I'm not gonna hold you....EVERYTHING I had was amazing! From the service to the pho to the fried rice and the wings! I was literally blown away! The inside has so much space to seat ppl and beautiful decor. I'm putting this on my top because to me I had nothing bad.

We love DD Mau in our family! It has really become our go to whenever we just want to eat something that we all love and want to feel completely satisfied. Their menu is great and offers a wide variety of choices so everyone can find their perfect meal. When we go we like to get the Chicken Salad Bowl with Thai Chili and a Combo Vermicelli Bowl with either the peanut sauce or the vinegarette, and almost always make sure to get an order of the Thai Chili wings to share.... These are so good! Perfectly crisp and the chicken is seasoned just how it should be(they are definitely in my top 3 ever for chicken) The pho is awesome as well and everyone raves about their broth.... But I would love if they had some size choices besides large. This is best eaten in restaurant, but they are great about packaging the pho to go and it usually works fine. Place can get busy and sometimes depending on the crowd can get louder, but the service is fast and everyone is really friendly. Also I love the display screen showing all the food options that plays while you eat so you can see what else you can get! Oh almost forgot! They recently added a ton of drinks to choose from and I have had the green tea matcha w strawberry and I think we did a passion fruit tea... both were great and not too pricey! The tables are always clean and the restrooms are kept in order which I really appreciate!

Yum! I love the convenience of DD mau and it's a nice to-go meal. The workers are always nice and the location that is off Dorsett is convenient to get too and always packed when I go. I typically get the vermicelli noodle bowl with pork and a Vietnamese egg roll. I get the nuoc mam (vinaigrette) to pour on top as well. I definitely recommend!

I've been a customer of DD Mai for many years. Service is usually top notch. The food is made fresh and is flavorful. I appreciate that they have so many vegan and vegetarian choices. They have tofu, but they also have vegan shrimp. I like to order the vermicelli bowl with tofu and spicy peanut dressing. It's so good and I usually add some extra Sriracha. The ambience is casual. You order at the counter and they bring your order to the table when it's ready. It's a great spot for takeout or dine in.

We came here quite a few times mainly because their service is fast. Food quality is fine but nothing superior. I feel hungry fairly quickly after I ate. I still plan to come here whenever.

This location is conveniently located in a strip mall on Dorsett. I was craving some Pho on a cold winter's evening. Ordered to go. Lots of vegan choices. If you are vegan, make sure you order the vegan Pho because I believe the veggie may be made with chicken broth. Got a mango boba tea for the ride home. It was enough for two meals. Rice noodles, sprouts, mint(?) and other goodies packed in separate container so you can add fresh to the veggie/tofu and broth. Realized while waiting they have spring rolls (not fried). Love these as well and can't wait to go back and get an order with peanut sauce. Several kinds and sauces to choose from. Service is friendly. Love DD Mau!

I've been wanting to check this place out for a long time and decided today would finally be the day. Unfortunately, this visit left more to be desired. After looking at pictures, I assumed this place would be small but it was anything but. I went during high noon, so needless to say it was quite busy. I decided to get the rice bowl with chicken and shrimp, and an order of veggie spring rolls. I chose the Vietnamese vinaigrette sauce for my bowl but was met with shock and disappointment that I had to pay to get sauce for my spring rolls! I stuck with water (at the moment) and after everything was said and done, my total came to $26 and that wasn't even including a tip. I was given a number and I sat at the table of my choice. My rolls came out first in this little basket. They were just what I needed. My bowl came next but sadly it was not what I was expected. It was covered in vegetables (while not necessarily a bad thing, it's not what I wanted). I was expecting the rice, egg, and protein. Also, I was expecting the sauce to be mixed in, not to be in a bag where I'd have to mix in myself. To be frank, that was off putting. After paying almost $30.00, I wasn't about to let it go to waste. The chicken was just ok. Some pieces didn't look very appetizing and overall, it lacked flavor. The shrimp was pretty good but that's it. While I was eating, I looked in their drink section and saw they had Loverboy. Hoping to give me some sign of life, I got the Strawberry Lemonade. It was ok, but I'm not a big tea drinker, so I'm sure my opinion is unpopular. I hate to let one so-so meal deter me from coming back, but I won't be in a rush either.

