Had a bad experience with one of the employees but the owner called and made it right!

6/2/26 June nail appointment! Arrived! Greeted and another kind worker got my nails started until Chelsea arrived. Shortly later, she arrived and got started! GREAT catching up and she she always does GREAT cleaning up my nails. Color options.... just got larger & better!! Lots of Great New Chrome colors! I get to be the 1st to try them! Awesome! I picked color 106. It says the color is Ballet. Great, calm environment! Relaxing! Before you know it glossed & ready to go!! Absolutely ADORE!! Pretty gloss! I normally don't leave reviews, but my experience here honestly felt very misleading and unprofessional. During my appointment, I noticed the lady who I believe is one of the owners of the salon instructing the employee to use a sheer polish without clearly explaining upfront that multiple coats would be needed and that I would be charged extra for each additional coat. The color that was advertised and selected did not make those additional charges clear beforehand. When I decided to switch to a solid color with a glitter top coat instead because I did not want unexpected upcharges, the owner became visibly upset and the atmosphere became uncomfortable. What made the situation worse was that comments were made about me in another language during the appointment, assuming I would not understand. I was able to catch and translate what was being said on my phone, and the remarks came across as racist and extremely disrespectful toward me as a paying customer. I also noticed customers being charged a $5 processing fee for using a debit card. After looking into California consumer protection laws and payment processing rules, I found that debit card surcharges are not allowed in California. A $5 fee on small salon transactions also seems excessive and raised serious concerns for me about how customers are being charged. Overall, the experience felt far more focused on maximizing money from customers rather than providing transparent and professional service. Between the surprise charges, disrespectful treatment, and concerns regarding card fees, I personally would not recommend going here. My experience came across as discriminatory and scam-like, and it made me concerned that other customers may also be getting taken advantage of without realizing it. If you do choose to go here, make sure you ask about every possible charge upfront, know your consumer rights, and pay attention to how customers are being spoken about during appointments. read more

Worse place to get ur nails done. I was my first time getting my pedi & full set done as it was recommend by one of my friend. My full set was fine can't complaint as the guy did decent job but my pedi was waste of money. I paid $$$$85 for my pedi. Where I usually go they do it for $75 & do best job on it but this place was way over price & the lady did my pedi doesn't seem like she know what she were doing. She was keep asking the owner what should she do next. She didn't even remove my callus properly & I did complaint to the owner as well that the place in usually go they do remove the callus properly & the owner said however the pedicure lady did that how they do it. So my bill was $172 & I paid with my credit card & they charge $5.16 for paying from my card. I never ever have this bad experience in my life. Went for my birthday with my partner and had a great experience. We got the deluxe gel pedicure and the regular jelly pedicure, and both were amazing. The nail artists were so friendly and chatted with us the whole time, which made it feel really comfortable. They even offered complimentary mimosas, which I thought was such a sweet touch. The vibe was relaxed, it wasn't busy but had a steady rotation of people, so we didn't feel rushed nor were we ever the only clients there and but still had plenty of time to enjoy it. I went by yesterday for my first visit. I was given a gift card and was excited to try them out! I'll list the pros and cons first... Pros: -quick -answered questions -trialed a spot of color on my nail to see which I'd like most -technician was nice -followed my lead on a more "quiet" experience -offered me water/something to drink -clean and organized -lots of color options -employees talking loudly in back room interrupting the calm spa experience -employees talking loudly at the pedicure spot about personal information to each other and on the phone Cons: -nail has already cracked from curing too long -gel is on my cuticle on 4 different nails -cuticles aren't smooth and cleaned up -there are 6+ bubbles in the gel across 2 nails It was a Tuesday at about 3:10pm. There was a woman who greeted me and 3 technicians at their tables without any clients. I shared that I was in a bit of a hurry so I chose the basic gel manicure. The technician was pleasant and professional and helped me with the color I chose which is why I gave 3 stars. My nails are 2 stars though due to cracking same day, bubbles, and multiple spots where the gel wasn't cleaned up before curing and is on my cuticle. Came in for a short almond full set with gel. Was pleased with the color and the girl helped me pick a nice shape. The acrylic (and the polish obv) on one finger chipped in a weak spot a day later. I don't live in town but I'm sure if I went in they would have fixed it for me. $55 plus tip for the service was okay value wise. I got dips on my nails. They turned out fine, but in four days they started chipping., I came in on day six asking them to fix them, and the owner offered to fix one of my nails and file down the rest of them. I've had dips on my nails for years and they usually don't chip until week three. I feel like the owner had no interest in making it right. read more

Every time I come in, I get Avri for my acrylic full set. She is amazing, 5 stars for her. This review is specifically for Kelly! I needed to get my nails done today and unfortunately Avri was off, so I got Kelly. Initially she was nice, until you're not happy with her work. She cut down the length of my nails and shaped them into squares. However, I did not like the way she shaped them because they were U-shaped with very pointy corners. She looked at me as if I was dumb and had the girl who was doing my pedicure help because she wasn't understanding what I was saying. At this point, she also started talking in her language, obviously talking crap cause I picked up on the "doh mai" or whatever it is. The girl asked me what I wanted, I explained, and then she explained to Kelly after I showed her a pic of what kind of shape I want. She started filing down the nails super roughly after, to the point that it was actually painful. Any skin that got in the way she just hid it under my nails so it's not showing, instead of cutting it. My cuticles are messy and choppy, and she did such a messy job. I asked for the same color on my toes and hands, and as seen in the picture, my hands are NOT the same color as my toes. I'd go back for my regular nail tech, but definitely not Kelly. read more

I like that you can easily book yourself an appt through their website and they confirm it right away. When I arrived at 2:30 it was packed! But since I had an appt I only waited 10 mins. They offer complimentary beverage. They have beers, margaritas, mimosas and regular sodas and water to choose from. I did the organic delux pedicure. Lily was so patient when it came to my pedicure I was really indecisive on what color I wanted it to get so she helped me try different colors before actually applying it on my toes. I went back the next day bc they said they'd fix it free of charge. I get there and as soon as I get in the door they try to hassle me for more money. the woman who initially did my pedi said she didn't want to fix it at all so they had to find someone else and charge me.SUPER RIDICULOUS.Considering I'm paying 50 dollars for a half fast gel pedi. I really, really wanted to like this place. Everyone was so nice, the salon had great light and great energy. We walked in and they were able to accommodate us. Maybe it's because I asked for regular polish and that's not something they're good at, but you can see in the picture that the polish was put on sloppily and the top coat wasn't put all the way to the edges, so now there are weird lines on the edges of my nails. I brought it up to the lady who did my nails, but she was very distracted telling everyone else what to do. I think she was the owner. Overall, I hope others have a better experience because the place really is nice, just not for regular polish. read more

I love this place! I didn't have an appointment and within 2 minutes I was in a chair with a complimentary drink in my hand. The girl who did my pedi was so nice and even changed the nail color when the original color wasn't what I wanted. I got the original organic pedicure and I paid $56 (+10 for a French tip/ not including tip) and I would say that it was well worth the price. Front desk agent was very pleasant .. But other 2 ladies RUDE ASF!!! Soooo we made a nail appointment. And when we entered and sat down we explained that we wanted our gel filed off with electric file not soaked in acetone. One lady said "that lot of work." And the other lady said she cant do it. She says shes never done before and soak is best way. She said that I cant file off it cant be done like that. No-one ever does that. Waited a long time for someone to do my nails probably an hour while my friend got a full set of gel nails. She was very rough on my hands and cut my skin with her nail scissors.
