I went here for my birthday and the service was great. I had Priscilla as my server and she was very attentive and a great server overall. The food was also very delicious but unfortunately I forgot to take pictures. I got a pie with pepperoni and mushrooms, garlic and basic and wings for appetizers and they were great. They have both outdoor and indoor seating and it's a very nice blend of causal with a little bit of formality. Since I live nearby, I would definitely come back for dinner every now and then. read more

Came in with my buddy to try it out last night. We were notified by the host they don't have their liquor license yet, which is too bad because the bar looks really nice, but I won't hold that against them. The restaurant has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. I ordered the sausage and garlic pizza and my buddy ordered an artichoke and cheese pizza. I was very surprised at how quickly my pizza came out...the only problem was it took another 10 minutes or so before my friends pizza came out which meant mine got rather cold while waiting for his. Not sure what the mixup was because they weren't hat busy and with the oven they have it only probably takes 5 minutes to bake a pizza. Once we finally got to try it, the pizza was really good! Crispy crust and delicious ingredients. I still like Mister 01 better, especially because it's slightly less expensive, but this is pretty close! Besides the pizza taking so long, the only other thing I found pretty strange was the checkout process. They brought a tablet over which would normally be super convenient, but the server took our cards, swiped them, and then said there's no receipt. No mention of gratuity either (was told autogratuity when I asked), but it was kind of sketchy I had to ask about it, there was no receipt, and I didn't even get to see or touch the tablet. Will definitely go back once the kinks are all worked out. read more

Solid pizza place, not my ultimate favorite but I can do it Once in a while. The pizza is usually fresh and their using quality products. Located in brickell, they do take out. They sell whole pizza not by the slice. The place is small but has outside area as well. It's Usually pretty packed. Unfortunately the pizza has a little too much flop for my liking but other than that it was solid. On the plus side the pizza was pretty light meaning I can finish it rather quickly if I wanted too. It also had a nice charring which I can always appreciate. Crust was crunchy and I had a good ratio of sauce. Pizza score 6.8 ( tough scorer ) not a bad score, anything above 6.5 is worth eating. Service was also Solid, waiter was nice but looked busy. He had a few other tables, took a while to get drinks. More or less solid pizza for a pizza craving. read more

Excellent service, we had a large party for a birthday and the staff was very accommodating and attentive. The pizza is good, we split a few signatures at the table and a few people got pasta entrees which were also good. Cozy and refined atmosphere. read more

I used to really love this place. But for the last few months it takes longer to be served, workers spend more time talking to each other than handling customers' needs, and everything is slow. Not sure how they expect to be successful competing in Brickell acting in this manner. read more

What a delightful experience! From the atmosphere to the service to the food, we enjoyed every bit of it. If you are looking for a rustic and homemade experience, you have come to the right place. Giuseppe was our waiter, and supported by all the excellent staff, we had a really great time. We got the artichoke hearts as an appetizer and a kale Caesar, which was terrific. This was our 2nd time at DC Pie and we love it. We have had the meatballs, classic pie, and the summer salad both times. The pizza is amazing and our boys really love the meatballs. The salad is different and a must! Save room for the Nutella calzone or pie. The service was also very attentive, our kids really enjoyed the dough the waitress gave them to play with. I hardly ever want pizza but I had a craving. Odd especially being in Miami but if you love wood-fire greasy thin crust style, GET IT! We got the pepperoni pizza and wings. Celebrated national pizza day here at one of the best happy hours in Brickell! HH is until 8pm and drinks are 50%, a rarity around Brickell. They also offer bites on their HH menu, like $10 personal size pizzas, wings and other such fare. We sat at the bar area, which was really nice ambiance - kind of like being outdoors but also getting the fun of watching the action inside. Our bartender/server was very nice and attentive (feel so bad I didn't catch his name! :(). I had the Skyline and the Market cocktails. I loved the tanginess and fruitiness of the Skyline cocktail. The Market one though was a bit too sweet for me. My husband and I also shared a pizza and added pepperoni and long hots, so tasty! When more of our party arrived and the bar was full, the hostess was very kind to move us to a table and move over our tab easily, along with any pending orders we had. Overall, great quality and service - will definitely be back! read more

