All the cars were locked, we couldn't even look inside any of them, and the staff completely ignored us the entire time we were there. For a Mercedes-Benz dealership, this level of customer service is absolutely unacceptable. Because of this experience, I walked away and went straight to Range Rover, where the treatment was excellent from the moment we walked in -- and I will be purchasing my vehicles from them instead. Mercedes-Paramus lost two sales of a far more prestigious and luxurious brand simply because no one could be bothered to say hello. Save your time and go somewhere that actually values its customers

We worked with a salesperson named Anthony, who assisted us with a test drive and pricing on a Traverse RS. He explicitly stated he could review our credit for estimates and clearly assured us that NO hard inquiry would be performed. We did not sign any documents. We did not authorize any credit applications. Despite this, our credit was run multiple times across different financial institutions without our knowledge or consent, resulting in unauthorized hard inquiries on our credit reports. We are now receiving unsolicited emails about "limited-time offers" that we never requested. This is not only misleading but raises serious concerns about compliance with consumer protection laws and proper authorization procedures. Consumers should be aware: do not rely on verbal assurances at this dealership. Do not allow any credit-related discussion without clear, written consent and full transparency. I scheduled a demo drive on a Saturday within an hour, showed up at the store and got to drive Model Y within few minutes. I just had to show my drivers license and I was handed the key card with some minor explanation. After my demo drive, I had to wait about 20 minutes to see an associate to return the key card and go over some questions. I waited another hour to see a 7-seat demo car but it never came. Our associate was knowledgeable and answered all the questions. You cannot buy a car from the store like a dealership. The store itself is very nice, you get the Tesla minimalistic vibe. There are few cars on display, including cybertruck. In another corner, associate help customers with custom order and some with picking up their delivery. They have a basic lounge that has coffee, tea and water. Overall I liked the store. Associates are friendly and looking to help customers. It's when there's a lot of customers in the store, it's hard to get hold off an associate. The entrance/parking is also a bit chaotic with customers parking their own car, driving the demo car and towing service bringing in the troubled cars. The superchargers here are often busy. Per one of the associates it is also not the beat as a lot of the power is consumed by the service center and the store. They suggest going to the two nearby superchargers stations on NJ-17.

Not even the first ten minutes when we walked in, he welcomed us and asked if we needed help. Once we wanted to take a look at the Atlas and ask the necessary questions, he became our go to person. We did a test drive with an 2024 Atlas SE Tech they had on the lot. Jet went over everything we needed to know about the car. Our options were clear on the Atlas and all the available room we preferred in the vehicle. Thank you, Jet, for all your help. Constantly going back and forth to your manager, Doug, to reassure my husband what his trade in value would be and extra break down information when asked about other options. Jet's demeanor was calm, patient, and listened on what we were looking towards in a new vehicle. We appreciate the help and the friendly service given. Thank you.

2021 Atlas Known issue with the drainage system for the sunroof, creating severe mold smell in our…read morefamily vehicle. We took it to Jack Daniels VW (JD VW) because we purchased from them and it is local. They "worked on it" for 2 weeks and said there was nothing wrong. Like we were making up the smell. Again, THIS IS A KNOWN ISSUE with this year / make & model. We took it to another VW dealership, they did the right thing, they pulled the rugs/headliner dried it out, widened the drainage spout and resolved the issue. 2 years later same problem, severe mold smell in a vehicle we drive our children in. We returned to Jack Daniels VW again bc we purchased from them and it is local. JD VW claims bc the issue was fixed at another dealership we would have to return there. If I move across the country and had this problem I would have to drive back to NJ to have this known defect corrected? Great job being Liars! Is this because my wife brought the car in? Big shocker that the auto industry is in trouble. They all screwed their customers during covid and all these new cars have issues that the brand doesn't stand behind. Real disappointing when spending $55K+ on a new vehicle; especially while still under warranty. Disgraceful. Owners response to this review on google, "Thanks for your input"
