I went back to SO FRESH CLEANERS to get an old Jean jacket and dodgers jacket/varsity cleaned and I left a happy customer. The Dodgers Jacket has multiple patches and stains in different places. I already knew that they couldn't promise me that they would get everything out but would do their best. And they did! My jacket is back to feeling clean and new. The jean jacket was the same. It had a yellowish color on the neckline and they did such a good job it looks and feels FRESH! I was about to dump the jacket but I thought I should give it a try. Glad I did! This time around I was helped by ta gentleman. Didn't get his name but he was very helpful. Parking is the same. Streets or in front of their place of business. I got their around 8:45 am and found parking right in front. Price was good to me for the service. read more

At the recommendation from a local clothier, I bought a silk shirt and three other shirts for alterations. I showed up on a Saturday morning. The owner was busy placing a bunch of succulents outside of the store. But readily helped me. He told me that the seamstress was in from 2:00-closings, so came back that afternoon for alterations. The lady was very sweet and measured the sleeves, showing me how it was to be shortened. She did a fine job. A bit pricey, but my shirts look great! read more

My boyfriend introduced me to this place last year and I finally went solo to get a dress dry cleaned. I am SOLD. They did an OUTSTANDING job getting a food stain out of a pink silk dress. I dropped the dress off on a Tuesday afternoon and was told it would be ready for pickup on Friday. Value is amazing -- $16 for cleaning and is definitely worth the cost with the care that goes into it. I'll definitely be back to dry clean more items! read more

Exceptional Quality! I took a few pair of casual pants here to have cuffs put put on. I was quoted $20 each. When I came to pick them up the lady said she wanted to charge me $25 each as they were more work than she anticipated. I said no to that as she quoted me a price and that is the amount I was willing to pay. She accepted that. Now in retrospect, I should have paid her the extra amount as she really did an outstanding sewing job. Plus she pressed the pants too. I am very impressed with her work. Good fast cheap tailor. To hem pants by hand is $13 or $10 by machine but it will show stitching. Simple easy tailor - but the alternations lady is not always there on site so you need to double-check her hours as it varies quite a bit. She has a separate stall in the store whereas the store dry cleaning hours are consistent. I've noticed the tailor lady hours are more free and changing. The work is done perfectly and love the friendliness of the staff. It's street meter parking or residential parking nearby easily. read more

Staff was friendly both when I dropped off a dress and when I picked it up. Cleaning my evening dress cost about $40 (price was provided when I dropped it off), which was a bit more than I was expecting, but due to circumstances, I needed to get the dress in asap. I don't know if it was considered a "rush" job, but there was still about 4 days between drop off and pick up. This location is very convenient for me, so while I might look around for something more cost efficient, I had absolutely no qualms with their service. read more

Esther hemmed a dress for me and I am so thrilled with the beautiful , precise job she did! This is a wonderful little family-run shop with very reasonable prices and great customer service. I also appreciate the Covid precautions that they take ; I felt very comfortable there. The only downside is the dismal, tiny changing area. I used So Fresh Cleaners for the first time recently after moving into the neighborhood. They charged significantly more than my previous dry cleaner and ruined two of my cashmere sweaters, including my favorite sweater. Both sweaters were badly stretched (going from cropped and boxy to long and tight) and are no longer flattering. So I am out money for the dry cleaning AND I have to spend even more to replace the sweaters. Do not recommend. read more

Came here to have some pants hemmed and I'm extremely happy with the service! The owners are so sweet and Esther (the seamstress) did a great job with my pants. One thing to note is that you should call beforehand if you're looking for alterations because the seamstress is not there all the time and they will not take your clothing if she's not present. So Fresh, so cheap. My 6 shirts to be washed/pressed, 3 of which had buttons that needed to be sewn on, cost me $14.10. That's $1.85 per wash, $1 per button. The three places closer to home run about $2 per shirt to wash, $1.75 per button. Yes, I COULD sew my buttons back on if I wanted to, I just don't. And I certainly am not going to iron anything, I hate ironing. I am more than happy to take my lazy ass to a place that will do it right like So Fresh. Good spot, took a little longer than I'd like (dropped off Monday 5pm, available to pickup Thursday 5pm) but they did good work. read more

So fresh is my go to cleaners. They do the job perfectly and have the kindest and friendliest owners. I had some stains in my shirts and they got all of it off. They have a quick turn around time and the price is reasonable for the great job they do. I also got my suit tailored here and it fits me perfectly now. They have changed his during covid which is a minute but they give a free mask with the service and as I said they do a great job. My favorite place to go get my work clothes cleaned and tailored. I've been using So Fresh for a short time now. However I'm a life long client of dry cleaning. In all my years this has never happen to me. Last week I arrived back from a long trip which took me out of town for a month.. I had clothes waiting to be picked up from So Fresh. The lady in front brought up my clothes and stapled to the plastic shroud was another small clear plastic bag which contained one $100 bill and another $20 bill. I had left this in one of my pants. A fabulous family run dry cleaner in LA. I had my wedding dress cleaned here, and they did an amazing job and such a reasonable price. I would have been happy to just have it returned to me on a hanger, but I received my dress back beautifully folded in archival paper and boxed. Pains me to write a below average review for a mom and pop operation, but they don't clean jack. Every single time I've taken clothes there for dry-cleaning, they come back with the same stain they went in with. And when I ask them about it, they either tell me they don't know why they couldn't clean it, or they take the item to the back and take out the stain on the spot. Which makes me wonder why they didn't just do that in the first place? I will say this, when I point out obvious stains that they didn't remove, they won't charge me for the item, but when a customer is willing to pay for a service you supposedly provide, why not just try to get the stain out? read more

EXCELLENT SERVICE! The price is unbeatable. I believe price-wise this is the most inexpensive cleaners I have ever been to. And their service, EXCELLENT. I dry clean my suits and shirts every other week. Every single time they come out perfect. They even fold the shirt sleeves towards the center of the shirt and clip them together. This prevents the shirt losing shape or the creases. Also prevents wrinkles before you wear it. I drive all the way from Koreatown to drop off my clothes here. Koreatown is way overpriced. read more

Best dry cleaners in LA. Went here every couple of weeks for two years and was consistently impressed. Great prices, never had a problem with cleaning, and they always remember my name.
