Chris and team are excellent at what they do and they do it with a smile. I arrived just before closing on a Friday, thinking I might even miss them, but they were there helping another couple. As we all waited for Chris to work his magic on our problems (the couple's new key fob and my fob key insert) we talked Mexican food, the best places we love, and had a good laugh throughout. My key for my 2013 Mustang broke, well the internal pop-switch for the unlock button anyway - that's not something you can really fix. As this was my only key, I knew I needed to replace it ASAP. The dealer wanted over $300... for ONE freakin' key?!?!?!!? And they wouldn't even order it till I came in so they could see which one I needed. I called Day & Night since they were on my way to work, they quoted me two keys for just over $200 (They're 3 different keys for Mustangs in 2013, fortunately, mine was the cheapest :)). They had to order one key, which was fine, as I was on vacation by then and wouldn't have to worry about making it to work anyway, yay me! When I got there, they were quick to get to my car and getting things done! I think it was about half hour or so. I was expecting just the 2 keys I ordered, but they gave me a new master of the cut, without the case, so if I need to ever have another made, I have that for cutting. I've used both keys on and off for a couple weeks now to see that they work. Both work great, remotely and manually. I did check them before leaving as well, and always recommend doing so! My only complaint is a lack of the Mustang logo, but otherwise, same quality as the OEM as far as I can tell. I got some 3D pony logos off eBay for them, now they look OEM :) I had my 2.5 year old daughter with me too, just before leaving, she decided it would be cool to knock over the business card display on the table. I recently bought a 2018 Ram 3500 and of course the used car dealer I bought it through had only one key fob. After doing research at my friendly Ram dealer I found they wanted the price of a small car for an OEM key and programming. I called Day & Night in San Marcos and spoke with Melissa. She was so nice I felt like I had known her for years. She quoted me a price for a programmed aftermarket key that was literally 1/3 of what the dealer quoted me. Beyond Thankful! We were having a family emergency and I needed 4 sets of keys made right away. I found Day & Night on yelp. It was about 2 in the afternoon as I pulled up. As I walked to the locked door I read a sign on it that said by appointment only because of Covid. I was discouraged and started to walk away but Patrick came around the corner and very nicely asked if he could help. We lost our keys to our vehicle. I called and spoke with Michelle, she explained step by step what to do! She recommended I call AAA bc they would give me a discount for being a member. They did, 100.00!! Called AAA and within 35 minutes, Day and Night contracted by AAA was at my house! The first time I went there I found it by accident after going to 3 other businesses trying to get help with an old and out-of-date door lock. No one was willing or able to help me prior to finding Day & Night.
