Ive been comming here over 10 yrs always super nice staff the best but ever since their 3 best workers quit they been really rude asf, Super Bad customer service, i sent my cousin over cause she was looking for some jewelry they gave her an over prize on the items talking about the gold keeps going up, then my husband went looking for a ring too the same ring they were selling for $1800 my husband found it for $1000 in another jewelry store and this store told him the same thing as my cousin gold keeps going up so he checked the websites and actually gold has been going down lil by lil but apparently they dont change their prices because its too much work, I honestly dont recommend this place at all anymore trust me when i tell you theres better prizes out there, dont let them fool you talking about italian pieces and getting imported from different places and this and that because any jewelry store will tell you the same thing so save yourself the trouble and look somewhere else before you buy here. I've been buying jewelry from David's jewelry for a while, maybe I didn't pay attention to my purchases that some of my bracelets have cubic zirconia. If you buy anything from here make sure you know what your buying and have them check that the the diamonds your buying are real, they have a little gadget they check them, if their not been dishonest with the machine also. It's been 2 years since my engagement ring was bought from this establishment. The diamonds are still falling out and we ended up having to buy a new ring. This place should not be in business they are scammers and treat people of different ethnicities and races differently like they did my Husband who is black. They have no sense of empathy or even knowledge on fine jewelry and I would encourage you to not give them your business. These people are a RIP off I came to get my ring and wedding band resized , and this lady griselda says 140 for each ring besides that she said they were damaged because my husband had cut them off and she said they needed to remake them again for $300 . Went to another jewerler in El Monte and he charged me $120 for both my rings along with my husband's name printed on .. BIG DIFFERENCE ! I'm glad we weren't stupid to throw away money there Don't recommend this place at all ! read more

Appraising 14k ring of total 3 gr weight with pear shape 2 carat cubic zircon price from 2000-7000 dollars and leaving costumer happy with foolish price not the way to work . -This jewelry location is clean and organized I give it a 5 star on that. -I'm not sure about the jewelry price but they charged $15 to Pierce my daughters ear she's 3 months I give it a 5 star on the price for that. everything is great but I DO NOT recommended anyone to bring their kids here to get pierced. The lady who pierced my daughter sucked. She left the 2nd ear to high, it wasn't even on the mark she made. I let my baby's ear heal and brought her back a month later to get it re-pierced. This time a guy did it and not only did he miss AGAIN! he hurt my daughter with the gun beneath her temple. He took a bit of her skin off and it bled a bit. Now I have to leave my baby's ear that way, I don't ever want to put her through that again! At least its not as bad as the first time. read more

Took my watch in to get the hands and the strap replaced. My watch ended up having a bunch of other random issues that the great staff at David's Jewelers tended to without charge and they did so in a hasty manner. This included fog on the inside of the dial, punching in extra holes on the strap for my small wrist, and replacing some of the mechanisms in the watch that allowed the hands to turn freely. They even gave me brand new hands for free because my original ones would no longer function. The only things I paid for were my new strap and battery. The staff was also very friendly and easy going. They understood my issue with the watch and took my preferences into account. For instance, when the strap I wanted had a latch that wasn't black, they offered to remove the black latch from my old strap and attach it to the new one. Provided great service in timely fashion. Would take my watch back there in a heartbeat should another issue arise. 10/10 read more

This Jewelry store is the worst. Ordered my daughters graduation ring back in August 2018. Had to reorder the ring 3times and still didn't get what i ordered. Stones on ring uneven craftsmanship horrible. The Jeweler very rude and unprofessional. Now January and still no ring. Very upsetting and disappointing. read more

My mom went to this jewelry store and brought a ring she wanted replicate. When she came back, the store lost her ring and then bullied her into buying a ring they made. While never apologizing for losing her ring, they then harassed her saying the ring they made was more than 5,000. When at the end of the day she never asked for. I am disappointed in this store for trying to bully someone into buying a product they did not ask for and lose a clients personal item. read more

I went in because my boyfriend purchased a bracelet from Kay Jewelers that needed to be resized . The place was busy but when I went in they resized my jewelry in 5 mins! Not to mention it only was $15 and it came out great I will be going back here for sure .. Kay Jewelers tried to charge me 50$ to do the same damn thing . Definitely 5 star service ! read more

I have a small wrist, so most of my watches needs to be adjusted at the jeweler when I purchased any luxury high end watches. I have a lady's designer watch which I haven't wore in awhile and it has been adjusted, had a few links removed when it was first purchased. Since the bracelet is a bit wider, so a loose fitting bracelet wouldn't look very classy on my delicate wrist...not to mention uncomfortable. I looked up a few local places which can do the adjusting and also open on the weekend! This place was local and open for business! I was a bit hesitant to go here, since I really don't want any damage/scratches done on my bracelet or crystal, although I do have a sapphire crystal, which I know is resistant to scratch. However, I didn't want to drive far and back to the dealer where I purchased my watch to have them service my watch, where I may have to drop off my watch and pick it up later or it could take them a few hours to just remove a couple links. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service, it was quick and I was in and out of there within 10 mins. Not too shabby. They also charged reasonably, unlike some places I called up, charging like $15-25 bucks to removed a couple links! No-thanks. This place only charged me $5 and I was in and out of there within maybe 15 mins max. Since I've never been here, while I was waiting, I was browsing through some of the jewelry they carried, some were cute, while the rest doesn't really interest me. Overall, I'm happy with the service provided and might check back in the future for some quick and simple service like changing a watch battery. read more

I took my engagement ring into David's Jewelers today because it was about 1/2 size too tight. I was expecting to have to leave it and pick it up a few days later, but much to my surprise they were able to adjust my ring making it the perfect size in just a matter of minutes!
