going to have to fix what they messed up. read more

She asked me to write my name, rationale of appt, and to browse the store . I already knew what I wanted so it was an easy pick. My sis is getting married in Oct and of course I'm the maid of honor. Devin was amazing! I tried on a dress that was one size too small and fell in love with it! But it had just been discontinued and that day became unorderable online. I was so disappointed but they listened to my wants (no corset from alterations to make it fit) and called the David's Warehouse to find out what we could do. It seemed like the dress just didn't exist in my size, but after several tries they found out that one other store had my size. It had been on layaway and just got cancelled a few hours before so they pulled all the stops to secure the dress for me. I could see that Devin was dedicated and devoted to making this happen even when I had given up because she kept coming up with new ideas and when we finally worked it out she was literally jumping for joy with me. I feel lucky that I had a team who genuinely cared that I get the dress of my dreams instead of upselling me on a new more expensive dress. DON'T EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME!! Initially after my appointment at David's bridal I was able to give it a 5 star review but I can't say the same anymore. You CANNOT TRUST this company, when I bought my dress, I was very happy when I was told that it was available for my wedding date (it was supposed to arrive by January), a couple weeks after I purchased the dress, they called me from the store telling me that the dress would only come in store by March 3th (my wedding is on March 13th) so that wasn't an option, I don't know what exactly they did but that same day they called me back to tell me that yes, suddenly the dress will come in store by December 31st, this giving me enough time for alterations. Today, December 22nd, I got another call from them telling me that SOMEHOW my dress is NO LONGER AVAILABLE!!! Like what??? How does that happen?? You tell a customer they're dress is available when they purchase it, you allow them to order it, and now out of nowhere it's no longer available. So now they've wasted my time on the day of choosing the dress and now almost a month that I could've used to find my dress. They might have nice dresses, good prices but THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE!! So I recommend you don't waste your time because you cannot trust that they'll get you your dress by the day they promise you. A similar thing happened to my sister when she purchased her dress from dress in 2019. They called her from alterations asking her if SHE knew where the dress was, when they had the dress for alterations, they somehow they found it. SUPER UNORGANIZED Fast forward to the day of her final fitting, the alterations were poorly done, and incomplete. And they hadn't steamed the dress and veil as they had promised. So we had them do it and waited in store until they finished it all, because it's unacceptable for a store to promise you, as a client, something for your special day, to only stress you out even more after when they call you telling you "we lost your dress" or "your dress is no longer available" I asked for a complete refund and will now be going to other boutiques looking for my dress. read more

Booked appointment expecting them to expect me (have a dressing room ready) The person I was assigned to spent 3 minutes at most asking me about my wedding and expectations. Then she had to leave to see if there was a dressing room available. I got placed in a tiny dark room in the back. The biggest insult was that she gave most of her attention to the teenage girl next to me who was looking for a prom dress. After trying on the third dress I walked out and she was gone. I left at that point. I know I was looking for something a little different (non-white) and I didn't show up with an entourage (toxic family) but I still had money to spend and my day is just as important as anyone else's. Can not say how disappointed I was with this store and the service here. I would like to say thanks to our consultant who was trying to find dresses and was serving 2 brides at the same time. Meanwhile at least 3 -4 girls stood at the desk just talking and NOT doing anything. My daughter had to be helped in and out of dresses by herself , zipped up and adjusted after coming out by us. The consultant did help when she could -, however, running between 2 brides she did the best she could . At one point I went looking for veils or accessories to go with the gowns. Girls at front did not ask once if they could help. We felt like we were annoying to them and a pain in their day. Then to add to this experience - they called the next day saying my daughter had missed her appointment and would we like to rebook. I have dealt with a number of other David's bridal in PA and NJ. She is friendly and really got to know me during my bridal appointment. She helped me find a dress I loved with matching accessories perfect for my day and fiesta theme. David's Bridal is great for the price point and all the ladies who work in this store really want to help you find your dress and have a fun memory while doing so. When I got the call from a friend that he was getting married and that they wanted my kiddo to be in the wedding, I was so excited. Then, the bride-to-be told me that she got her dress and picked out a toddler dress from David's Bridal - I admit it - I deflated a lot. Reviews on other sites have given this David's Bridal some pretty poor reviews, so I was absolutely NOT looking forward to our appointment. I'm not sure why the other reviews on other sites are so bad. They were wonderful to me and my kiddo. They praised her several times for being so good. They were ready for my appointment. They had a dress in the requested size and the next size - just in case. They offered shoe options in her size. It was so pleasant...and I was so happily surprised that I had to come to Yelp to set the record straight for these guys - they were absolutely a class act. They didn't even give me a hard time about the discounts because the bride bought her dress at David's Bridal in another city...and we learned that we also got a discount on their shoes, too!!! So, for us, we think the David's Bridal at this location is fantastic and we recommend them to any bride-to-be or wedding party member! PS - I'll do an update after they do the alterations on the kiddo's dress. If they are well done and as easy to deal with as our appointment, I'll give them 5 stars. read more

I came in recommended by several women in the Ingram Mall next door. I'm glad I came too! It was my last resort and I must have saved best for last! I came in and Nicole was a great help. I was a bit nervous coming out of the dressing room to see my dress on. But she made me feel very comfortable. She helped zip me up and get different sizes. I was there for roughly 45 minutes and found a dress to wear to a co workers wedding this weekend!! The manager was even present and very professional and friendly. This was a great experience! Horrible experience picking up a bridesmaid dress. I ordered my dress in January and told the consultant that we were trying for a baby so maybe I should size up. Consultant assured me just to order the size I was currently wearing now and if I did happen to get pregnant they would easily exchange dress for next size up. Well just found out this week I was expecting so today go into store to order up a size and new consultant said she couldn't order me the next size dress. So now I'm out $150.00 and have a dress that won't fit. Needless to say manager was no help. read more
