The salted caramel soft serve was DELISH. And the mint milkshake was so refreshing after a long day at the beach.

My wife and I stopped in to get yogurt at your fudge and yogurt shop last night around 7:45. The very young boy working had a terrible attitude!  My wife ordered a regular zebra yogurt and when we saw how small it was we asked to change it to a large. He rolled his eyes, made a disgusting face at her, and turned around and slammed the small cup of yogurt on the counter near the sink. The very polite white girl asked what is this? He told her we didn't want it. She put it in the sink. Then he starts all over with a large cup with a zebra yogurt instead of dumping the small in the large and adding to it.  The dark skin girl asked if we wanted toppings. My wife asked for raspberries. The young boy opened the frig and pulled out an open container of mushy old raspberries. He asked the dark skin girl if they were OK. My wife and I could see them and both said NO those are bad! She went with strawberries instead.  When the boy sat her yogurt with strawberries on the counter she noticed the strawberries were bad and some had Mold on them!!! When we mentioned that the boy got really mad and took that yogurt and slammed it on the back counter!  I asked for a refund on the topping and the dark skin girl said we don't do refunds! And said we could pick another topping or just not get a topping (but still pay for the bad fruit)! Finally, the very polite white girl said we have fresh strawberries in the back. She went and got some and sliced them for my wife's 3rd cup of yogurt. She apologized and seemed as if she knew the other two employees were not acting professional, nice,  or courteous. We were very disappointed in the service your shop gave us for the $14.00 yogurt purchase! DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL!!!!! I went there on a hot afternoon and right as I entered the store, the workers had an extremely bad attitude and were not friendly at all. The lady at the cashier was making me feel very pressured to order when I didn't even want to order at all. I ordered a small strawberry- vanilla swirl and the last asked if I wanted toppings thinking they were free. I got 2 toppings and they were $2.25 EACH. This is way too overpriced for a very small amount of toppings. My total was $10 which is way too overpriced for such a small amount or just toppings in general. They should be at most .50. I visited seaside in 2021 and the ice cream at Dawson' s was amazing ! We came everyday during our trip and waited in the long lines to have their amazing ice cream Came back for spring break 2022 and was sooooooo disappointed. The consistency and flavor of the ice cream was so different . It is now more Icey and and does not have that creamy homemade taste. I asked the staff if the owner had changed and she said no but they did change the ice cream. That explained why there was no line when we got there. Great yogurt and even better fudge!! I come to Seaside every year for vacation and Dawson's Taro yogurt with m&ms is a staple of mine. The staff was really friendly when we stopped by today and even offered us samples of their famous fudge which was amazing. We had to wait in a long line only to be told they weren't serving half the things on menu. If you are out of things put a sign out or on the menu so people don't have to wait In the line. I tried the fudge , I was pretty pleased with it. Had the vanilla praline fudge. It was $3.40 for a quarter pound chunk, which is sorta pricey, but that is not a surprise in the very high priced tourist locale of Seaside.. I have also tried the "Kahlua" no-sugar-added frozen yogurt and found that to be pretty tasty.. I have been going to this yogurt shop every Summer for 10 years. Today, i was extremely dissappointed. We went in today 7/9/2019, at around 7:20 pm. The service was TERRIBLE. The workers all had an extremely bad attitude. Not friendly at all. When my brother asked for a root beer float to go, and asked if they had lids, the curly haired girl behind the counter looked at him like he was stupid and said "yes it has a lid." She looked at my card and said "actually, we don't take American Express" like she was trying to just get us to leave?! No problem, we have a different card. My sister ordered a strawberry soft serve with chocolate sauce and strawberries. When they brought it out, there was no chocolate so she asked for some.
