This place was my first and last time going. I went in yesterday with my mom and got pedicures the lady who did mine yanked out my nails saying they were ingrown. And I told her no they weren't I've had an ingrown and got it surgically done so I know how an ingrown feels and looks plus I'm licensed to know that also. Always had a good experience here, came twice for pedicures. First visit was for a girls day with my friends, and second visit was for some mom-and-daughter time with my mom! Love coming here been coming for years for my pedicures decent pricing and always quick and accommodating. Only giving 4 stars because last time I went in I requested white gel on my toes and the tech kept telling me white was not a good option and pushing other colors on me. When I kept telling them I wanted white, they started telling me that white gets dirty too easy and that it would not look good after a few days. Stumbled upon this nail place for a pedicure several months ago and decided to give them another try because I really liked the vibe they had going on. The pedicure techs so respectful and show you acknowledgment when you come in and ask how they can help you. I really felt the atmosphere here was a lot different than other places I had went. They pay careful and close attention to detail wide well doing pedicures and they are very kind. I'm very big on customer service because there are many places to spend money but not everyplace will appreciate the money that you spend. I have been a consumer of nail salons since I was in the eighth grade and I'm well over 30 at this point so I really care about how I am treated him while allowing someone to perform such a beautiful art. I was in need of a pedicure and was trying to find somewhere close to my house. I walked in and was greeted right away. The place is actually pretty big inside. There are lots of pedicure chairs and nail stations. I noticed a sign that stated something about alcohol being served there. I was seated and a man gave me a stack of nail colors to pick from. He offered me a glass of wine or water. I went with the wine ;) he brought me a small water as well. He was friendly and made small talk with me while he worked. They have different pedicure options to choose from based on what you want and what price you want to pay. I went with the $30 option and it was $10 extra to add gel. Not very happy with my nails. I was seated right away waited for like 10 minuets for the guy to come in from smoking (I'm pregnant) so the smell alone is revolting but to each there own. I came in with ZERO polish on my nails but somehow there pink in my French set. The nails are not shaped nicely and are lifting on the sides. There's bubbles and my nails are gel ! So how if there not normal polish. Oh and since then my cuticle are is dry no matter how much oil and lotion i put on. I honestly feel like i waisted 30$ UPDATE; almost a week later and I still hate my nails I can't stand the sight of them. First off this establishment is so dirty there was a roach floating in my pedicure water. the pedicure pipes have a nasty Odor coming from them , The pedicure package I selected came with hot wax . when the lady was done with my pedicure I seen her throw everything away besides the used wax , she put it in a back room!! Well, my experience here was crap. My review isn't necessarily about the establishment as a whole...although I do think there should be a standard across the board...my review is regarding the woman who did my pedicure. I pay money for a service and I expect to get the full service. The one thing that I have yet to find is a nail spa that does a standard pedicure massage. I know some hands are better than others but there should be a bare minimum standard, at least. I don't care what service or pedicure package I paid for, if it's says "foot massage" then I expect a foot massage. If that means it's 5 minutes then so be it...but I'm paying for a foot massage. NOT for you to rub some lotion on me and glide two whole tigers up and down my shin once and then call it day. That's exactly what this women did and when I asked about it she had the audacity to tell me that I should have got the $35 dollar pedicure and that that package has a massage, the $25 dollar package just requires them to put some lotion on your legs. This place might be hit or miss. My friends nails weren't as bad as mine. Out of all the people who work there I feel like I got stuck with the only none asain nail tech. I clearly was tired and didn't want to talk so when I stopped replying she just started telling me her life story. She was so busy talking she didn't ask me what size or shape. I constantly had to correct her and even then I hated my nails. I didn't even want to bother anymore I just went to a different salon and had them remove them and started over. Had a wonderful pedicure experience with Kim ! She spent time doing my exfoliating massage and the smell of the scrub and lotion was heavenly! Also the complementary wine was a lovely addition! 100% would come back again. Also Stephany did my manicure and did a lovely job made sure do be detailed my only advice would be a stronger hand during the massage for both parts instead of a borderline petting of the arm& leg. My sisters and I have been coming here for a few years now. Their work has always been mediocre but some how we keep coming back. I usually get their gel manicure but I decided to get acrylics this time around. I wanted stiletto nails but I think there was some miscommunication going on and it did not turn out to be stiletto at all such a disappointment but they came out pretty good though on the positive but the dude basically sawed off my cuticle which hurt and now looks like I need a fill already and I just got them done. I definitely need to find a new nail place. This place is going down hill. Another issue is that when we came in my sister and I we were seated promptly (good) and being serviced....then a flood of their workers came over like 6 in total were just standing around us and talking in their language...I don't mind them talking in their language but do they ALL have to hover around us like we are prey makes us very uncomfortable. I'm glad other customers came in and the flock left and tended to them. UPDATE: 12/18/16 I came here with my sister to get a fill of my nails and the people here accused me of being a liar because they ran out of the color they needed a fill on. They told my sister and I that we never came there because we requested to sit together and they told us "no that impossible" my sister and I were like that is very possible because we came here 3 weeks ago to get our nails done and you guys were fine with us sitting together. The guy accused me of being sly and lying to get free nails. Then after I told them they are being very disrespectful I don't want their services they began to changed their talk. Going to one place for toes, another for nails (simple gel manicure) and yet another for eyebrows, never truly happy with what I've gotten, until I found Forum! They have a roomy salon. There is always plenty of staff on hand meaning theres hardly any wait time to get in a chair. There is a pretty wide variety of services offered, a VAST selection of polish and gel polish color options. If you have a problem, they make it right, and then some. This place has gone down hill. I've been a customer since 2013. I haven't gotten my nails done in over a year due to covid. I was excited to come back but I had the worst experience. My tech was super aggressive with me, cut me multiple times, filed my nails down way too much, and did a terrible application. I got my mani just three days ago and already have two broken nails because of how paper thin they were left. Not only was my tech extremely rude but he also forcefully shoved my hands in the nail dryer and held them down, I had to yank my hands from his multiple times. He and the tech next to him were also engaging in talking about other customers that they hated. It was ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. Never coming back to this place. read more

But when I went in I asked for a fill & coffin shape... not once did the lady who did my nails ask me if I liked the shape. They look nothing like coffin shape, all 10 fingers are actually different shapes. So humiliating having to leave the nail shop like this. As explaining, she started yelling at me because her work wasn't what I wanted. At the end, she overcharged me for her mediocre job and I felt humiliated because everyone was staring at us because, when she was yelling, I wanted a decent job I PAID FOR IT.
