Initially I was very skeptical about buying from DBS Sim Trade. I contacted Saul over Whatsapp and seemed like a likeable guy. Passed on my travel details and accommodation coordinates to him prior to landing in the states. Pretty much as promised, he was there at the date and time we mutually agreed. Traveled with friends from ireland. We rent a car. We have iPhone 4s, 5, and 5s, but could not use Google maps because high cost of the network. So we urgently needed a local SIM card which support GPRS. Luckily we found this company, they did supply local card which support unlimited national call, text and 4G/3G network. And it only cost very little money, only 20bulks! At first I was afraid it might be scam because it's so reasonable. Then PM Sid who supposed to be the owner of business. I was initially skeptical, as with all things you purchase online for the first time - and more so when the reviews are that good. But the weeks leading up to my trip to the US (where I bought the US SIM from DBS Sim Trade), Saul has been exceptional in answering my questions and always trying to help! The Sim card worked like a charm when I landed in the US. I don't know if the Sim card I bought is a good deal, but to me, it is a fair deal and Saul has been honest in all his dealings - no hidden cost means NO HIDDEN COST! The contact and support from Saul is beyond your expectation. Even when I thought - what is wrong with this great offer, this can't be true - he understood my concerns and paid me back until I realise the cards work. As soon as I arrived in the US, all 3 sim cards worked perfectly as promised (and of course I paid immediately). He works almost 24/7 and explains everything. Even during my stay in the US he checked if everything is working well. My suggestion is still to pay via Paypal. Fantastic service. My wife and I traveled from Australia to LA and requested the sim cards to be sent to our hotel, we arrived on the Sunday, and the Sim Cards weren't at the hotel, but I thought that might be the case and expected them to arrive on Monday in the mail.
