This was my first and last time here. Place looks like a dump things all over the place. They use the same scubbers,cleaners,clippers. The lady who did my pedi cut my big toe. She laughed it off and said did that hurt. Now for my full set no chip it looks like a 5 yr old did it. These ladies have no knowledge in nails my feet and toes are so ugly I wanna rip my nails off. Nails are uneven, she didn't file them so it's scratching. The acrylic is so uneven and bumpy. The color she only did 1 and a half coat so u can see through my nails. If u go here I warned you. I have been going here for awhile and unfortunately the customer service has continued to get worse. I went in today because of a broken nail, first it took a minute to be acknowledged, told them what I needed and took a seat. One person finished their client, came over to me I told him what I needed, he spoke in his native tongue to the lady in charge and she told me I had to wait. He went outside and I sat and waited. Second person finished their client, she looked at me and I told her what I needed and I have no idea what she said but she turned her back and walked off. Now you have 2 people doing nothing, no one else waiting and I am sitting there, so it was now time to make my exit but not without letting them know how bad their customer service is, I can take my money elsewhere. They did a great job on my pedicure. Then it ask went into the wrong direction. I requested a gel fill in. The young lady insisted I needed a full set. After her urging I agreed. She began peeling my overlay off. I asked her to stop because it was hurting and requested a soak off. She says that would be 30 minutes and broke my nail. That really hurt. I asked her to please stop and continue with a fill in, now also cutting down to even the size out. She tried to continue the peeling. I asked for another manicurist. They asked me to move over to the next booth. This young lady spoke in their native language to the young lady now doing my nails. She looks at me and laughs. I explain what I need and ask her not to file my Mail bed down too far, it weakens it. She asks, "You don't like me?" I told her this was not personal I just want to protect my nails. She continued to talk to the other manicurist. She also put a harsher roller on and tried to continue filling my nail bed down. i told her the man that previously did my overlay didn't do that at all, per my request, and it worked out great. i was refused service and asked to leave. They insisted I pay for the pedicure, with no discount for my trouble and called the police. How disgusting read more

First I walked in and no one spoke. I waited 15 minutes before I asked how long because I had called before I went in and a man told me no wait even though I waited. I picked a no chip polish and after he painted 2 nails I noticed it didn't look like the sample so I asked would it turn out that way and he said yes. After they were done I put my nails up to the sample and said this is way off. I picked a purple my nails are burgundy and they are uneven! He shrugged his shoulders. NEVER SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! I went here because my grandma gets a regular manicure here. Went in for a gel overlay and replaced too nails that broke off with acrylic. She told me there was a regular gel overlay and a gel gel overlay. Which didn't make sense either way so I just wanted to get in and get out. So then she buff the edges near my cuticle and it didn't come out even. There was a spot on my nails and she tried to use a different color like I wouldn't notice. If that wasn't bad then three nails popped by the third day I had got the gel overlay, powder was cheap too so my nails ended up breaking off as well. read more

If you're looking to save some $$ this is the place the go although their work isn't good quality work. I first went here a few years ago but didn't remember if I liked what they did so I returned a few different times since. So I must like it somewhat right? Well let's see: I do love their variety in colors! They have I want to say 5-6 of the shelving units on the wall with everything from OPI to China Glaze to some unknown brands, with colors ranging from baisc to neon. Even though I normally stay within the pink family I love having options. If you're like me and enjoy designs on your nails don't expect the best work from here. The lady, Linda, really just does basic ones that I can probably do and the one guy, I think his name is Lee, does an alright job but it's nothing like what my two favorite places do. As far as pricing they are definitely one of the more affordable places in the area. This last time I went I got my pedicure with designs on my big toes, a fill-in with french tip and glitter, plus a cut down all for $41 including tip. However, just because it's cheap doesn't mean it's good quality work. The second from the last time I got my nails done I ended up having 3 nails just crack then break(I didn't do anything to make them do this either). Now it's been a week since I got my last fill in and guess what? I have one of my nails cracking already!!! I've been getting my nails done now for about ten years and have NEVER had this problem before. So this next time I get them done I will be returning to one of my two favorite places even if it means spending a little bit more $$. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! THE WORST NAIL SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! I went here for a french no chip , the NEXT DAY four nails completely peeled off. (I can peel off the other nails so easily, like paper) They didn't just chip, it completely came off in one day. I paid $35 for a "no chip" which completely went to waste. I am so upset, they wouldn't even give me my money back. Very disappointed, take your business somewhere else. If a no chip, completely peels off in one day, their other services must be worse. read more
