I always ship things out through UPS but as I get out of work late, it started becoming a hassle to do so specially right now due to COVID-19 causing businesses to close early. I started looking up places that do shipping services and came across Mail Box Services Plus. It seemed too good to be true since I'm about 2 buildings away so I walked over there and was greeted by Tina and she was very kind and helpful from the moment I walked in. She definitely made me feel right at home and answered every question I had without hesitation. I ended up staying a client with them due to their service and family ambience Tina gives out towards everyone. A few months ago I opened a business and now I also have a business mailbox with her and have had nothing but great experiences with Mailbox Services! I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves a family ambience with professionalism combined in one establishment. I dropped off a package here last month and it has still not been scanned by UPS. The woman claimed that she gave it to the UPS driver. The package is worth over $400. I opened a claim, but since it was never scanned by UPS, they can't give me any insurance money. I called her to ask if she had any proof or record of receipt or drop off, she said no, she doesn't. I don't understand how she doesn't scan the packages like any other mailing store that accepts multiple carriers. I asked her if she can please look back and give me more information, she was so rude. She said "what do you want me to do about it? Go talk to UPS". The last time I saw my package was in the possession of her shop. I told her she was being rude and that I would like to leave a review about my experience, she said go ahead I don't care. I don't recommend anyone drop anything off here, save yourself the trouble, and just drive straight to the carrier. read more

Don't trust this place. I went in Friday a.m. asking for same day delivery. Explained how important delivery was for same day or next day for documents. (Sat). Was told no same day, but could send next day. Paid almost $100. Checked tracking # the next morning and saw they scheduled delivery for Monday am. Frantic, I called the store, 9am sat. A woman answered and when I explained the situation, she laughed and said "everyone knows Friday am "next day" means next business day. Last time I'll use the services here. read more

I would not give any star to this place, it's ridiculous how pricey the lady charge for service fee on passport application. I went there to get my passport replacement, and already told the lady I filled out the application myself the other day, but she answered that's okay and still fill out the application again and charge me 98 bucks. Hard to believe how excessively rude these people are. The place is filthy, two little dogs will start chewing on your box corners if it's on the floor and the young teenager 'offered' to tape up the box then charged me $5. I pointed out that he should apprise people that his services come with a price tag and he lied and said he told me, then his mother in the corner started yelling that this is a business, not a charity, and of course we're going to charge you! This is a person who took the time to school me out while serving other customers. Really unprofessional. I dragged my shipment out and left. read more

She screamed at me for writing a poor Yelp review. It was difficult for me to get a word in edge-wise, but while she was taking a breath I did encourage her to work on her customer service skills and take a moment to read other reviews for help. As you read this, please keep in mind that I left this mailbox service months earlier. Yet Tina had gone into her old customer contact list to find my personal cell and call just to yell at me. Before she hung up she made sure to tell me, "I don't care about your mail. Your mail is being returned." I came in at 4:40 pm an hour and 20 minutes before they close to get a Canadian Passport photo. When I got there the woman snapped at me a handful of times and then took my picture. When I reiterated that it was for my Canadian passport, she said "why didn't you say that before?" (I did) then she told me it was too late in the day to take my photo for a Canadian passport picture. They were still open for an additional hour. read more

These guys rule. Mailbox is conveniently located and has 24hr access, which I like. However, I make an attempt to go anytime I can during the day because the employees are always very friendly. Don't believe the positive reviews (all the bad ones are conveniently filtered by Yelp) this business is dishonest. Do yourself a favor and read all the "not recommended" reviews to get an idea of why people are complaining about this business. The employees and the owner are very shady and they will try to rip you off. They charge about 30% more than other places, they have a $20 "key deposit" for each set of keys, plus other "fees" that are decided by the owner on a case-by-case basis. I have dealt with many mailbox services and this was by far the absolute worst. They forget to place your mail in the mailbox, sometimes for weeks, and take no responsibility for that. And if this is not bad enough, the employee working there is rude, unprofessional and clueless. read more

I've had mailbox here for years now. It is really great to have one address that doesn't change and where your packages can be delivered and picked up. They offer a lot of other services, too. The staff is super friendly and competent. There is a huge parking lot and as long as you don't go during the lunch or dinner rush, there is ample parking. read more

When I arrived it was pretty busy with people trying to deal with passport services. However, Alex took my package requested the return address, and allowed me to leave. He packaged my things and promptly called me to confirm the return address. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I paid for an expedited passport renewal in mid-October and just received a notice that my form was incomplete/missing a signature. Tina initially assisted me with filling out the form but when I brought the issue to her attention and asked for a refund she immediately became defensive and assumed I did not fill out the form properly when we sat down together to fill it out. She began to talk over my friend and I as we tried to explain what the misunderstanding could have been but she refused to hear it and would not even meet us in the middle regarding a refund. Didn't even trust her enough to send the new application, which btw, I ended up filling out on my own. Horrible customer service and all around bad vibes. Waste of money. read more

They were rude and dismissive when I first went there to ship some gifts internationally and when I called them today after I learned that my shipment had not arrived. When I called on the phone, they were dismissive and non-helpful.I then went to their offices and got much the same rude dismissive conduct that had characterized the entire experience. It was like pulling teeth to get help. Finally, when I checked carefully today, I saw that the very rude manager with whom I dealth with intially and who was dismissive today had placed an incomplete address on the package. I am now trying to locate where a very important package is located and hope that her error has not caused the loss of an important gift. Don't go to this place! My young son and I went in looking for bubble wrap. They had some huge hay bale size but the gentleman kindly sold some to us 'by the foot'. We were about to pay and he asked if we wanted some peanuts. Sure! He added in a HUGE bag of peanuts and gave us a great deal. Wonderful customer service and great company. Look no further if you need a new passport! They were amazing. My passport had expired 10 years ago, so I had to go through the entire process and apply for a new passport. They made it easy! Even with having a tricky name change these folks knew EXACTLY what needed to be done. It was so simple and easy. I sent my father there today, and he couldn't believe how easy it was. Good service. These people hussles. I was getting a visa and my case was a little complicated. I had to go back and forth a few times adding documents but they kept me posted. Parking in that area can be a little hectic. Noted this place is at the corner of the plaza so you can find a spot in the lot or paid meters on the street.
