This place is unorganized and a waste of time. I am in this dealers PMA and it's getting to the point where I would rather drive to another city. I made an appt and receive a call as they ask me to change my appt from 930 to 730.. i had to shuffle things around to make sure I can accommodate the new time In the email for the service appt they have an email for the service department. I email them with my appt confirmation for my corvette telling them I can accommodate the 730 appt time. Also on the phone call I ask for pricing so I am aware what the out the door cost is. I get a round about estimate not a breakdown. (Website interaction) I don't have the ability to use a phone at work due to security, so I used the website chat / messaging to clearly ask for the price breakdown of the services for my corvette. (As I did not find pricing on their website) these are typical services that you would get for your car. I enter my information CLEARLY asking for pricing of services. I get bombarded by salesmen trying to sell me a car. This is why I don't like entering my phone number as now I am on paradises list to call. I show up at the dealership at 7 to drop off my car and my appt is for 930 and I am told to wait 10 minutes for an advisor while I watch 7 cars get taken care of. While I am waiting I call the Lake Elsinore dealership and schedule service for next month as its tool late to ask for it that same day. As a consumer all I wanted was an appt, the time that I was asked to try to accommodate, and pricing before I get there. I work 6-6 and am in a secure area so email is preferred communication. I know this is a military town so not everyone has the use of cell phones at their job. I am one of them. I will be buying a car in 2027, I think this dealer or even brand is off my list. read more

Took it in and lo and behold, it had a blown head gasket and other issues and ended up in the shop with them for 2 months! Luckily I'd bought the warranty but even with that, the warranty company denied the claim and I had to wait for Paradise Chevrolet to do the right thing and cover all the costs since they sold me a broken vehicle. This was the worse experience buying a car. They sweet talk you in the beginning of course and once you buy the car, they treat you as if you're a bother. Overview of the worst experience I've ever had during a purchase. I made the mistake of purchasing a brand new truck from this dealership., I have all the financial documents signed by both parties to prove it. During the purchasing process I made it clear that I needed to ship the vehicle to Hawaii. After coming to a conclusion on a final price out the door for the vehicle they said that they would ship it for me for 7k, I told them they didn't need to because I already had a quote for 5600. They came back and told me that they would match my quote and still ship it for me, so I said ok, what can go wrong. Everything went wrong. The moment I sent the dealership $26,500 for the down payment everything went sideways. The dealership refused to send the truck!!! They started pushing the shipping date further and further out. Every time I talked to them the date would change. One day it was the 6th then the 9th then the 18th. Then the dealership started doing weird things with the numbers on the bill of sale, and that made a difference to me because I needed to pay taxes on the numbers that were on the bill of sale when they arrived in Hawaii. This dealership refused to change the numbers on the bill of sale and the registration paperwork so much so that they threatened to cancel the deal after all the paperwork was signed,I have all the documents to prove it. The sales manager called me telling me that he didn't like my attitude because I was upset that they weren't shipping my truck. Sales manager canceled the deal and kept the truck, so they canceled the deal but they're refusing to send my $26,500 back to me. I asked them to send my money back as a wire transfer, the same way that I sent them the money but they refused. This dealership is nothing but a headache do not do business with them you will regret it. I called the dealership Manager, she did not answer, I left her a message, but no call back. read more

** Deceptive Fees and Questionable Ethics - Avoid Service Here ​I am beyond outraged by the experience I had at Paradise Chevrolet with my 2021 Traverse. If you have an extended service contract, be extremely careful. ​The Hidden Fee Trap: They tried to force an unwritten $55/hour labor surcharge on me that wasn't in my contract. James Perkey actually told me to "take it up with the warranty company" myself. That is not the customer's job. ​Coercion Required: They only agreed to honor my contract (which clearly states I only owe a $100 deductible) after I showed up in person and threatened to tow my car to Simpson Chevrolet--who, unlike Paradise, confirmed they honor contracts without fake fees. ​Suspicious "Discoveries": Interestingly, as soon as they lost the battle over the labor rate, they suddenly "discovered" leaking control arm bushings and recommended a $486 brake job. These were magically missing from the initial inspection. It felt like a retaliatory attempt to make up for lost margin. ​This dealership claims to be a "Cornerstone of Temecula," but their practices are shady. I have filed a formal complaint with the California Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) and notified Chevrolet Corporate. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. read more

