It seems that their business model is to steal video call fees from clients because the person who was "helping" me was firm even after showing how they gave no information for me to know better about what services they were offering. He told me $15 and I politely said can I have it for $10 because it was something that I know was going to take him only five minutes to do. He very rudely took the pin off where he was going to sew it to and told me you could go and turned his back on me. That is not how you treat a customer. Instead, he could have politely said, sorry but that's all I can offer. Then if I choose to say no then I say no, you don't just tell me you can go and turn your back on me. Very disappointed!

I only had one pair of pants hemmed, with no rush needed, they turned them around in a little less then 2 weeks for $25 (original hem). You do have to make an appointment for pick up but that allows you to try on the garment again to make sure everything fits correctly. There is a very small lot in front I've had no trouble finding spots close by on the street. I will definitely be back with more alterations.

The lady was very sweet and measured the sleeves, showing me how it was to be shortened. She did a fine job. A bit pricey, but my shirts look great!
