My girl and I came here for a 90 minute couples massage. It was very relaxing and the cherry on top was the aromatherapy that made it that much better. As soon as we came in it smelled so good and they had air conditioner on which felt great after walking there from around the corner. I made the appointment that morning and by the time we came in they were ready for us. The massage therapists did a great job. My girl had a pain in her back that they focused on and she said she felt much better after. If you are staying in the area definitely recommend checking this place out first. The price was half of what we would of paid at our hotel for shorter service and the therapists seemed like they were well trained and knew what they were doing. Great spa! My husband, two daughters and I spent two hours here during our visit to Puerto Vallarta. We got massages and body scrubs and ear candling and reflexology. Kristi and her staff are amazing! Maria was so professional and even called us an Uber after our services. The spa is clean and the therapists are very skilled. We left feeling pampered and relaxed. Maria even brought out some amazing almond flavored tequila to sample. We spent a lot less for these services than we would have spent at our resort. I would highly recommend this place!! For the last day of our honeymoon, my husband and I booked a full morning with the Wellness Center Day Spa, doing the chocolate treatment, a massage, and mani/pedis. We had some trouble finding the place, as we didn't get good directions--This spa is located in a shopping center. Any smartphone would get you right to the front door. We showed up early, and the ladies at the front were happy and courteous. They showed us to our rooms, provided robes and towels, and asked us to take a shower before beginning. Everything smelled amazing. The chocolate wrap was a fantastic experience.... we were rubbed down, wrapped up in warm towels, and spritzed down while we dried up. My husband is a mans-man, and jokingly told me he felt like a muddy flower burrito princess. We rinsed off again, were given clean new everything, an had our massages-- both of us finished looking googly eyed and veeeery relaxed. Following that, we got dressed and went to the front, where we were offered our choice of beverages--water, juice, mimosa, or tequila sunrise. I went with juice, but my husband got the tequila sunrise...and it was party on! We went shopping at the tequila store across the way afterwards. The mani/pedi experience was a fun wrap-up to our spa visit-- my husband was game, and the ladies kept us laughing with stories. This place is a neighborhood favorite. While we were there, many regulars came and went, and knew everyone by name. My husband doesn't generally like places like this because he doesn't like to be touched by strangers. I had a horrible sunburn. Everyone made us comfortable--my husband was able to relax despite his issues, and my treatments were applied with my sunburns in mind--the ladies were gentle with me in the tender areas. Pricing was extremely reasonable, and about 8xs cheaper than anything offered by the local hotels--which up-charged by 200% by average USA prices. I'm looking forward to our trip in the fall-- we'll be coming back. read more

This place was just okay. The massage was just okay, the location was clean but just okay, the staff was nice, but the therapists weren't the best we've ever had. We asked for a deep tissue massage and did not get what we'd hoped. It was relaxing, but we still needed a massage after our massages. If you want a clean massage and don't care too much about pressure and want to relax, this is the place for you. We will try one of the other locations nearby next time. read more

My wife and I, spent the afternoon at Day Spa. I do not normally leave a review, but the experience was beyond excellent! We are visiting from the USA and are very selective when choosing a spa. The combination of 90 minute massage and 45 minute facial was perfect. The therapist are professional and the best we've had in Mexico. My mother and I were gifted free massages at one of the time share presentations. We had the 60 minute relaxing massage and boy was it relaxing! We both fell asleep. I don't think it's very well known because the concierge at the hotel and the taxi driver weren't sure where it was, but you can find it on any smart phone map service. The staff was friendly, the place was clean and very relaxing and it actually went a few minutes over the hour so you know you get your full time. This place screwed us up big time. We only had few days in Puerto Vallarta and made an appointment for massage. Appointment was for 9 PM in our hotel, so we were in Sayulita that day & rushed back to Puerto Vallarta for the appointment. But they never showed up. We called this place were told (broken english) that its sunday & they close @ 7:30. We were so upset & went down to hotel lobby. Hotel operator called them & they changed their story & blamed on the new girl. They said that the girl who made the appointment was new & made the appointment by a mistake. I dont know, it seems like a shady business, dont waist your very precious time and go to another place. read more

I wish I can give them nice review beacuse they were very nice and polite, but the service they offer is awful. Good: The essences are really good natural smell (exucaliptus and citricts) The staff is friendly and try to accomodate you as best as they can. Bad: Therapist are not really trained for this, you can tell they are improvising or the lack of technique, her pressuare was up and down so you can see was not consistent, she made some moves on one side and diferent on the other side. the pressuare she applied on my legs was too much and hurt at times, also the pressure applied to my feets was like she was tickled me instead of massaging. The oil uality is horrible and leaves a terrific smell after your massage, it dries fast during the massage so they have to add tons of it during the service, plus they put it cold which is not a nice feeling. The towels they use are horrible and hard, feel like a piece of sandpaper on your face and body, also where you put your face is sooo uncorfotable that hurts so much to even try for 5min, I felt like in a mediavel tourture to stay like that for almost 35min while she bas doing y back and legs. Somone opened the door about 10min before our massage has finished and talked to the therapists - felt intrusive considering you are laying naked on the bed. They use the bedshits to cover you eyes which I think is no good at all. maybe they should consider having this nice mask made of sedes or so! The constant sound of the bip trying to change the temperatura on the AC or like a microwave was very distirbung. The therpaist were half dressed on the room (maybe the uniform is unconfotable who knows) but was shocking to see them like that. Maybe was a one thing coincidence or we got the wrong person at the wrong time, but definetley changed our experience. read more