I'm a pizza purist. This pizza is exactly how I love my pies. Simple. Flavors were great. Plenty of basil. Thin crust. Mmmm. *chefs kiss* Its close to a Lucali style of pizza but not quite as thin. The original pie is only $16! Making it one of the cheaper decent pies in the area. The location has a rustic Italian country side feel. The staff was on point. I've visited this location twice now, and had a fantastic experience both times. The food, service, and drinks are a solid 10/10. Jorge goes above and beyond, and made our entire experience. Highly recommend visiting, sitting at the outdoor bar, and ordering a Solera Old Fashioned from Jorge. The ravioli special and anything pizza-wise are fantastic. The restaurant was very busy when we went around lunch (well appears to have just been busy). We saw only 2 wait staff working (managing/bartending/cleaning/hosting). There were plenty of tables that hadn't been cleared and we stood at the host station a while before being sat by one of the staff...poor guys were being ran around that day. We ended up just getting a beer and getting out since we saw how thin they were spread and concerned about the service. Maybe another time we'll be able to go back for a pizza or meatballs which all looked great when we saw other people getting them. And, although there were tables that needed to be bussed, the restaurant itself and the bathrooms seemed clean. read more

My absolute favorite pizza in Brickell / downtown. My family orders there at least 1x a week usually online. Their kale Caesar is fire!! Best kale Caesar in Miami. And the pepperoni pizza is perfection! Pro tip, get extra Caesar dressing and dip the pizza crust in it. Their ravioli is bomb. So are the wings!! So are the meatballs. Be very cautious on your pizza order - I ordered a pizza and waitress said it includes 2 toppings and then I get the bill it was $50 for a simple pizza. The wine is mediocre at best and service staff has no clue what's going on. Rather spend my money at casa tua that has way better pizza !!! read more

I like the call myself a pizza connoisseur. I know the owner is related to the owner of Lucali (one of my favorite pizza spots in NY) so I knew this couldn't disappoint so I had to check it out. The pizza here is really good and one of the best in Miami. It would be above average in New York but it's spectacular for Miami. This is my new go to spot for whenever I don't have a reservation made for a big group. The drinks are really good and affordable which is a big plus for me. Seeing an employee post something so negative about an event that so many of us genuinely enjoy is disappointing. I recently attended both karaoke night and ladies' night, and the atmosphere was completely different from what many of us have come to love. FYI, karaoke night *brings people together*. I can't think of a single time we've gone and not had a great night. That's why this post doesn't reflect what 9 Feet Under has always represented to so many of us. If you work there and karaoke night is that terrible *for you*, maybe it's worth asking yourself why that is. Or perhaps this isn't the right environment for you. But please don't portray an event that has created so many positive memories for so many people as something negative, because that's simply not the experience the rest of us have had. Now you've lost customers!!

There were several cozy couples seating in front of the stage but 2nd row, we didn't want to get picked on the entire night. Lol. The two main hosts of the comedy show looked like they worked at Blackbird Ordinary as they had staff jackets on. They were in our opinion, the FUNNIEST!!! Extremely disappointed, being a fan of Lucali I thought might as well try the sister restaurant. Not only was the service terrible but the food was even worse! Meatballs were served cold and the pizza wasn't cooked all the way and the wings which were ordered as an appetizer came out once we were already done with the pizza.... even better when we were thinking about getting dessert the fire alarm went off and the server immediately came to us and rushed to close the tab didn't bother to hear if we were going to have dessert or never asked if everything was ok at any point. The massive oven is right there in view, and it's so much fun to watch the pizzas being made fresh. The dough has a lot of semolina on top, which makes it very crunchy, but I am personally not a big fan of that much semolina. The salami was extraordinary. They offer several types of dough, but I only tried the classic one. The pizza is on the smaller side for the price, it is not cheap. Overall I would probably go back to try some of their more creative pizzas or a different style of dough. The quality of the ingredients is really good. If I had to rate last night's pizza out of 10, I'd give it an 8.

The bread bowl was fantastic; more like garlic bread with a crispy, buttery edge. The Carciofi e pesto came on a huge platter. Succulent artichokes with a scoop of pesto and fresh prosciutto. The pizza had scoops of fresh burrata and a slim cheese layer. I would definitely come back on a weekday evening as it was pretty quiet and nice to have a date night.
