While I had been to Paradise Cadillac for a rental, this was my first experience with their service department. The online check-in had a few hiccups, and I wasn't found in the system when I arrived. Nevertheless, despite a very busy 7 a.m. service department, I was greeted warmly and professionally. After a short wait, I met Aubry. She was friendly, professional, and clearly knew her stuff. Since I'd had the vehicle shipped from Florida, I explained what I wanted serviced. She took careful notes, provided an estimate, and told me the work and complimentary wash should be completed by 4 p.m. Aubry kept me updated by text throughout the day. Shortly after 4, she called to explain that although they could finish that afternoon, she didn't want the technician rushing the transmission flush. We agreed to let him finish it properly the following morning. I appreciated that. I didn't want the job rushed, either. Before 7 a.m. the next morning, Aubry messaged me that the car was ready. When I arrived, another associate offered to walk me across the lot to the cashier when I wasn't sure where to go. That small gesture was indicative of the entire experience. I was taken care of promptly, and Aubry personally drove my car up, greeted me with a big smile, and handed me the keys. I was extremely pleased with the service and, especially, the people. This place is unorganized and a waste of time. I am in this dealers PMA and it's getting to the point where I would rather drive to another city. I made an appt and receive a call as they ask me to change my appt from 930 to 730.. i had to shuffle things around to make sure I can accommodate the new time In the email for the service appt they have an email for the service department. I email them with my appt confirmation for my corvette telling them I can accommodate the 730 appt time. Also on the phone call I ask for pricing so I am aware what the out the door cost is. I get a round about estimate not a breakdown. (Website interaction) I don't have the ability to use a phone at work due to security, so I used the website chat / messaging to clearly ask for the price breakdown of the services for my corvette. (As I did not find pricing on their website) these are typical services that you would get for your car. I enter my information CLEARLY asking for pricing of services. I get bombarded by salesmen trying to sell me a car. This is why I don't like entering my phone number as now I am on paradises list to call. I show up at the dealership at 7 to drop off my car and my appt is for 930 and I am told to wait 10 minutes for an advisor while I watch 7 cars get taken care of. While I am waiting I call the Lake Elsinore dealership and schedule service for next month as its tool late to ask for it that same day. As a consumer all I wanted was an appt, the time that I was asked to try to accommodate, and pricing before I get there. I work 6-6 and am in a secure area so email is preferred communication. I know this is a military town so not everyone has the use of cell phones at their job. I am one of them. I will be buying a car in 2027, I think this dealer or even brand is off my list. read more

We pulled up to the dealership and of course a salesmen was already talking to us before we even fully stepped out of the car. Which really, wasn't the part that bothered us. Do not buy a car from here. I bought a car and less than a week later it overheated. Took it in and lo and behold, it had a blown head gasket and other issues and ended up in the shop with them for 2 months! Luckily I'd bought the warranty but even with that, the warranty company denied the claim and I had to wait for Paradise Chevrolet to do the right thing and cover all the costs since they sold me a broken vehicle. This was the worse experience buying a car. They sweet talk you in the beginning of course and once you buy the car, they treat you as if you're a bother. I didn't purchase the truck at Paradise Chevrolet (I will in the future after the great service I received). I was treated as if I had purchased it there. The service was great. Overview of the worst experience I've ever had during a purchase. I made the mistake of purchasing a brand new truck from this dealership., I have all the financial documents signed by both parties to prove it. During the purchasing process I made it clear that I needed to ship the vehicle to Hawaii. After coming to a conclusion on a final price out the door for the vehicle they said that they would ship it for me for 7k, I told them they didn't need to because I already had a quote for 5600. They came back and told me that they would match my quote and still ship it for me, so I said ok, what can go wrong. Everything went wrong. The moment I sent the dealership $26,500 for the down payment everything went sideways. The dealership refused to send the truck!!! They started pushing the shipping date further and further out. Every time I talked to them the date would change. One day it was the 6th then the 9th then the 18th. Then the dealership started doing weird things with the numbers on the bill of sale, and that made a difference to me because I needed to pay taxes on the numbers that were on the bill of sale when they arrived in Hawaii. This dealership refused to change the numbers on the bill of sale and the registration paperwork so much so that they threatened to cancel the deal after all the paperwork was signed,I have all the documents to prove it. The sales manager called me telling me that he didn't like my attitude because I was upset that they weren't shipping my truck. Sales manager canceled the deal and kept the truck, so they canceled the deal but they're refusing to send my $26,500 back to me. I asked them to send my money back as a wire transfer, the same way that I sent them the money but they refused. This dealership is nothing but a headache do not do business with them you will regret it. I called the dealership Manager, she did not answer, I left her a message, but no call back. read more

** Deceptive Fees and Questionable Ethics - Avoid Service Here ​I am beyond outraged by the experience I had at Paradise Chevrolet with my 2021 Traverse. If you have an extended service contract, be extremely careful. ​The Hidden Fee Trap: They tried to force an unwritten $55/hour labor surcharge on me that wasn't in my contract. James Perkey actually told me to "take it up with the warranty company" myself. That is not the customer's job. ​Coercion Required: They only agreed to honor my contract (which clearly states I only owe a $100 deductible) after I showed up in person and threatened to tow my car to Simpson Chevrolet--who, unlike Paradise, confirmed they honor contracts without fake fees. ​Suspicious "Discoveries": Interestingly, as soon as they lost the battle over the labor rate, they suddenly "discovered" leaking control arm bushings and recommended a $486 brake job. These were magically missing from the initial inspection. It felt like a retaliatory attempt to make up for lost margin. ​This dealership claims to be a "Cornerstone of Temecula," but their practices are shady. I have filed a formal complaint with the California Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) and notified Chevrolet Corporate. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. read more

I initially met with Josh Swagger, a sales rep. Before I continue further, let me point out that the only reason this dealership is receiving this score is because of Josh. He made this whole experience worth the trouble because I did end up purchasing a new 2024 Chevy Colorado LT from this dealership. The rest of the staff me and my family encountered were a cast of characters I rather not deal with in the future. Josh o. The other hand is respectful, professional and a man of his word. While I was in the middle of negotiations with members of his team, he treated me and my family with respect. Even after negotiations were finished and the rest of his team changed their tone and were not as polite and professional, he still remained the same and to this day still checks up on me to see if I need any more help with anything. That is something you don't see anymore, which makes me wonder if anyone at any dealership cares about repeat customers. Besides that, I will say that the location is clean, restrooms are very clean and they have a very nice waiting area with snacks and beverages available to guests. From the moment I interacted with the used car manager, I was shocked at how unbelievably rude and dismissive he was. Instead of answering simple questions, he spoke to me in the most condescending tone imaginable, like I was wasting his time just for daring to ask. Every response felt like he was talking down to me, not talking with me. I've bought cars before, and I know what fair treatment looks like--this was the complete opposite. The attitude, the arrogance, the complete lack of basic respect for a customer... it was beyond unprofessional. Honestly, I left feeling insulted and frustrated. If this is how they think it's okay to treat people, I can only imagine what kind of "service" they provide after the sale. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
