4 stars is on the basis of their milk shakes. best milkshake you will ever have in your entire life i promise! Ive had lots of milkshakes in my lifetime but none beat this place. We try to stop at Davys whenever we are in Prosser. Small hole in the wall place that has good food and delicious ice cream. The staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to make sure you enjoy your meal. read more

Burger was just OK. We were on the wine tour in prossor and hungry. Neat little burger joint but nothing special with those burgers. They sell ice cream which would be another reason to stop in. read more

My wife and stopped for ice cream for valentines day. They had huge serving sizes and a great selection . Made my wifes day.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Unfortunately probably the worst burger and service I've ever encountered. I manage my own restaurant and I wouldn't serve anything from here. I'm guessing a better staff would have helped me change my mind, but this place just was awful. The buns on the burger are smushed and we asked for the burger here and it came in this little bag that just looked like it was tossed in without any care in the world. I'm sorry I even came here. Pros: some of the food is really good, like the chicken fajita wrap and the fried asparagus. And the ice cream is great. Cons: very slow service and a long wait. They will also nickel and dime you to death. Example: My child wanted a kids meal with chicken nuggets/curly fries/lemonade. The lady said "no, you can't get curly fries in a kids meal. Only regular fries or tots." I offered to pay extra for the curly fries and she said no! I had to buy nuggets (separately) and a small curly fries, which cost more in total than a kids meal but we got no drink. We asked for honey mustard sauce for the nuggets, and she said "no, you can only have ketchup or fry sauce." what?? So she said a little container of honey mustard is 54 cents. I paid it. Then we ordered water (in cups) and were charged... 54 cents per water! Then I ordered chicken fajita wrap and fried pickles. I asked for Ranch to dip the pickles in and was told it was... yep, 54 cents! Okay... We also ordered 2 ice cream cones. Total price for me and my child to eat was $24!! And we drank water! When we went back up for our ice cream my child said she wanted it in a bowl, not a cone, and we were told "that will be extra for the bowl, 54 cents." It costs MORE to have it without the cone?? At this point I gave up. This is a ridiculous pricing policy. If I am spending 20+ dollars on basically fast food for me and one child, the water, 2 sauces, and bowl should be free. read more

I was born and raised in Prosser, when I come to visit I love getting Burger Ranch. I ordered a couple little dudes today and a small asparagus and onion rings. I was told there was a 40 min wait....OK, no problem. She said a couple huge ordered were in front of me. I waited 25 min and headed down. Im 1 min away. My food was already ready and must have been for a while, nothing was hot, barely warm...this place is pretty high priced for fast food. read more

well, once again my order was not what I ordered when I got home. supposed to be a dbl. big ranch but it was a single. they are allways glad to fix it, but that requires shoes again and another trip to town, damn it!! took 2 bites of the wrong burger before i realized. went back for a correct order. the meat patties were obviously cooked ahead on that one. dry and hard, not at all like lunch time during the week. those orders are allways very good!! the food is passable as food, but i definitely wouldn't say it's anything special! and it's overpriced for sure. i've watched this place keep sloping down over the years. i remember when i first got to this town at the age of ten and i tried their fries and thought "those are pretty good!" now, it's like they serve a completely different thing. (well, i've noticed that things have really changed since it became "Davy's" and not just Burger Ranch, so maybe the new owner is more of a businessman than someone who cares about making people happy) if you order fries i don't know how you can miss the old 'been in the freezer too long and now quickly deep fried' taste. they really suck, and then they just dump a load of salt on them to cover it up! the prices keep constantly escalating for everything, and it seems like something's always getting deducted from the meals. the bag o burgers-it used to come WITH a pound of fries-now you have to pay separately for that. i have decided to boycott this place-they take advantage of being pretty much a monopoly for burgers downtown. (i mean for someone who doesn't want to drive to mcdonald's or burger king., which i don't like either anyway...) i might even give these people a three if it weren't for the obvious greed of the owner and sometimes crappy customer service. some of the workers are really nice-and then as if to equalize that some are super rude! I am never rude or even slightly demanding when i order food or at stores etc...,so it is not like they are being rude because i am rude first-there was one time where someone sent me in to get an order for them and i stood there at the counter for literally 10 minutes without even getting a Hello even though the girl kept walking up to the counter and then out to the lobby...! thier food is disgusting i found a hair a black hair in the burger. and the waiting period is so long we could be there for hours. one day they forgot about our order and by the time they brought it out, it was already cold and the fries were hard as a rock. Plus the frysauce looks disgusting there has been big chunck of mayo in there. I don't suggest anyone going there at all, some of the employees treat you like crap. the other day I was there with my family and a tiny Korean girl didn't even show interest in taking our order. She kept yawning and talking to this other girl. I felt disrespected and will not return there ever again. read more
