I came here to complete I-9 for work. My appointment was booked thru a third party vendor, so when I arrived, my time slot was actually double booked with someone else. It wasn't their fault and thankfully the man there helped both of us in a timely fashion. He was really apologetic about the double book and because he was able to help me so efficiently, I almost forgot we were double booked! read more

I came here to get my fingerprints done for a background check. I was worried they wouldn't work because I had been to 2 post offices previously and they couldn't scan my fingerprints for some reason. Jaime was very helpful and he was able to get the fingerprints scanned and sent in, and I got the results shortly afterwards. 10/10 would recommend this place over the post office. read more

Solid 5 stars across the board. When you need live scan or Apostille services. Mind you by the time I arrived here, it was my third visit to a separate scan because they were all so poorly run. Negin was the only one there and she wasn't even responsible for fingerprinting. She was very calm, cool, collect. She explained the process and how long it would take to get everything. Everything she said was on point! I really appreciate the professionalism, and she even replied to my emails 2 to 6 weeks out after the process. She also looked into it, on why it was taking so long. I feel it wasn't about a service but she genuinely cares about her customers. Obviously, she doesn't have control over everything, but just being reliable and affordable. Her prices were the same or slightly better than other places. Don't do the mistake I did, and go here first. They should be able to take care of all your needs. read more

I have been here multiple times and the staff is always so friendly, welcoming and professional, even when I forget to make an appointment. On my latest visit they even accepted and did my live scan while they were supposed to be on a lunch break. Very unprofessional. If you sign up for their scanning services they will never do it on time. You would have to call them every day to remind that you need your mail to be scanned and sent to you. I called today to ask if I have any mail. They said yes, but nothing was scanned. I asked them to scan. By the end of the day nothing was sent to me. I had to drive to the mailbox myself to pick it up. When I came to mailbox it was empty. They took my mail, did not return it to mailbox and did not scan it. Because of that I missed several important deadlines to respond to some important mail in the past. If you need good service better to find something else. read more

I was recommended to this place by a co-worker, and I will be coming back here for all of my shipments! I thought I may have to wait for a while being that it was 5 days before Christmas, but there was no line and everyone working there was so friendly. They taped up my box for me and I didn't have to fill out any forms myself. Every shipping item needed was available, as well as a great assortment of cards. I was shipping my package to the Netherlands and they were able to make the whole process easy. I was in and out in about 10 minutes, and my info was saved in the computer for future shipments. I have come here twice with dismal results. Both individuals I interacted with were short and unnecessarily rude. Service was also very slow, I waited more than five minutes each time with no other people there, and for seemingly no reason. One time I picked up a package and the box was already so damaged the contents were spilling out (which I don't think was their fault, I understand things get damaged in shipping) - I asked to check the box before I signed off in case anything was missing or damaged and I was told I had to sign off and if anything was wrong it's not their problem. I wanted to support a smaller local business but there are plenty of other options that would provide a better experience. read more

The employee is literally attempting to help me while he's on his personal cell phone! Complaining that life sucks and he wants to "get out of here". What has customer service turned into these days?
