Pretty messed up that after years of being loyal patients you send a generic mass-produced letter stating you will no longer be in network with our insurance. No explanation as to why you did this after you've been with them for years. I get all insurance companies have issues, but this is by no means a junky plan. It is actually the premium PPO plan our large communication company offers. So we pay EXTRA for it!! Have never had an issue with this insurance being out of network ANYWHERE, so congratulations you will be the first. No apology given what-so-ever for throwing this on us three weeks before the end of the year and right before Christmas. Thank you for that. Finding a new dentist for my kids (which obviously I am now) right before the holidays is super high on my list of things I want to be doing. Really disappointed in this. Perceived as little care or regard for your patients. If this was done out of greed for more $ or because you think you can afford to pick and choose patients, I hope it backfires. read more

I took my son to his first dental experience here and it was wonderful. The staff are very friendly and professional. They explain everything in good detail, whether it's why they want a signature from you (for their electronic records) or just explaining what procedures they are going to do to your kid. The dental assistant was patient and attentive to my son. He actually had fun for the most part :). Dr. Marshall was sweet and quick. After getting his teeth all cleaned and accounted for, he received a token to pick out a toy in the main waiting area. It was the only thing that motivated him to get through the cleaning so we were both excited about that! I hope my son's next visit is as good...but the dental assistant has warned me that sometimes 2nd visits don't go as well as the first haha! We drove half an hour to go here but would drive again because this office came with such great recommendations and it definitely exceeded ours! read more

My little boy loves going to the "tooth doctor" since finding this place! They have a large kid friendly waiting room and a great large space for the cleanings/ exams so they don't feel trapped in a room! All of the assistants are great at explaining all the tools and they even let the kids tough them etc so they're comfortable. Last time Sonja (sp?) was our assistant and she was great! Brought my daughters here after a pretty bad experience with another dental facility. We love it here! Both my daughters have had their check ups and Dr Bunch is very thorough and explains everything clearly, not only to me but my daughters. My daughter had to have a baby tooth removed and fillings this morning. She responds to the environment around her- the dental assistants and Dr Bunch were calm and so caring, explaining everything to her that was happening or going to happen, showing her the tools and things that she would see near her face. It was her first time experiencing this type of treatment. She was nervous coming in but she was so relaxed during treatment. She said that she trusted the doctors so she just watched Encanto and relaxed. Our first visit here was fantastic! It was time for my little guy to go for his first check up and I was definitely nervous and unsure how it would all go. Scheduling was easy. My son loved the front area which had plenty to keep him entertained and we went back within 5 minutes of arrival to be seen. Everyone was pleasant, my son loved his hygienist and let her clean his teeth and do the fluoride without any fuss- Huge (welcomed) surprise for me! Being his first time, I expected it to be less than smooth or easy and we were literally in and out within about 35 minutes! We finally found the perfect dentist for our kids! My older child had a traumatic experience at a previous dentist and I wasn't sure if we would ever find a dentist to help calm her and make going to the dentist a good thing. Well this office is amazing, all the staff made her super comfortable and didn't push her to do anything she didn't want to do. She didn't shed one tear and actually left happy! I was dreading this appointment for quite sometime. No one I know is ever excited to take a toddler to their first dental exam. The front desk staff was very friendly and made us feel welcomed right away. My daughter enjoyed the underwater playhouse they had and it made her feel at ease seeing the colorful toys and play area. Within 5 minutes of waiting we were escorted to the open bay examination rooms. Although, being so open and spacious it didn't feel awkward or uncomfortable. Our dental hygienist made our daughter feel relaxed and talked to her through out the examination. My daughter is a fan of the dentist, thanks to the wonderful staff and goodie bag she received with a token for a prize. read more

Shocked by how well our appointment went! I have twin three year olds and kinda expected a shit show (excuse the language). But the setup of the office was perfect! They have an open back area so they could do both kids' cleanings at the same time (a BIG deal when dealing with toddlers with the patience/attention span of a gnat). I was able to sit between them and alternate between cheering them on and providing reassurance. When one of my twins had a meltdown and refused to continue they let me sit on the chair with her on my lap and it worked like a charm. At the end they got goodie bags with cool toothbrushes, stickers, & tokens for toys from the toy machines in the lobby. Seriously genius! All this, plus they have a referral program where u get gift cards for referring friends. I was so pleasantly surprised with our experience. They were friendly, accommodating, and genuinely seemed to care about children. When I was checking out the hygienist even came out to the lobby to ask for hugs and entertain the kids while I was scheduling their next appt. very glad we found this gem! read more

I was recommended to take my children here from a dentist office that only took children 12 and over. I found that the ladies were very kind and assisted us with everything we needed. They also treated the children very well and made sure that they were well taken care of. After they are done with the kids they give them a goodie bag with a toothbrush, toothpaste, and floss. They also give the older children a coin so that they can purchase a toy out of the machine, that is in the front. I would definitely recommend anyone to take their children here. read more

Our family (three kids ages 4-11) have been coming to this dental office for over a year now. I never thought I could say this about a dental visit, but my kids really like visiting! I've found the staff to be extremely professional, patient, and kind. They're VERY GOOD with my children. Today, my little guy (4 years) had to get two cavities filled. I wasn't sure how this was going to go. (He was the first of the kids to have a cavity) Dr. Bunch was extremely entertaining and friendly with my little guy. He made up stories about the dental equipment, told my son with each step that he was doing something special (rocket ship, "filling the cupcakes" (cavities), cleaning the "sugar bugs", "painting Spongebob" in his little mouth (drill), and when my son started getting a bit anxious, Dr. Bunch began to tell him the story of the "Flying Coyote". Dr. Bunch was really good to keep the conversation going with my son while he fixed his teeth. Before my little guy knew it, he was done! (15 mins.) And Dr. Bunch topped off the visit with a "special token" (for a toy vending machine) because my son was "such a good boy". I appreciate that the office is extremely family-friendly. They have a big, main exam room and all of my kids can get their teeth cleaned at the same time, next to each other. That's wonderful! I can't say enough good things about this office. Today went in for our first check up for my 4yr old daughter. The staffing was so great, extremely friendly, had all the answers to any questions I had. I took my daughter here when she was 15 months old (and had no teeth). They took the time to sit down with me and explain how to care for her teeth and what to expect during thr toddler/school age years.
