It took one week to fix perfectly. Kevin did a great job fixing the back of the jacket so that there were no more bubbles, shortened the sleeves so that the cuff of my shirt showed, shortened the pants to achieve a 1/4 break, and increased the cuff from 1.5 inches to 1 3/4 inches. Now the suit looks perfect. Kevin was also a pleasure to work with, very polite and friendly, and so was his wife, who also works there. I will definitely bring other items to be tailored there. He told me $15 and I politely said can I have it for $10 because it was something that I know was going to take him only five minutes to do. You do have to make an appointment for pick up but that allows you to try on the garment again to make sure everything fits correctly. There is a very small lot in front I've had no trouble finding spots close by on the street. I will definitely be back with more alterations.

I explained to the owner that I needed the dress for an event by a certain date. We agreed on a day for me to stop by to take a look at the in-progress mockup. I texted them in the morning of the day we agreed on notifying of me coming later in the afternoon. No response. I went to the shop at the agreed time and NOTHING was done. I wasted almost a week. I could have found someone else to finish the dress. This just shows how much this shop doesn't care about the customers. If you know you won't be able to complete on time, LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW. Communication never fails. Lack of it destroys trust.