This review has been long overdue. I recently went to Paradise Chevrolet Cadillac in Temecula on 5/18/2025. I initially only visited to test drive a vehicle that I was interested in. I initially met with Josh Swagger, a sales rep. Before I continue further, let me point out that the only reason this dealership is receiving this score is because of Josh. He made this whole experience worth the trouble because I did end up purchasing a new 2024 Chevy Colorado LT from this dealership. The rest of the staff me and my family encountered were a cast of characters I rather not deal with in the future. Josh o. The other hand is respectful, professional and a man of his word. While I was in the middle of negotiations with members of his team, he treated me and my family with respect. Even after negotiations were finished and the rest of his team changed their tone and were not as polite and professional, he still remained the same and to this day still checks up on me to see if I need any more help with anything. That is something you don't see anymore, which makes me wonder if anyone at any dealership cares about repeat customers. Besides that, I will say that the location is clean, restrooms are very clean and they have a very nice waiting area with snacks and beverages available to guests. From the moment I interacted with the used car manager, I was shocked at how unbelievably rude and dismissive he was. Instead of answering simple questions, he spoke to me in the most condescending tone imaginable, like I was wasting his time just for daring to ask. Every response felt like he was talking down to me, not talking with me. I've bought cars before, and I know what fair treatment looks like--this was the complete opposite. The attitude, the arrogance, the complete lack of basic respect for a customer... it was beyond unprofessional. Honestly, I left feeling insulted and frustrated. If this is how they think it's okay to treat people, I can only imagine what kind of "service" they provide after the sale. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Zero if I could rate it that way. Spoke with them between nine and 9:30 in the morning. Guaranteed the vehicle was there and ready to test drive. After driving an hour to get there, we were told by a different sales person that the vehicle was being serviced and could not be test driven. The two people we had been talking to Cody and Gunner who sent us a video that he was there waiting to take care of us did not even have the common courtesy to come out and speak with us. They knew exactly how far we were driving and how long it would take and could have easily phoned or text us to let us know that the vehicle was not available. Appears they just wanted us to be on their lot to try to sell us something different than the reason why we were coming. So unprofessional but then again that's the reputation some car dealerships have. This is the worst customer experience and car sale experience that I've had in 40 years. How they can be ranked as a dealer of the year is beyond me. Hello, I saw a discounted Silverado online, and had all intentions of making a purchase/ lease. I have a credit score of 700+-, with a Military & VA retirement and full time employment income. Arrived at Paradise and drove the truck, the salesman provided me with a credit pull that displayed a much lower credit score than I have. The truck I was interested in was &43k and they wouldn't budge off a $745/72 month lease totaling $53,640 with a $27000 residual and over 13% interest rate. Obviously I felt like those terms were ridiculous so I left. The following day I purchased a similar truck from another dealership with a significantly lower MSRP and interest rate. I've since read the reviews of your dealership and it's clear to me that you are dishonest and take advantage of buyers regularly. I have lived in Temecula for nearly 25 years , and purchased many vehicles. I expect these slimy tactics from ma and pa dealers, but was surprised to discover that the big dealers enjoy ripping people off too. I will not be returning to your lot in the future and will make sure to tell everyone I know that is in market for a vehicle to steer clear of Paradise Chevrolet. Ended up buying one, But when I called to share my concerns about my car the next day. A floor manager, Ely Rodriguez was on duty, he was so harsh, rude and unkind. He treated me like an enemy. He spoke to me in a demeaning manner. I will never step foot in this facility again. I'd rather go to Hemet to take my business than have to see this individual. His demeanor was so unacceptable. I can't believe Paradise Chevrolet considers him an asset. I'd appreciate if the General Manager/ owner reaches out and so I can express my concerns. On the June 29th I decided to purchase a new Chevy truck. I went to Paradise to look at their selection and found one that caught my eye. The salesperson JP allowed me to test drive the vehicle and I noticed it had 253 miles on it. I told JP that I hadn't seen a new car with that many miles on it before. JP said the truck had been on the lot for a while and the miles were from previous test rides. I was pleased with the truck and told him I would be back at a later date to purchase it. Prior to leaving JP introduced me to a gentleman that he said was a sales manager. The manager asked me if I was trading in my old car and I told him Carmax was buying the car for $12,400 so it wouldn't be part of the deal. The manager told me Paradise Chevrolet was affiliated with Carmax and they would take the car and pay me what the certificate quoted. The following day we went back to Paradise to make the purchase. We debated the price of the truck and finally came to an agreement. The sales manager came over and told me that the truck I was purchasing was kind of new but wasn't actually new. I was very unhappy they presented the truck as new but it wasn't. He told me the truck was put in to service back in February and was used as a demo. He further explained that the warranty period would not be for three full years and would be shortened by four months. By this time we had invested three long hours there so I reluctantly agreed to complete the purchase. I looked closely at the numbers and noticed they had reduced my trade to $11,000 instead of the $12,400. I noticed that they had added on $5,600 for a warranty and $2000 for a LoJack system. I told them I did not want the LoJack system or the warranty and he said they could removed the warranty but it was mandatory to purchase the LoJack system. The salesperson took us to the finance manager and he again tried to push the warranty and I told him we were not interested. He continued to badger us until the price of the warranty went from $5600 to $2500. The finance person started to have us sign numerous pages of the contract until I noticed one paper was a release of liability for the dealership that held them harmless if I discovered the vehicle had been wrecked or damaged in anyway. I ask him why would the vehicle be damaged or wrecked and if so why wouldn't they disclose that to me. He told me that I could have the vehicle inspected by a third party if I paid Paradise $250 and a $500 restocking fee if I brought it back. At this point I was done and walked out. I told them I wanted my car back and we left. Later I received a text from Ian who apologized and said they had another truck equipped the same he could sell me at the same deal. I agreed and he sent a picture of the deal sheet. Paradise added an additional $4000 and did not give me the truck for the same price. What Paradise did was at least very unethical and at most illegal. According to California DMV no dealership can not force you to purchase LoJack or any other add on. My advice to anyone is too stay away from this horribly unethical dealership. Every person I dealt with there seemed extremely comfortable with being untrustworthy and untruthful. I do have screenshots of my conversations with these people which confirms my account of what occurred. 7-3-25 I was awaiting the form letter style response and they didn't disappoint. After what they put us through why would I ever contact them again? You notice the owner never addressed a single issue in my review but gave a generic response he gives with every negative review. He could've responded that the dealership would make this right no matter what it takes. The owner has no intention of addressing this problem by doing the right thing. read more
