I came into Tire Works stressed, upset and honestly losing faith in businesses after how poorly I had been treated elsewhere. Keith took the time to listen to my story with genuine compassion and understanding. He was kind, patient and truly cared about helping me. Keith went above and beyond. They may be okay for an oil change, but don't bring your car here for repair…read more They were reckless under the hood breaking a recently-installed spark plug cable which took days to get a replacement. After 9 days in the shop I go to pick up my car and the plastic air filter box is just laying there in the front seat. The car is still not running right throwing multiple error codes. I called them about these issues and expressed my frustration about how my car was running, and all I got was a woman who wanted to yell. $740 for car repair where the car is not fixed. I go under the hood myself and discover that not only did they use low quality spark plug cables (really loose fitting on the spark plug in cylinder 1), but that the spark plugs for cylinders 1 and 2 were practically only hand tight and were not torqued down correctly. UPDATE: I had to fix the car myself. I thoroughly cleaned the ignition coil connections with isopropyl alcohol and put in new spark plug cables and spark plugs. Car runs great now. The pictures attached to this review show why my car was misfiring. The mechanic covered both ends of the spark plug cables and spark plugs themselves with grease.
