great traditional italian pizza. there is a section for "no sauce" pizza and one for pizzas with red sauce. the caruso (ordered with no pepperoni due to dietary restrictions), was our favorite, by far. the ricotta cheese on it was not too overpowering and complemented well with the eggplant, which was almost caramelized . the red chef pizza was good, but there is something missing from the red pizza sauce to really take it over the edge. i also got a side of red sauce, because i like to dip my crust in it, and it did not hit as well as others do. it was a bit on the plain side. the garlic bread was just okay. it was a bit plain for $6 (2 slices of toast with garlic butter spread on top). one thing to note, there arent too many options without pork, but they seemed like there would be no problem omitting ingredients from pizzas, so just ask! read more

I have to say; however, it's interesting to see that they made this area into lots of little restaurants, years ago these were old apartment buildings. We dined inside as it was hot that day. My friend and I shared the mushroom pizza, and I ordered additionally the arugula and tomato salad. These guys are legit Italian. I asked what kind of salad dressing they had, and he just pointed at the olive oil and balsamic vinegar decanter that was on the table, just like in Italy. I guess large variety of dressings is an American thing. Everything was delicious! the pizza's crust was perfect. the toppings were of good quality. Happy hour Mon-Sat, 5-7pm. We walked in accidentally looking for a light snack. Tried the Margherita Pizza and Pesto Bruschetta and Regular Bruschetta. Everything was truly great, super high quality. The bread is all made in-house, the pizza crust was nice and thin, the sauce of fresh tomato flavor and nice quality cheese. Chef is actually from Italy. Prices super fair for the area too. I was on the phone with the customer service rep and she kept coming up to me interrupting my conversation saying I need to pay because she's closing. She was basically harassing me. We ordered chicken Parmesan from this restaurant through Uber eats. $78 for two of them. Upon arrival they were both in the same size containers yet one was small and the other one was quite large. There was no pasta. Nothing else just an extremely overpriced piece of chicken Parmesan. After making our own pasta to go with this meal, which is completely unnecessary, but we did anyway, we tasted the chicken Parmesan that we paid $78 for only to realize that it was his bland as a baked potato. He needed lots of seasoning just to make it taste like it's an Italian dish. This place sucks and we certainly won't eat here again. read more

I happen to be in Miami to see my friend and she had told me about this little spot and it was absolutely adorable and cozy. We had to choice to sit outside or in and I made the choice to sit in since it was a little hot. The inside was so nice and modern and the music was great. It was smooth and very chill. Now since this place was Italian I was ready for the cheese and red sauce goodness. I had ordered the Bruschetta Caprese which was absolutely delicious with some balsamic drizzled on top of it for the appetizer. It had the right amount of cheese and cherry tomatoes. For the entrees I shared a bowl of spaghetti and red sauce which was their house sauce and it was so GOOOOD! I ate the whole thing and didn't bother to share it with my girlfriend. We had also ordered the Montecarlo pizza which I thought it was interesting because I had never had a pizza shaped in a star and ricotta cheese on it. To my surprise to was great. The cheese, pepperoni, and ricotta cheese combo was right on point and the end of the crust had a small pocket for the ricotta to slide in it and you could enjoy the end like a cone. I called back to inform him that I was not satisfied with the pizza and to my shock he was rude and just explaining how we ordered a "Margarita pizza". No, if I wanted a Margarita pizza I would ask for one, but I wanted a pizza with multiple pieces of basil. I'm not going to waste more time/energy on this post but let me leave you with these finals thoughts about the quality of the pizza. The cardboard box the pizza came in and the actual pizza probably taste the same. No flavor. Burnt. Barely any cheese on my cheese and basil. Not even mediocre, this place only passes as a 4 star rated "pizza shop" because there is little to no competition in the area that aren't the corporate pizzerias. For my taste the Nutella pizza didn't came with Nutella enough.. Conveniently located by the bay in South Beach, a small, causal, and nice looking pizza place. Has nice outdoor seating as well. Unfortunately the food is pretty mediocre and forgettable. The pizza reminds me of the crappy pizza place in my college dining halls. All of the ingredients are super meh and none of them stand out besides maybe the prosciutto and the olives. The crust is probably worse than Domino's/Pizza Hut/Papa Johns. And the assembly of some of the pizzas is just really awkward and not well thought out. Even the cherry tomatoes sucked and those should never suck. We also had some hiccups with our order but they knocked off some charges on our bill so I'll consider that a wash. This restaurant is really forgettable and not really worth the price. I don't know how the pizza around here is, but for general food options you could probably do a LOT better than this place. read more

This is the most consistently great pizza in South Beach. It always arrives hot and early. Great pizza that doesn't get enough credit. Our favorites are the Montecarlo Star and the Etrusca. Etrusca is a long , rectangular pizza that is filled with artichoke and artichoke cream. It's the best! I think I have tried all of them. We love every pizza we've ever ordered from there.