DD Mau is so good!! I love their bahn mi and tacos (with pork). I will warn you that for some reason they have the spiciest jalapeños ever. Their boba tea is good too. I've always ordered online and it's quick & easy. The restaurant is sort of plain, but clean. 10/10 recommend!

Relaxed Pho Vibes! This place is a hidden gem in Maryland Heights...The customer service was good. The food was oooh so delicious and did I mention the food was amazingly hot and on point! The only thing that disappointed me was they close so early and you have to order before 7:45pm on a Friday, but other than that, the portion size that they give you is well worth the money you pay... Please check this place out if you're in the area!!

The fried rice was really good. Next time, I will add meat to my pho and rice order. I ordered the seafood pho. The crab Rangoon is some of the best ever!

The only thing I don't like about this place is how hard it is to choose an entree!! For this visit I went with the beef pho. You can eat and eat and eat and still have plenty to take home for leftovers. I love using all the bean sprouts, basil, and lemon to top...YUM. My other go-to orders is the noodle bowl with shrimp. Their fresh spring rolls and crab rangoon are TOP NOTCH. Also in love with all of their sauces - especially the spicy peanut sauce! This location is always clean and quick with friendly service and easy parking Great to-go as well.

Ask the Community - DD Mau Vietnamese Eatery

What are the options for gluten free menu items?

They have a few gluten free options including their rice noodle vermicelli bowl and their fresh spring rolls which are made with rice paper. As long as you stray away from any of their meat or seafood items that are breaded and fried, I think you…

    How are the sauces?

Delicious and not too salty like some places!

    Is there any salads?

    Yes! They have salad bowls.

I see the vegetarian options and that's great! Are those options also vegan? Thanks in advance!

Yes, they definitely have vegan options, including VEGAN BEEF! This place is fantastic! Everything I have had is phenomenal! Hope you check it out!

We found Oats & Honey Cafe and ordered pickup. This place is in Creve Couer off of Olive Rd, which means limited parking and heavy traffic getting there. That being said, the atmosphere was very pleasant. The service was also pleasant, but they took about 10 minutes to hand me my order - not ideal when you're in a rush. The food we got was very good. Lemon Ricatta Pancakes? Absolutely amazing combination! Traditional Breakfast? Delicious - eggs, bacon and hash browns were SO flavorful. Red Velvet Latte? Interesting combo, a bit too strong for my taste. All I could taste was coffee. Slow service and strong coffee aside, we'll be back to Oats & Honey, maybe next time for dine-in when we have more time!

Sadly, I was unable to get any work done even with AirPods in. The one negative was how cold inside was. I very much so enjoyed the food that I ate and the coffee was absolutely delicious. The people working were very friendly very helpful. It is an absolutely cute place. You can tell there are a lot of returning customers as well as a regulars, which is nice to see.

I considered walking out right then and there, what really wanted to give them a chance since this was new to me. Upon ordering the cashier noted that the pretzel bun was out and so we switched it with wheat bread because they felt the ciabatta bread would be too much. Not even 10 minutes later another woman was ordering a sandwich and the pretzel bun obviously was out and they offered her that choices of other breads, and she said she wanted ciabatta and the same person said there was no ciabatta bread. We got our drinks and eventually our food. The atmosphere with customers had a low hum of conversation and laughter. The workers however, were quite loud and boisterous, minus the one young man who seemed to be doing most of the work and keeping to himself. For $13 I received the chicken salad sandwich on a croissant bun with chips. That's what they offer as the side. The croissant itself was hard and un edible. The chicken salad was OK if you like water down chicken salad. But when I spend $13 on a meal, I kind of expect something better than just mediocre. It lacked flavor. So for me, this was a one and done visit. I really enjoy a little café coffee shop places sadly this one has to go on the I will not return list.
